Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Repti-Racks- Bad customer service

I don't think anyone can really deny that Amy has been waiting, patiently at that. Asking for an estimated delivery date after the first projected date has come and gone twice over is perfectly acceptable in my eyes. And being a bit perturbed when not given a straight honest answer more than once also doesn't seem too impatient.

Although I can say I'm not sure I'd have handled finding out that my order was bumped back in line for other, apparently more important, customers who ordered after me, nearly as well as Amy did.

Hopefully the order will go out asap and she'll be happy with the cages. Although it probably wouldn't be a bad idea to give her a little something for her troubles after admitting that she was bumped back in line to do a favor to other customers.

In my eyes you catch more fliles with honey so I wasnt going to be rude and fly off the handle about the order being bumped. As long as my cages are being worked on I am happy.

A little something for my troubles would be nice though...
 
Good luck. I just recieved mine after 4 months. As far as quality goes I have photos I intend to post after he responds.

Please tell the truth and not post un true comments kym123089 we both know it was no were near that really.As it stands now which was just brought to my att by my merchant today she has product we shipped her "cages" and received a few weeks if im correct ago which today she emailed us about receiving them i was answering her questions and helping her JUST to find out their not even paid for and now owes us money...
 
Whoa whoa whoa. I have just emailed you screen shots showing youve been paid. My cages came in on tuesday and I got a chance to open them last night! I ordered Nov 11 or 12th and I recieved them at the end of feb.

I did not call for another charge back and none of my accounts show it. Im not sure what you want me to do here since theres no reason my CC company or paypal would take it although paypal had copies of the ohotos just in case.

Thank you that's all i ask is to look into it and get it fixed cause i cant as it has nothing to do with me and it shows differently on my end and what they tell me whats going on.
 
Im going to send out that package to you today we talked about in good faith this will be resolved as if its a mistake or not i want your reptiles to be happy.

Bad service. Wont tell me vent sizes. Cancelled order already

So i have been looking for cages and decide to try Repti-Racks. Mistake for sure.
I tried to ask him what the vent sizes are on their basic venting he states he puts in on his most popular cage.. He told me to look it up !! I did and didnt find size of vents unless its an added vent and that is 3x5.

So to end it all on not deal with this person,i asked for my pay pal $517 to be refunded today. Will buy the boaphiles and rather deal with a split on a cage then a person who can send me an email telling me to look it up myself,rather then just stating the size.

I dont think he liked selling me the 3rd cage for $100 shipped. ??
 
All it says is standard size vents ! Well, my boaphiles do not have venting. What is standard for one maker is not standard for another maker.

I read all the boi on RR and decide it was worth the try. Guess i was totally wrong.

we have a link called product info right on home page left side menu.tells you all about each option including vents also in videos. link also on home page. they come standard with round louver vents. 3x5 vents are optional .

standard would be fine for venting if you don't need much
2 round louver 2 1/2" vents per cage as standard. THis info and more in detail can be found on our product info menu link home page left side.

Venting -

We offer 2 types of venting options.(3xx5 drilled & standard rounds vents) One we consider standard which comes with all cages unless you choose optional 3x5 venting. Those standard vents are 2 1/2" round louvered vents and color matched. Venting plays a big role in how well your cage with your species housed in it and in your home as each is different vents in fresh air flow. For high humidity reptiles we suggest going with 3x5 drilled vents allows more air flow but yet still retains in proper humidity but with a better dry out over night.3x5 drilled venting is a machined 3x5 vents 3/16" hole size with 2 3x5 vents per cage and unless noted comes on back wall. We do offer these 3x5 vents to be adjustable but be aware if on back wall to adjust youll need access to back of cage. Side venting and placement is all up to you just let us know when ordering.Improper choice of venting for what your needs are can result in undo pressure on door as air and humidity temps inside cage verse outside cage can affect the latchs getting tight as door will expand and contract.
