In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy SCAMMER Brian Timony "Mr. Parsons"

This entire thing is ridiculous and I havent responded to any of this because I have better things to do with my time then the rest of you nosey people. I made a good transaction with Lauren and I got right back to her immediately every time she contacted me. Except once when I responded 24 hours later on a sunday and that was the cause of all this. When she received her cham I told her 1 to 2 weeks hell be ready as my ad also stated. She received him 2 weeks later. I gave her a 10 day health guarantee and felt more comfortable waiting the full 2 weeks so he would be a little more established. All the chams were bred by me. I am not a flipper. I inquired about buying a wholesale lot of 60 veiled chameleons from Patrick at colorful creations for 900.00 shipped which was the price he offered me. I was also in the process of purchasing a lot of 15 nosey bes at the same time and got a better offer for them so i went that route instead. All were to be sold at ny and pa reptile shows I vend at. After letting patrick know I decided to go with the nosey bes he was annoyed i didnt go with him. I was upfront about letting him know I needed to decide between the two lots. So I appreciate your 2 cents patrick over a deal you know nothing about and Im sorry your so sour about your lost deal for the ridiculously low price you offered me. Get a life dude. Its sad that this is in the boi saying Im a scammer all because someone got paranoid and jumped the gun. Especially when she got the cham as promised. Also my photos are not altered Im completely computer illiterate and it took me 20 minutes to type this message with 1 finger. My camera was on a setting that blacks out the background thats all. I would be happy to post more pics but being that they all sold in the first week except 1 male and 2 females whats the point? Alot of the people in this boi need to get a life seriously.

First off schmuck, I was just mentioning how you were very poor with communication. Also, no you kept telling me you wanted them and just never came through with the paypal. Yes, I offered you the 60 for $900, you wanted to pay $10 dollars and $50 for panthers. I told you there was no way that would ever happen. So you are a liar, flipper and a dumbass.

Not to mention if you were deciding on the 2 lots, why did you post an ad on here with a pic of my chameleon claiming you had them for sale? Not to worry though there are several idiots like yourself who pass through chameleon sales all the time, your horrible business practices got spotted from the get go so you'll fade away faster than most. Good luck

From the sidelines - how can you expect to be taken seriously when you contradict yourself in such an obvious manner?
I don't view flippers with the same contempt that many do, but my perspective changes when they can't be honest about it.

Exactly. I have no contempt for flippers at all, I need them as a matter of fact. But Mr. Timony totally misrepresented these animals with obviously altered photos, and has lied about it still proclaiming those are real pictures. He's also lying about being upfront about choosing between lots to flip being that he asked me about what I thought of the deal and told me he was purchasing them as well as mine. I recieved a warning for a third party quote from Mr. Moore for saying this much in a thread in the boi about that exact nosy be lot.
Point is basically everything you posted is a complete lie which is given away through your own self contradicting statements.

Dear Patrick@ColorfulCreatures,

You have received a warning at FaunaClassifieds.

Reason:
-------
Anonymous third party quotation

I'm making this a warning because the comment didn't really make any claims about the company...but involving the statements of others on the BOI, without identifying them, isn't permitted.

Some one else told me that they were going to buy that lot, I wonder what happened with that cause they claimed to also be paypaling the money that night as well. It appears that this may not be the only person scammed on this lot.

Warnings serve as a reminder to you of the forum's rules, which you are expected to understand and follow.

All the best,

My warning from my third party quote, so he definitely is lying about our deal.

Patrick, recopying and publishing something you have been warned about is not a good idea. And you can't use an anonymous third party quote as evidence.

There is plenty to write about on this seller, such as the flipper comment he made.

Sure enough thanks for the advice. As far as evidence goes, people can decide for themselves what 15 lot hes talking about it just shows that I was always under the impression that he was buying both lots and not one or the other.

Of what relevance is your warning to this thread?
And how does it show that you were under the impression that he was buying both lots?

The relevance to me is that he's stating that he was always upfront about choosing between lots. I state in the thread that he told me was buying them that night. This was the same conversation in which he was trying to buy my lot at the same time. Obviously I didn't mention him by name which is what made it a third party quote but with the given statements I figured it would be pretty obvious who I was referring to in the thread.

So he delivered the cham the original op seems satisfied with the transaction. Why does this thread need to continue?

