    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Exactly what he did, he did not disclose this animal had bred and even duded out he to that played it off as he forgot the animal had ever even bred until we found pics that animal was a virgin.
So he can do that to us, but if we do it it's fraud, thank you for pointing that out and just for reference the animal was inquired in our add many times and never sold for just that reason but it proved even for a good bit of $$ we are not willing to sell an animal to someone without disclosing all the info, and we never will. We have morals. Now if someone had insisted on getting her they would have been told before any transaction happened, same as a het pied bp animal for sale may not have pics of vents posted in their add they would be given before selling occurred.

I am talking about your ad. Just for one second, stop pointing fingers.

To me, not disclosing what you feel may be a significant breeding defect in an ad for a $750 animal, is fraud. Simply saying she did not produce for you is not enough, and if that is all there was to it, negates any case you might have against the seller. You seem to be doing a lot in the way of saying things privately.

Now we are name calling? No need to find the PM of what I said I will link it. Yes I said I wouldn't tell anyone if she didn't want me to. She didn't say anything in her PM about not sharing. Then once I found out that others have gotten a PM about John. I then confided that I did as well. John came to me and asked if he could use my PM. At this point I did say that he could because he was going to start a BOI. I think that is perfectly except-able and the right thing to do. The truth at that point will come out no matter which party is right. I am sorry but if you two are right and John is so wrong I would think you would be happy about a BOI. Get the truth out and get things resolved.

Well I will because I feel like ppl do have the right to know, but your not gonna like it. It was zorro, from Colorado corns. The short of it was I requested a specific type adult for breeding purposes, he said he had the perfect one ready for breeding and healthy. I paid about 5paychecks for it. It wouldn't breed. I questioned him on it. He said he never bred her before but couldn't understand what the problem was. I chalked it up to shipping, new home stress. Told him we would try again next yr and hope it worked, he agreed. Later on come to find out (with photo proof) he bred her before, and she slugged out. Following yr she never cycled and was super aggressive with all males placed with her, causing them to be fearful of other females ( which I know is extremely weird) but ruined other projects bc of it too. I finally asked to send him back the snake for a refund I didn't ask for anything else and he not only refused but got quite mean and aggressive to us for asking. We would have been producing tessera bloods last yr and pied ones this yr if not for all of this, and I known with breeding things happen so I will never get back all the money lost or time but he is wrong for lying and trying to be sneaky.

It is not that simple and you know it and I would appreciate you to stop trying to put words in people mouths and start more drama, I only talked to one person in confidence just so you know, and obviously she was not trust worthy and a liar so keep you assumptions to yourself.
 
Has anyone considered that maybe the female in question was just not mature enough to lay fertile eggs the year that John bred her, and then for whatever reason, conditions weren't to her liking in 2012 and 2013? The up side of this, for Tammy and Kevin is, you _know_ she's a female (this is important, having purchased not one, not two, but THREE females, myself, who later turned into males- severely delaying two projects) and you know she _will_ breed (if she is dang good and ready) and _can_ produce eggs.

Thank you Nanci for trying to see the bright side in all this :) both Kevin and I work 2 jobs and attend school full time, and assist teach at the school for free, we just don't have time for all of this. We were supposed to go work today and now I'm here trying to assemble all my ppwk so I can defend our good name from some shady things that were done to us. Now we're the bad guys, I knew this was gona happen this was exactly why I didn't post this on the boi and was just waiting and hoping John would do the right thing.

I'm sorry I don't blame animals, they don't know the difference, they don't lie or commit fraudulent acts. I do know that they can have defects that prevent them from being good breeders or breeding entirely but that is not the conversation we are having. Thanks

Sister, you've come to the wrong place if you think you can command others what to post, and what not to post.
I'm perfectly willing to change my mind if you provide the proper evidence, but as it sits now, in my opinion your ad is fraudulent and that reflects badly on you and the way you started this whisper campaign by posting with no names and then supplying them privately is cowardly.
 
Well, I think placing blame on a snake that's so scary and aggressive that she is ruining allllllll your plans is gonna be hellalot easier than proving your case here.

This is what I have been told. I did not ask to see their PM's. I didn't feel the need since I had your side of the story all ready. Maybe I have been lied to that these other PM's exist but this is what I was told. Maybe I was wrong to believe others that the PM I got was not the only one in existence but I did believe them since they seemed to know your story already without seeing my PM. So if that is the truth I apologize. With Tammy's comment of she will tell because she thinks people should know. I have no choice but to assume that she did in fact tell other people.
