    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Repti racks

pretty sad you bash me for lieing over a little thing like who bought the cage

yet you think it's fine what repti racks does,it's cool it will catch up to them one day as a business,but i won't step down with my chargeback and i hope he don't ship the viv out to nick as the charge back is being processed,i couldn't do it with paypal but chase is doing it for me

the only thing sad here, is that you want to screw over two people because you have some thick damn skull and wont see that you have nothing to do with this transaction anymore.

I'm gonna try one more time. Not sure WHY I'm trying, because it's proven to be utterly fruitless. But even so....

NO ONE has ONCE said that it's "fine" that repti-racks has had significant issues fulfilling their orders. That IS a problem that even they admit they have struggled with and are taking steps to make it better. Anyone who reads this thread or other repti-rack threads must make their own decision about how much risk they want to take in having their order delayed. AS DID YOU.

What everyone is trying to say is that repti-racks issues do NOT give you the right to screw someone else out of the deal you made with him.

Maybe try putting yourself in Nick's shoes. You get a great deal on a cage. You're not in any hurry to get that cage...you have lots of other important things on your plate. But it's a good deal and whenever the cage shows up, you'll be happy. THEN...one day, out of the blue, the guy that sold you that good deal starts making a HUGE fuss over something that no longer has anything to do with you AND he decides to yank that good deal right out from under your feet. Sure...you may get your $120 back...but now you have no way of getting a comparable cage for the same $120. You're out your good deal.

But I have a feeling you are completely incapable of putting yourself in anyone else's shoes or seeing anything from another perspective. It may be a genuine mental deficiency on your part. If so, I'm sorry for that.

I'll gladly get nick a replacement viv up to 313.00 as I stated before, so he won't have to worry
 
So, let me get this straight...

You still think you're entitled to a tracking number from the company even though you're NOT the customer any longer. And because you're not getting that tracking number (which you're NOT entitled to any longer), you're going to do a reversal with your bank for the money you paid them? Which means that this Nick person won't get what he PAID you for. You're then willing to refund Nick back his money, which he may not want, but may instead want the viv that he PAID you for. Does that about sum it up?

You are scamming Repti-Racks, and Nick if you do the reversal through your bank. You are NOT entitled to any information from Repti-Racks any longer. Once you transferred the information from yourself to Nick for Repti-Racks that voided your participation in the transaction. By you doing the reversal through your bank, that's scummy and deplorable. You put no thoughts behind your actions and absolutely no thoughts behind what you type. You're in the wrong here, you just refuse to accept the fact. And if you do the reversal, then you're doubly wrong. (Not like it matters to you, you've already shown that you'll gladly rip people off and happily make a dime off of it. Which is what you'd be doing here.)

Guess you shouldn't sell items that you do not OWN. That's why you're in the mess you're in. You're SOL for the rest of the transaction now.

It doesn't surprise me that you've been banned from BD.ORG, your actions there were deplorable, and they probably didn't ban you for the reason you keep stating. They probably went through all your threads and put 2 and 2 together to get 4, meaning that YOU were posting like a troll and they were tired of it. You kept starting drama, and were relishing in it. They don't handle drama very well on that board and will get rid of the starters. You were a drama king over there and it showed. Just deal with your ban and get over yourself.

repti racks refuses to give me tracking number so ill have to assume at this case and point,i really did not want this and like i said i tried to avoid all of this by asking repti racks for a refund before selling the cage here on fauna,anyway now i will have to do what i have to do on my end,repti racks if you have not shipped the cage i highly believe you don't as you will be seeing a charge back soon,you have my contact info you can contact me to resolve this thanks.

i should of really listened to the boi on repti racks so this is my fault as well but ill deal with it now

I don't agree how anyone handled this situation but the bottom-line is you did in fact set up the process that someone else would receive this item and you received payment from them. Your buyer hasn't requested a refund from you.

Your buyer appears to be satisfied with the transaction at this point because they aren't on here requesting the cage or funds. The cage manufacture stated that he was or has shipped the product to the person you asked him to.

If I were the cage manufacture and I just wanted to protect my interest and forgo fairness I wouldn't have shipped anything at the point this thread started and just refunded the original purchase. That way I would not have been stuck with a charge-back, the cost of a missing cage sent off to who knows who, then possible claim from a third party for not sending the product they paid you for.

But as it stands now, I think Repti Racks has a solid case here for credit card fraud against you. Do you know what the penalty is for buying things with a credit card, reselling them then claiming a chargeback? Your own words on this forum and your ads here state that you did exactly that.

You purchased an item using a credit card, you sold that item (no matter the price) then are NOW attempting a chargeback, That is credit card fraud and when that chargeback comes to Repti Racks I am going to assume at this point he is going to fight it. Your ad for selling that product is going to be available for him to show and dispute.

Your own words here state that you resold that product to someone else.

That is really the bottom-line. You have shown that you have resold this product that you are now going to claim a chargeback for and received payment for it. That's fraud.


If Nick chimes in here and states he received the cage and you received the charge-back, which you apparently think is fair, Well, that makes you a thief in my book and I bet a whole lot of others.

I'll refund the customer more than he paid me or get a cage for him once it don't go above 313.00