I believe that "Mr.Parsons" has had intentions of scamming buyers. The photographs are of poor quality and some were edited. I feel that he is buying lots and selling them as animals he produced at a show or online. As stated above in this BOI there are contradictions in "Mr.Parsons" statements. In the end Lauren is happy although I do wonder what the animal she received will look like as an adult.
Many people back out of deals and some continue to say they want a lot or animal when the can not afford it. Perhaps "Mr.Parsons" was attempting to acquire enough funds to by the lot. On he knows what his intentions were and are.
Lack of communication with Lauren and failing to meet the verbal agreement of providing a receipt are enough to make me stay clear of "Mr. Parsons". Paying customers should be #1 priority and future customers should be #2 priority.

Flippers are fine as long as they are honest about where the animal came from and they provide accurate photographs.
Making a liar tell the truth of their dirty deeds will get you as far as :deadhorse

I wouldn't say I'm satisfied with the transaction. I did finally get the chameleon but it was, as I learned, misrepresented. It definitely didn't have the prestigious Kammers and Screameleons bloodlines promised in the add.

Good that people are happy, others will see this thread, read our concerns and the stories/outcomes, and make decisions for themselves. It's the best we can do for now. :) Glad it worked out for some of you!

So he delivered the cham the original op seems satisfied with the transaction. Why does this thread need to continue?

I don't take it that the OP was/is totally satisfied, &/or happy, about how this whole transaction went down. Just relieved that she at least got her Cham.

Once the OP got her Cham, etc., this thread may have, gradually, fallen away, from the BOI "front page", but it continues due to Mr.Parsons' decision to respond with obvious contradictions (re. himself), a comment that makes no sense (as an excuse), and a lie or two (such as his statement of unedited photos for one  ).
Mr. Parsons has, in fact, made himself look even worse, with his replies, and has opened up further suspicion & questioning. Thus, the thread continues.

I really dont care what you guys say im not doing this as a business just a hobby. I did one reptile show with chameleons produced by me and when it was time for the next one I had no offspring at the time and decided to purchase a lot so I would have something for the show. I didnt know this was so frowned upon. It was also the only lot Ive ever bought. Also the last because it was too much of a headache. I dont wish to attack everyone on the boi Im happy it exists and I always check everyone out before buying. Im talking about the people that just want to talk trash for the hell of it and the people saying to pretend they want to buy from me and jump me. Thats a bunch of bs and shouldnt be allowed. My chameleons are personal pets and all come from the bloodlines I claim they do. I am in no way a business and dont want to be this is something I do for fun. I have had 2 cluthches available for sale on fauna and thats it. I rarely have babies and have no reason to lie. Anyway all my ambilobes have sold now and there only seems to be 1 unhappy person who in my opinion is neurotic and not very bright. But I can live with that because I did everything I could to try and please her. Some people just like drama.

When you post classified ads and try to buy 60 lots of chameleons, I'd say you're trying to do a little more than just a hobby. The reason I suspect that you posted the ad before you actually had the chameleons is because I have known of you doing it before. I told you this was not to be done when I texted you (due to not picking up my several phone calls) to remove my ad from the classified section. I didn't make a big deal about it, we talked for well over an hour and I just figured you were new and didn't know any better. But here we are, not only are you posting fake pics, I believe you posted an ad once again without actually having the chameleons in your possession. If you want it to just be a hobby that's fine but don't try to scam people with fake pics and if your going to sell you'd better get more time to handle your customers. As you can see from your very few transactions that its a big deal to people when you sell animals. So if its just a hobby, please by all means keep it to yourself. Just because you don't care that much, the people who spend their hard earned money on your animals do. Also people who work very hard to produce quality animals and have good business practices get pissed when some half ass who doesn't care that much scams people with shady business ethics. Good luck to you sir, I hope you actually take something from this thread and do a better job.

I am not a flipper.
decided to purchase a lot so I would have something for the show.
You are a liar.

this is something I do for fun.

You hurt nice customers for fun?

I have better things to do with my time .
I would love for you to go do them, especially if they involve activities where you can't insult and hurt good people.

I am a respectable person

Nope.

I did one reptile show with chameleons produced by me and when it was time for the next one I had no offspring at the time and decided to purchase a lot so I would have something for the show.

What's funny is that he told me that the clutch of ambilobes that he was selling to me from was the first clutch he has ever bred ever...."This is the first group of babies I've bred so you must have me confused with someone else. The photo is not doctored either its just a blacked out background. This is ridiculous."....so looks like he's getting himself caught up in another lie. Looks like I'm not the only one who's "not too bright".

When I talked to him, he'd had them years ago and was wanting to get back into them. So who knows whats the truth being he has yet to tell one factual thing about pretty much everything.
