Mr Hill, my personal relationship with Rozann is just that. You have so basically stated that she is my ex-wife. But she is also my best friend.

No wonder no one wants to tell you things because you blow everything so far out of proportion and turn it all into and concept you got lied too. Maybe you just heard things and turned them in your head. Is it possible you heard thown out of the house and got homeless in your brain. Is it possible you heard court dates and bail and got warrents in your head? Or is it possible in a stressfull situation a word got used and your too stubborn or blinded to see you might be wrong about that? You have no proof of Rozanns words, and the facts totally disagree with what your saying, she did say.

Do you accept that Dave did this to her? Everyone else does! Then your turning this thread into you, not Dave being a bad guy. Half of your posts never say Dave or Lawson or anything to do with him. They say you, they same me, (Bobby Hill) how many pages of Bobby Hill do we have to have that have nothing to do with Dave Lawson.

So I am leaving here. You make sure you stay camped out here like a toy poodle and be sure nothing happens. God help it if you might just miss something. You didnt get lied too, its more likely in the effort to create drama you turn things in your head.

And for the record, the investagators are looking into the so-called stolen snakes that Dave reported. Seems they were on a breeding loan, and then went missing. That is all I can say about that for now.

Didnt you just quote third party information without naming the source, and for someone who hates Dave so much you seem to know so much about his business, including the on going investigation. Something that isnt common knowledge, or even public record. Maybe Mr Hill needs to be looked at a little closer.

Yes as far as I think he might have, but as far as I know, I can't comment on that at this time.

I want to see Dave locked up just as much as you do. I can't stand these scumbags flooding our hobby, but just be honest when telling the stories here, that is all I ask.

I don't want to get in the middle of this whole thing, but I just want to confirm two things, and make a comment.

One, I am one of the people that Bobby called that morning after hanging up with Rozann. What Bobby told me was that he was concerned, didn't know how to help, because Rozann had said that Dave Lawson had kicked her and the kids out on the street and that Dave Lawson had warrants out for his arrest.

Second, as long as I've known Bobby, he's not been a drama seeker. He will pursue the truth, but that's far from being a drama seeker.

Third, I'm glad to hear that Rozann and her kids are in a safe place, and thank those who helped get her there. Whatever went on had to be frightening (and I'm sure still is to some degree), and I'm glad that you and your kids are out of that situation.

I don't know what to say to that. Perhaps with me being upset and Bobby just woken up out of a sound sleep things got misconstrued. My fight is not with Bobby, I said he helped and thanked him. So I will chalk it up to miscommunication. The only way that warrants could be said at all at that time or thought of is if Mr. Lawson did not show up on his next court date, I think that was the 26th but not sure if one was before then, I would have to look.
Either way, I am tired of fighting, I am tired of it all. If anything were to happen to me, and Lord forbid, at least I have the solace of knowing that people know who to look at.
Thank you, as far as I know we are fine and just living our lives, a huge lesson I have learned. On the other side of the coin, there are a lot of good people out there, and for that I am grateful.

As you stated from Bobby he used the words, "put them out on the streets" if you look at Rozann statements of the day in question thats pretty much literally what happened. Now possible to interpret that as homeless, maybe. But the question remains the term "homeless" was not used by Bobby to you that morning the term "kicked out on the street" was. Minor but still the essence or what he was saying was a lie! So lets go for miscommunication in a stressful situation?

Rozann had gotten word at pre 7am that Dave was allowing her back to get property, I was not available to provide info too. She called Bobby, since he does know a lot of contacts. Rozann can be pretty eloquent, but how well would any of us do when she had a truck rented, and no one to help but the 16 year old daughter, your asking a woman 5'4 120 pounds soaking wet (she is going to kill me for saying that)to move the big things. And do so with Dave there. Even with the sheriff, Who cant help. Does anywoman here think they want to be in that position?

The same can be said as a definition of safe, to Bobby that meant being out of Daves house. To me that meant making sure Dave could not do anything, hurt her, stalk her, fondle my daughter on the way to school. All of which Dave seems to be possible of doing. And frankly a restraining order doesnt seem to bother him, So is a lie to say that she was safe on the 18th I think so, to me she wasnt safe until I was fairly sure Dave was out of the county and in hiding. Again my definition of safe, doesnt make me a lier. Nor does Bobbys definition make him a lier.

In all of this haste, in all of the stress, in all of the early morning communication. Is one word worth what this has been all about? Warrants, well I had felt the BOI was bigger than that. He didnt have warrants, he did have pending court in a week! He was out on bail!

And yes Bobby I did receive a nice number of warning points too. Seems we do this to each other on and annual basis.

i have no warrnt, i am NOT running, as proof i was inspected by FWC today, warning form 489984 and 489985 or you can call brads bail bonds. and i am living at the same adderss with the same phone numbers.
the OP is jealous! cuz rozann came al the way to FL. to see whats what its like to be with a real man. rozann came down here with talk of marrage to me. as far as the boas, i never had any boas from mike. as for any boas i had i got from rozann which she stated were hers and she gave to me for payment for animals she took inoctober of 2007 when she stayed in my bed with me.
i got an injunction againts miss rozann on january 20th. for violance twards me, my animals, and my home(i can prove with photos of the injuries she inflicted on me). animals ahe perpously and willfuly killed in aganer twards me. and damages to the house that she and her daughters did to my home, rozann was never thrown out of my home, she was given one week to leave.(its funny how they fogot to mention these facts)
when she moved out she had mike greathopuse and a friend help i and a frined of mine and the deputy also helped her. another point that was failed to be mentioned, was when she lied to the deputy about the computers she had here, and the direct TV boxes which belonged to me. and that the deputy confiermed and proved her wrong.
miss rozann is only upset at me because i had put charges against her for forgery in michigan, apparently according to the friends of court in michigan, rozann forged my signature on a letter, stated she had a job and a place to live in FL. to allow her to mover her minor chiled out of state. i am now a witness against her for the state of michigan so this is just a scam to discredit me. mike and rozann also failed to mintion, that they are the main suspects for the burglary of my two snakes, which occuered a few days affter she left my home. no doors were busted, no cages were broke, and she was the only other person, besides myself, that knew wher the keys were. and houes and her storage unit were serched by FWC.
there is a motion to the court for the injunctions because i missed thoes court dates i miss because i was in the hospital.
now mike, as far as me touching your kid, on more than one occation she was caught masterbating outside in the car while having phone sex with her boyfriend by rozann and myself, and rozann said she was fine with her doing it. and i didnt think it was right for a 13 year old to be masterbating and having phone sex, but then again you and rozann are her parents who am i to say any thing.

Well I just talked to a police officer. The warrants there were issued may not be with the police yet I should go to court house tomorrow with this. Which I will.
Paypal reversed that.
The cable company is already in contact with the fraud department, hard to say you have had that cable since it has now been proven it was moved from MI to FL and was in my name since 2000 and now have all old bills to prove that.
You kept my personal pc and all emails have been compromised, IP's are forthcoming, yes even with AOL.
Mike will be on with proof of mailing and to a trusted person the phone messages between him and Dave can be listened to, the police in MI already has that.
FOC in MI is already appraised of the situation and your record.
I cant get married when I am already married and he is here.
There are no charges on me, in fact what you tried with my ex was thrown out and courts cancelled.
