    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Same lies like USARK only went against Ballbids cause we told them too. USARK made a comment before Ballbids had any opposition and before Say No was started. So Mark, I will call you out on your lies. What about Marty never posting IP address. He even circled the attacker ip and it was a member of Ballbids, not Say No. What about Zack saying that he knows it was my group, that it was either me or I got someone to do it? I got that screenshot. So is all that lies cause you don't agree with it? So the question I ask, is why do you guys think you are better then everybody. You claim that you talk to KBOA is enough proof to show that we are liars. Oh yea a screenshot that Marty could of just as easy fake. What about Marty insulting people family. What about Marty throwing a temper tantrum. Forget about the opposition. Cause the opposition is not harming you. Ballbids (Mark, Marty and Zack) are harming Ballbids, plain and simple.

My opinion is that anyone who supports a get-rich-quick scheme on the backs of the animals I love such as ballbids isn't someone I'd want to do business with anyways (due to obvious lack of scruples). Blacklist away, baby!
 
One more thing mr. byers. You accused me of duplicity. You made some very bold statements that you claimed to have proof to back up that I had created a false identity in order to infiltrate your pathetic little site.

I said then and say now, you lied. You're a liar mr. byers, a very bad liar. Do you have the proof you claimed to? If so, post it up or prepare for yet another plate of crow. You SURE do seem to love eating that rotten stuff. At least, judging by how you go out of your way to get people to serve it to you, it sure seems you like eating it.

I have not read through all the posts yet.... I have some questions for everyone involved.

1) Has people won animals and not received them?

2) Have people paid for these "bids" and not received them?

3) Has anyone lost out of money or animals at all?

I agree with many people about this site. Penny auctions are for the site owner to make money. They will make 3 to 4 times what an item is worth. It is a great marketing tool and many people like them. I am not one of them.

Now if people here just do not like the way penny auctions work then there is nothing legal or bad about it. As penny actions are what they are.... If ballbids is taking peoples money and making it where people are not winning the auctions they need to be dealt with.

it is a site that new people to the hobby will use as they can buy a bid pack for whatever they are selling them for and get the animal for cheap....well they think they do lol...

I know I should have read all the thread and I bet most of my questions are answered lol.... Talk later guys and gals

So here is what I am getting from this thread......

Ball Bids have people asking for refunds they are not getting it.....

Ballbids Tech guy does not know how to type a post let alone run a site....

Ballbids head guy here likes throwing names... WAIT no saying the "big dogs" like him but not naming them........

Ballbids head guy is not a PR guy at all.....

So what we have is a penny auction that is trying like hell to get around a lot of stuff...........

Sorry ballbids if your site is going down that much.... time to put up the money and get better programming and better server protections.... Here is what I think is happening... I dont even think anyone is "hacking" into their site.... I dont think anyone is DoS attacking. I think it is bad programming.... lol..... that they are leaving back doors open.

I think I joined their site when it first came out. I have not been back sense and did not go today. I do not like Penny auctions for anything. But it looks like this business model that ballbids has built will fail.

Yes, people have received animals they have won. There is question as to the relationship of the winners and the owner of Ballbids. Also, if bidding isn't high enough, the website seems to "freeze", bids are refunded and another auction is held for the same animal once enough bidders are online to make enough money. People HAVE asked for their money back because of the "technical issues" (coffcoff) and Zack refused them their money since they did receive their bids back. Pretty sleezy in my opinion.
People HAVE paid for bids they did not receive but from what I understand, they were credited the missing bids.
Any complaints made to their page are deleted, the complainer is banned and Zack blames the customer's computer as the problem, dismissing it as a lag or freeze on the customer's side.
You are correct when you mention that they run around the law and that is exactly what they have done. We proved they did indeed need an auctioneer license to run out of the state of KY so they re-registered their business at the location of their lawyer in Missouri.
All around sneaky behavior - the person posting here on fauna is Zack's father who completely lacks any moral fiber, had lied continuously and been caught on more than one occasion. He has a filthy mouth and is not above name calling and bringing people's family into his arguments. In my opinion, he is Ballbids biggest problem.
 
My friends...this um, operation (for lack of a better word) will not be around for the long term. Penny auction website for live animals = a bunch of malarkey. You don't need a weatherman to know which way the wind blows.

You sir, are a broken record, reiterating the same gobbledygook over and over again, hoping some poor fool is going to fall for your misdirection.

You were asked for proof of your claims, but cannot provide your "proof", instead you spew forth the same crape over and over again. I tried to read the link you kept posting, but it was so filled with misspellings & opinions that I gave up. I don't have time for uneducated drivel.

Quite frankly, you and your son & his cohort marty are the three stooges, your actions are laughable. Where is marty to defend this penny auction crap? Its obvious zack can't be here because he doesn't know how to talk to people. Heck, you don't either for that matter. Heck, you cant even string together a few words to make a coherent sentence. It was just that Mark (Zack dad) who likes to say that he only speaks the truth, told people that Jason had a criminal record, and when called out on it, he called people name.

I was told to post this. A while ago I came up to this page (http://www.tradeboss.com/default.cgi/action/viewcompanies/companyid/824847/). This page is about a person name Toni Kirschner dba Radarman. Connection is Marty Kerstetter. His email is [email protected]. There is a connection. What I have found is that Toni Kirsner lives in Davies, Fl which is in the Fort Lauderdale area where Zack dad is from. There is a connection between them two cause if Toni is a known penny auction scammer, then something really needs to be done. Of course, Marty wants to say it all made up and false but there is too much coincidence between it. 2 people from FL using Radarman and dealing with penny auctions.

Sumner, I will tell you this once. You have just associated my name with an alleged criminal. You attempted associating the Ballbids programmer with this alleged person on another forum and you were caught and set straight on that forum so you have known those are two different people for some time now. Even mentioning my name in any thread is in violation of the documents sent to you by Ballbids.com Attorney. My background, personal and professional history, and reputation here in the Fort Lauderdale area is not, nor has it ever been in question. Now I don't know who this Kirchner guy is you have derived in your mind with your childish and inept investigatory CSI nonsense nor do I care to know, but I will advise you right now to retract what you have said about me relating to any associations with any criminal elements and cease any further false accusatory remarks relating to my reputation. 9/02/2010 Mark Byers
 
The cease and desist didn't say I couldn't do that so it not in violation of anything. There are 3 things that throw up yellow flags and if there is no association then you have nothing to worry about. I will not retract anything. And since I put it as what I have found and I did not say it was the same person who put in any fact. Learn to tell the difference.
