Hello thread,

It seems that there are quite alot of people out there that have been burned by this "businessman". Currently I have been trying to get a hold of Miko regarding our latest transatction-

-the transaction happened a week ago. Miko paid me $800 for my trio of boa constrictors. The price was supremely fair and I was in a hurry to get rid of them so the deal was struck. Even though the transaction got extended by about two weeks due to untimely delays from you know who. We finally got the deal done. The monitary poriton was to be in cash but he wrote me a check instead. Against my better judgement I took it and deposited it in my bank account. To no suprise of my own it bounced, like I was afraid of.

I now am currently trying to contact him to get this taken care of. I was told by a woman at his store that they had to change accounts because of some bank fraud that had been happening to them.

Miko. This line is for you. I don't want to drag your name through the mud, I don't want to be the bad guy, I just want my payment plus my banking fees from the bounced check. Please contact me.

A couple questions for you, if you decide to respond a simple yes or no will do.

Are you currently being investigated for money Laundering?

Are you currently being investigated by Wisc dept of reg & lic and
also the Dept of Financial institutions?

Are you 6yrs deliquent concerning your non profit biz?

Are you Taking money from your whore buisness and laundering it through your non profit service dog buinsness?

Did you or your wife or someone from your buisness call the hospital, to reach the family, of a man who was dieing from musculary disstrify(spelling?) while they stood by his bed in the hospital to demand they return a service dog the dieing man purchased or aquired from your non profit dog buisness?

did you, your wife or anyone associated with your non profit dog buisness file some kind of complaint and have the dog confiscated from this mans family before he was laid to rest?

It does seem like you know more than your are implying. In fairness to Miko, can you provide more specific information or evidence to show validity in your implications. Jim asked you for more information and we have not heard back from you. Insinuations without factual support are nothing more than gossip. Please elaborate.

Sorry about that... my bad. I think I can explain what was said though. I received a personal email from a gentleman that had made a similar deal with Miko with a trio of boa constrictors and after making the arrangement, failed to follow through. I told him to come on here and post his letter/experience, so hopefully he will. It was almost identical to this one.

Thanks Brian for extending my comments to you to this forum. I joined to just for this reason and in hope that everyone that has been wronged might get made whole in the future.

I will be contacting our friend (at least trying to ) throughout the week in an effort to make this matter a finished deal.

Fairness to Miko HAAAA!! Patients my friend is it really you guys want fairness for Miko or your dieing to know yourselves? If what I have asked is so far off it would be simple for Miko to respond and shot it down. Lets just say this what is listed within this thread is only the tip of the ice berg. Theres outside things at work here so give it time.

I realize that this was a bad move, but this took place prior to me reading all this stuff regarding Michael A. Ortiz. I actually went to his place of business, dropped off the snakes and he wrote me a check. I now know this was stupid of me, but I figured if his business is running then his business acount would be valid. Again, not my best decision.

I guess the only good thing is that I only live 5 minutes from his store and can acutally confront him, unlike a lot of his web business ventures.

Believe me the matter will not go unsolved.

Theres a bunch of new developments as I get more I can post I will but whatever you do Ott dont physically confront him call the cops NOW. if he is using the same acount he got in troble with This is NOT an issue of bouncing a check he wrote a check on a closed acoutn which is illegal, that will be your only recourse to get you money if you cant get your snakes back. Even if you get the snakes back Id still press charges for writing the bad check. from what I understand this guy has been sued so many times it would make your head spin.

Did you get info on his bank actually accusing him of fraud? I was told by a woman from his store that they were the victims of some fraud. I don't doubt you, but I want to make sure before I go to the next level. I definitely need info before action.

I will have the actual check when my bank returns it to me and I can confront the bank on when the acount was closed and move from there.

Any further information would be appricated.

You're welcome Chad. Glad you were able to make it. Keep us posted on your outcome and travels with Mr. Miko, Mike or any other alias he may be using. Turns out with all the information we are receiving, we have a true deadbeat. And... there is only two things that will happen there... and then permanent housing with .

Well, a bit a good news this morning. I was able to get my snake back from Mr. Michael A. Ortiz and they seem to be in alright condition. I just hope they stay that way. In addition to this good news of mine I want to let the thread know that Wisconsin isn't his only area of dismay. He has a record of incidences in Michigan and Illinois. So tread lightly in any dealings with this guy, he isn't a good character.
