    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Beware of Panther Company

I typically do not post in these BOI threads either. However, I made a thread nearly a year ago about a girl named April Quackenbush with Panther Company. She took me for nearly $700 and several others for thousands. I was fortunate enough to get my money back. I have since learned that April Quackenbush isn't affiliated at all with Panther Company. Now to add that this entire ordeal has caused others to question my bloodlines and if they are in any way related to the panther company. I have never done business with them, but I am sure they have produced quality animals. My breeding stock has come from Screameleons, and other professional breeders like Heroic Chameleons, RobMD1 and TodNedo. It has taken years of hard work to get to where I am and this isn't a get rich quick business, like many new keepers like to believe.

As Chuck said, "As far as the accusations from children or people getting started in the business I will give you some advice, You should spend time on your own breeding programs if you want to produce quality pure animals and work on your reputation which is everything in this business. Also keep my name out of your mouths about what you think is pure, you haven't earned the right to say it."

He couldn't have summed this up more perfectly!
 
tom kilgour -- I'm pretty sure that "April Quackenbush" had some fake business name close to Panther Company, but not the same (I only know because the mods let us know over a year ago that someone was reporting our account thinking it was hers, even though the names were different).

Any way, our breeding stock from many of the exact some lines you proudly listed, (6 Kush/Triton females from RobMD1 -- though I'd not call him a pro anything -- and 13 total from Todnedos Zurg/Blizzard), well over 10 females from Kammerflage (Nosy Be, Ambanja, Ambilobe, Sambava), over 5 females from FL Chams (Ambilobe, Ambanja), over 5 females from Screameleons (Nosy Be, Ambanja, Ambilobe), and others.

The animals this whole post about comes down to a group of 3 other females that I bought through the chameleonforums.com over 2 years ago. All the females listed above, though -- well over 30 females that are now breeders still at our "facility" -- came directly from the original breeders. This season, we also have a number of holdback female offspring from our WC males and these proven females that are breeding to our new males.
 
And again, to be clear, no one is accusing Panther Company of having "took" them for any money -- all posters on here that were actually customers and communicated any dissatisfaction have provided thorough evidence that prompt and full refunds were given.
 
it isn't about money its more about your prob telling the truth J.P. I think your lack of honesty shows just how dishonest your whole company is.. you mention its only 3 females but we both know it goes much deeper then that don't we...you always forget to mention your crossed mitsios you sell as pure locale.. you make it to where anyone breeding pure locale would be better off passing your company by and not taking the chance on your more then questionable lines...
 
SO SORRY but this now 21 page boi thread is about you an your problem telling the truth it isn't about me there isn't a boi thread about me selling anyone a crossed chameleon so while your pounding sand maybe you might start thinking about actually telling the truth sometime cause all your back peddling an whining the same things over and over don't seem to be working
 
There should be, there is plenty of evidence of him lying -- but that's the least of it.

Many people in the chameleon community also have documentation of him sending them messages full of racist and homophobic attacks (myself included).

So you have documentation of your feud with Rob Nichols but no documentation of evidence to defend your company???

Seems odd.

That is correct Panther Company. April was a fraud working under a similar name. She had no affiliation with your company whatsoever. As I mentioned, I have never purchased any animals from you guys, and I am not here to bash or talk negatively. I just wanted to clarify. Thanks!

Seems as though several here are "whining the same things over and over.."

The posts show that when there was a question about the animals, there was a total refund, including postage. The 'accused' has stated, more times than I have fingers, that multiple mistakes were made. If they intentionally meant to mislead, why immediately offer refunds? Scammers try to keep the money, not offer it up on first approach.

Some here seem to have something deeper affecting their thought processes, beyond these few animals.
 
Troy you must be new to chameleons or have no clue at all about what happens when companies like panther company pawn off crosses as a pure locale.. people like myself an others try hard to keep looks of the locales and with this company purposely selling cross locales as pure it goes down the line a ruins everyone breeding projects, some people have worked on for years.. lying to people backpeddling and outright lying when caught at it isn't acceptable and is looked down on.. sorry but this isn't breeding hamsters..
 
Troy if they didn't offer refunds they wouldn't even have a chance to continue to have business, I believe your nor reading any of it. They have said more times than I have fingers it wasn't about the money it was about the misrepresentation of locals. Selling ambanja as f1 faly. Selling other lines as their not and only issuing refunds once they got caught. If they were never caught all those lines would still be misrepresented. These people didn't want a refund on their chams they wanted what they paid for in the first place. Your failing to grasp the concept of the boi. This is to warn others that have bought these lines that they have something that they didn't pay for. Also to warn others these mistakes have all happened within the last 6 months countless mishaps. So in my eyes that's not good odds and others should be weary when purchasing. Because the odds show they may not get what is represented.
 
I see no proof that this company intentionally "pawns" off crosses as a pure local, regardless of your opinion. I see proof that this company is struggling to know what they're selling, and re-labels their animals when they do know.
 
Yes, if you are reading this and bought "Cyclone" x "Grimbold" or "Kaepernick" x "Grimbold" babies in May of this year, and we haven't already spoken, please contact us.

I'm quite confident everyone that had these lines with the expectations of a particular dam has already been made thoroughly aware.
