In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Yeah.............Right..............OK

Well Seamus, hate to say it but I do think your right. I went into the cage from the side of the animals today, lifted from under the body toward the tail, worked my way up to get a better support of the body and all I got were some hisses.

No lunging wild strikes and no flip over back at me to bite my face while I was holding them.

Then I made the mistake of attempting to remove some stuck shed from the male and he launched but missed. :ack2:

Actually pretty easy to work with today. Almost too easy compared to the other day. :D

The reason I had restrained it before was because I had already taken a hit and I didn't want to get tagged again. For a thick large snake, these things strike fast.

But then again, it may be that they knew they were going for a trip today and were just calm so they could part ways with me sooner.

LOL, I didn't see this thread until just now!!

I am sorry they gave you such a hard time Steve.

For anyone interested, These were my snakes that I sold to the idiot advertising them LAST YEAR! He did not produce them...Nor did they EVER produce any babies. I was upfront with him about their attitude. The male is a wild caught the female is CB from NERD...I have all of the paperwork from where I purchased the animals and still have the shipping invoice where I sent them to Leslie. I also have a gallery full of pictures taken from before I sent them to Leslie...he is just a lying sack of crap....The only reason this isn't on the BOI is because all things considered the snakes are in good condition other than the stuck shed...I was expecting the worst. He is also 'claiming' to be out of the business..I hope this is the case.

When I saw the ad I was livid. I tried to contact him to buy them back because they are really nice snakes (although I didn't really want to support such an obvious scammer...) He never returned my emails, he did however readily write other people who inquired. Steve pretty much did this deal for me. I knew the snakes were misrepresented and I didn't want them to go to someone who believed them to be tame. I regretted selling them the second I did and although this wasn't the best of circumstances I'm so happy to have them back!

The male is a sweetheart as long as you don't grab him or restrain him too much. The female isn't like that though. She will bite you any chance she gets...But doesn't strike wildly..She waits for the right moment and cannot be trusted at all. With bloods it's so important to really 'know' your snakes.

Here's a picture for you Steve...I couldn't resist :) This was from this morning after working on the stuck shed. Don't mind me, I just woke up...I think he's happy to be home!

Well I had read this yesterday and was a bit confused but now it all makes sense. I am very glad to see that everything worked out. I absolutely love blood pythons, and had thought about buying these myself...just lack of money. All in all its nice to see that the snakes are doing well and it worked out for everyone. Later, Dan M.

NEW LOWER PRICE!! MUST SELL!! 1.1 TAME Red Bloods, PROVEN Pair
This is my last pair of snakes. 1.1 adult proven CB Blood pythons. These guys are TAME!! They might hiss every once and awhile, but in 5 years they never struck! They are a great pair and I hate to sell them, but i need to focus my attention on other things.

They are roughly just over 4', they eat anything! They were bred by myself. She bred last season, gave me a nice 20 eggs, all hatched out. The babies also started feeding easily.

I'm asking $700, including fed ex overnight shipping (was $800). I take paypal for payment. Please email me at, [email protected] with any questions, or cash offers! NO TRADES.

Thank You,
Leslie

Oh sure. They like you. :D
I tried to get the stuck shed off the male for you but he did not like that at all. Misting was OK but if you tried to hold him to peel it off, that got him very agitated. :ack2:
You're absolutely right about the female. She is calculating. Appears fine and then surprises you. Caught me by surprise.
I'm glad to see they are back where they belong.
You should have seen Leslie's hands shaking when one of them started striking as I was looking at them and trying to take them out of the bag to check them out. He wouldn't reach in to pick up his so called "tame" snake.
They are beautiful and I wish you the best with them.

When I sold them to him, the pair had been mating and there was a possibility the female was gravid. I honestly thought that she was gravid and sent him an email around the time the eggs would have been laid and asked if she produced anything. I was very interested in obtaining a couple of babies from them and let him know.....His response was that they didn't produce. I wish I would have saved that email...but at the time I didn't think anything of it.

A friend of mine wrote him and asked for pictures of the babies after seeing the ad. Leslie replied that he sold them all to a local pet shop and then deleted the pictures off of his computer...sure...

It's just so funny that he would lie in the ad....Had he taken decent pictures and been honest about the animals origin (especially the NERD produced female that Kara would have verified), I think more people would have been interested. I found it especially odd that he refused to outright sell them back to me....I wasn't even mean in my email to him :shrug01:

lol, If it's any consolation just the male likes me...The female still hates my guts!

Thank you for putting up with them! I wish I could have been there to see Leslie...what an idiot...

Thanks for the kind words. Hopefully they will produce lots of babies next season :)
