    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Maybe you should actually get that lawyer you've been threatening to seek out over and over before you spout more nonsense about Rob and this site "breaking the law". If you actually had gotten any legal advice I'm sure you wouldn't still be posting and digging yourself a deeper hole. But I'm sure that was a bluff as it usually is with people who are mad they aren't getting their way on the internet.

If you behave in person anything like you behave online I'd pay to see you defend your dissertation.

Seriously, I wonder if this animal is still alive. And I wonder if the reason he will allow no one to speak with the vet (if the critter actually went to a vet) is perhaps that there was damage done by his uneducated tube feeding. I'm wondering if the information refusal means that a report should be made:

The vet's letter is based on your giving false information as to when you received the snake, and when it started displaying the issues. My guess is this is why you don't want Rob talking to the vet, because you know what the vet would have said if you'd given him the correct timeframes.
 
The vets letter, unless another has appeared, stated the same thing an individual with little to no knowlege of ball pythons would say. If it has a wobble, it is not sick. All your snakes are birth defects. There's a reason pure white snakes pop up. So they die in the wild. The wobble is just an unwanted defect. You knew what you were buying when you bought her. The chance is always there for it to get bad. If you did not do certain things to her, and told rob I'm dissatisfied, you would have your money back. You did things that could harm a baby snake easily. On top of ibd being thrown around by you. If your really dissatisfied, put her up for sale as what she is at a price you feel is fair. You won't get it all back, but we can finally end this 1000+ posts of ridiculousness.

There are only a few things that could have happened here, Thomas:

1. The snake has severe 'Spider Wobble', but showed little/none of this before December 23 (18 days after you received her and one day after you force-fed her). If she does show severe Spider Wobble, what took it 18 days to manifest? I offered to pay for testing, but you haven't had any done.

2. The snake is fine.

3. The snake was injured while in your care.

Which scenario happened, Thomas, or is there one I am not thinking of?

So, explain to me how you know, for a fact, medically speaking, that this animal harbors no parasites, based on ONLY a physical examination?
I see no listing or evidence of ANY testing and NO veterinarian will LEGALLY make a "diagnosis" without testing to rule out or verify ailments, period.

You have dodged this question as to why no testing was done in the first place. You cannot verify the health or any issues with an animal, without testing.

If you could arrange it, might I recommend bringing a friend or two with you?

In the last 1000 posts, Thomas has shown more mental instability than I personally would be comfortable meeting alone.

I tend to be apprehensive of people that can't keep a story straight hour to hour let alone day to day.

Captive bread don't have parasites, and yellow is gaining weight and growing. She just has the neuro defect.

This should be directed at Rob. I just got her.

You guys are ignorant because you keep talking about "testing" what tests? You don't even know what tests exist.

Thomas, I was hoping to get fecal and x-rays to establish whether Yellow is Healy and determine whether your tube-feeding harmed her. We've had no testing, so we don't know. You won't upload a video, so we don't know how she is now.

I am grateful for Tim's offer and I, too, welcome his help in resolving this situation.

The way I see it I already told you everything a long time ago.

Paypal me 300 dollars and you will get X-rays. You will also have to pay me for me to take the time off.

The vet already did a through examination of her mouth area. As he stated in the letter the tube feeding did nothing.

I know you want to believe that, but you just going to have to accept your assumptions and opinions are wrong.

The X-rays will cause more harm to yellow because she will be bombarded with radiation that is unnecessary.
 
Well, yeah, at this point. The water in her lungs is surely gone by now. I believe I used the past (or past-perfect) tense to indicate why I had wanted testing to be done.

Surely you can't be worried about a child like me?

So she eats regularly (every 4-5 days) but can't find or drink water? Is there water in her tub? I am having trouble understanding how a snake is unable to drink, but eats when offered food. She was so weak that she could barely move, so she couldn't drink on her own, but is swallowing prey? How much extra care can she need if you don't pay attention to her for a month, but eats when you offer food?
