I do, but I don't always get one from people. I don't come on here complaining a day later. If I need one that bad, I'll send them a quick message. I use tracking numbers on ebay, but I don't always enter them until the day after the items ships. You're making it into way too big of a deal and you're trying to sound like you're the perfect seller/shipper. You're just going to keep losing customers that way.
I beg to differ. If a prospective client were to read any of this post, they see.
1. The get instant confirmation of their purchase.
2.We are here to communicate with them regarding their order before, during and after the sale.
3. They will be provided with the tracking number for their purchase very quickly after the purchases made.
4. They will know when the item hits the post office, and can track it all the way to their house.
5. That they will receive a level of service from us that they can't expect from other sellers.
6. That the price I have does not change whether on this forum, Ebay, our website. No gouging like i find to be customary here on Fauna.
7. You message us, no matter if we are on the road, chilling at a beach, having a contest or whatever. You can reach us. You can get information regarding your purchases or future purchases.We provide our email address, our phone number and our real name.
A seller cant get any more responsive to the needs of a buyer than we are. And we do this for every customer.
Don't believe, try it and see.
