Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I agree With angel! He can afford the leaches retainer which is usually $5000 or something outrageous! But not y'all! Hmmmmm his nose is so long he can give Ling Ling the panda in china a face job!!!! Pardon my French!
 
I've been following this thread from the beginning but haven't responded because Andrew sounded like he was trying to work things out.. however it seems that now is the time for everyone involved to contact the proper authorities!! Even if you guys don't see a dime of your money... I don't think Andrew would feel too comfortable sitting in a Jail Cell for a couple of months!! He may try to take out a loan on a vehicle or something to avoid that.. there are all kinds of places that will take your car title and give you a loan and if you don't pay them back in a certain amount of time... they own your car!! So... for Andrew his choices are few and far between!! Make an effort and start paying everyone back whether it be through payment plans OR Sit in a Jail Cell for a few months, do community service and still be made to pay everyone back that you have screwed over (excuse my french)!!!

Of course he can... This is a federal offense. He had no intention on shipping anything, if he did, he wouldnt have sent some money back to some people. The fun thing about it being a federal offense, their is no good behavior time, its ALL time served. This is why I URGE eveyone to report it to their local USPS. If he has made "arrangements" this is only to STOP you from going to the authorities. Think of all the OTHER people he can and will do this to.
 
Any idea on the time frame of something like this where authorities like the postal service actual investigate the situation and take action?
 
I would call them up and just let them know the situation.. tell them that you have E-mails, pictures ect. and a copy of this thread and ask what you should do? Also... I know there is a site online for internet fraud.. just don't have a link to the page... I would report him to them as well... the more the merrier so anyone involved with this whole situation... syncranize (sp?) your watches and get all the info together and go for the throat, so to speak!!

Its a process but it entirely depends on him. He can stall it, but its kind of hard when they come knocking on his door and serve him with search warrants for everything, including his computer.
 
look this guy dose not care about getting his money back! he has a case and has not filed a lawsuit yet. He has a great case and does nothing if he would just get a attorney he would get all his money and compensatory damages when he is done.
 
I havent done anything yet? You gotta be kidding me i did everythig i needed to 2 weeks ago when this all went down. State and local police, filed a report with the usps postal inspector and filed my claim on a governmnt agency website called ic3.gov. I was asking how long these things might take. Its real easy to be a tough guy bro when your not in the situation.
 
Mike... I would suggest you get together with the other people involved and just keep on the agencies that you did contact in hopes that it will make things go faster... any proof you have.. I would give to all these agencies and also let them know the people you've contacted!! Send copies to everyone and just keep bugging them and hopefully the others involved will do the same!!
 
Bud I have been in the situation!!! have you gotten a attorney you really wont get anywhere too quick until you put a attorney on the guy. Then you will see s... happen I apologize for being a smart a$$ but I have not seen one person say my attorney did this or did that and or I filed a lawsuit yesterday or this morning I have heard allot of people complaining but not one lawsuit yet and that is what needs to be done sue him for breech of contract for not giving you the money back he agreed to it you have it in e-mail.
 
Attorneys only sue. This isnt about a lawsuit, as of yet. He is handling this the correct way by going to the authorities first. And, like Catharine said, get everyone together and go after him. Hopefully truth is the only one trying to get this guy prosecuted for ripping people off.
 
True but my wife just finished her business law and looked at what is going on here and said he would be better off just getting him for breech of contract what does the prosecutor have to say. I mean this has been going on for weeks now and surely it has had to of gotten to the prosecutor by now.

Its a fraud case. Fraud is the hardest thing to prove because you have to prove that they INTENDED it. Its only been a couple of weeks. Investigations surely take more than a couple of weeks. With one complaint, I am sure its not a TOP priority. With a few, I am sure it moves up. With a lot, I would imagine that it gets top billing. There are many ways to get the ball rolling so to speak. The problem is with that, he has to involve every dept and everyone associated with this transaction.

If it were me, I would go to the Dept of Fish and Wildlife, Delta, USPS, local police, et al.... The LAST thing I would do is go pay MORE out of pocket to get an attorney. I would rather prove the criminal aspect of the case before the Civil side. The civil side does not stop this guy from ripping more people off, however, the criminal side can prove the civil side fairly easily.

Well,I will probably get an infraction for responding to this off topic post..But to answer your question,I love this place..I am just not gonna pay money and get banned,for the same stuff that other people do all the time.I do agree with you on the situation though..It does seem very sad that this is not resolved..Being out money with nothing to show for it is a real deppressing deal...No one likes to be taken advantage of,especially multiple people by the same person..And especially a person who comes on here and tries to tell everyone to be on his side,then continues to leave the situation how it is...Nothing is worth going to jail over..And if he couldnt make it as a breeder and got desperate,he should have started looking into somthing else a while ago...
 
I have been in contact with everybody involved, meaning the other 3 who were owed money or snakes. From what the police have told me more than once is that this is a civil suit. Basically im not gonna go to florida track him down make him apear in court to solve this.
 
Mike... You just keep doing what you are doing. When the time comes, get the attorney that will get you your money back PLUS stick it to him. As for the authorities, the only reason the cops say that is because they have jurisdiction over a Federal issue.
 
This is Keith, I haven't read these in while, but there are some facts that I should straighten out based on my situation. This is the first time I've ever dealt with Andrew, he and I did square up, although he could not sell the Anaconda because he was accused of selling to two people, he received the advice to hold the anaconda until those accusations are cleared up. I agreed to take the large green burm and cash back. He has sent me both. He did not retain an attorney, only free advice from a legal friend. I just want to make sure the facts are straight. I hope things work out with the others. I believe he will make things right but I also believe that because the orginal deal went south when the snake died, and apparently no other purchases are being made, he may struggle to repay. I don't know him but I have talked with him during our exchange and that's the impression I'm getting. Good luck to all.
