If you do feel as if something is wrong with this snake, you should have disclosed it in your ad. Not doing so, in my opinion, is fraud.
If it is simply a matter of the snake not producing for you, then you have no case against the seller. You can't have it both ways.
Exactly what he did, he did not disclose this animal had bred and even duded out he to that played it off as he forgot the animal had ever even bred until we found pics that animal was a virgin.
So he can do that to us, but if we do it it's fraud, thank you for pointing that out and just for reference the animal was inquired in our add many times and never sold for just that reason but it proved even for a good bit of $$ we are not willing to sell an animal to someone without disclosing all the info, and we never will. We have morals. Now if someone had insisted on getting her they would have been told before any transaction happened, same as a het pied bp animal for sale may not have pics of vents posted in their add they would be given before selling occurred.
