    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Fire and Ice Dragons (Terri Sommella)

hi to all

i think a single phone call to Terri would help sort out the misunderstanding.
emails can be misinterpreted some times, there's nothing like a quick call to iron out any problems

Ive been buying fire and ice dragons for years and had no problems
Ive found Terri very helpful ,knowledgeable, professional and courteous

all the dragons Ive had have been exactly what i paid for,,,and more

if people think the pricing is too high????? then obviously they haven't seen them in the flesh, and I'm more than happy to pay $500 for a collectors
and Waite till Terri was 100% happy with the dragon and then 100% happy with shipping, if it takes a few extra weeks to get a dragon, whats the problem
delays do happen,,,,, patients is a verchu,,,,,

i can only go by my own experiences and dealings with fire and ice dragons
and i would not hesitate to recommend them to any one , Terri and Adam are a very professional team and they supply in my opinion some of the most stunning dragons you can buy in the USA

no matter what any one would say about fire and ice dragons
Terri and Adam have always come through for me
and until they fail me i will still go to them for my dragons

to end my two cents worth and to sum up fire and ice dragons
in my opinium one of the most

professional businesses with an out standing product
a perfect addition to any collection

Actually this guy has a review posted on fire and ice's website. I believe he is a real person that has had a good experience with them.

no Ive not spoken to Terri in a few months
i joined this forum to look for dragons as in the UK the standard is very poor
i don't normally post just thought this warranted it

I'm inclined to agree with you on that one. If nothing else, some of the spelling errors seem contrived. It looks like a certain someone is trying too hard to swing public opinion in their favor.

A little digging on Mark Pickstock revealed a review for jumbo silkworms

Is he a client, a business partner, an alias or what? There are a lot of random ads for beardies that were purchased from Mark who is listed as the "UK rep" for Fire and Ice. For a "small, exclusive breeder not a high volume warehouse operation" you seem to sell a pretty large quantity.

I have a question for Terri... What exactly is your refund policy? Your website states, "Please note: No refunds are given on deposits for special order dragons or dragons held for International shipment before the dragon has shipped. Thank you."

It seems as though Josh's dragon does not fit the criteria for special order since he simply wanted a female from an already existent clutch. There were no special measures taken on his behalf. Perhaps you should just give him his refund and move on.

To be honest at this time, I would like a refund. I was willing to work with Terri about getting the dragon, but after her posts and emails, I do not wish to conduct business with her.

Nothing to do directly with my situation but proving that this poster is a direct business associate does not add anything to her case either. It would be similar to having a friend or a relative hop to my defense on here. Of course they would be biased on my behalf.

Yes they proved it is a real person. But more to the point they proved that this person is a business partner of the Fire and Ice company. Beings that this person is Fire and Ice UK. Meaning that this persons opinion is swayed by the fact that they are partners. It would be just like someone having their best friend, family member, or wife come on here and make a good guy post about them.

My goal here is to not get something for nothing. I understand that many folks think this thread was posted to hastily. I can assure you that I have kept an open line of communication with Terri since day one. Believe me that I would not have done this had I felt that the issue could have been resolved between the two of us.

I respect Terri as a breeder. She has been in the business for some time. I am sure that she has had many satisfied customers. I am also sure that she has had some transactions that have not gone as smoothly. Unfortuneatley, my transaction did not pan out as I am sure both of us had hoped.

As stated above, I do not want more than I am due. I am not asking for the dragon and a refund or intersest on the money she has had since Apr. I am asking Terri to please honor what she has on her site. If this happens, I will consider the transaction settled satisfactorily and both of us can go our seperate ways.

I'm a small breeder in the UK, i do import dragons for other breeders as well as my self from Terri

any one with a brain cell can find that out just use the www

if you look more closely you will find out Ive a very good name as a breeder
and spend a lot of my time helping newbies to reptile keeping

i stand by my original post Ive had no problems with Terri at all
I'm not hiding any thing ask me a question and if i can i will answer it

as for the spelling i have to use my spell check as I'm dyslexic, sorry for being human
