    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Also, in looking back over the emails you posted on the first page of this thread, I see where you traded emails with the Clark's on Friday, 6-21, Saturday, 6-21 and Sunday, 6-22.
The first email you post is a response from them to you dated Friday, 6-21 at 21:04 PDT (9:04PM) where one of the Clark's tells you they are going to call animal control and tell animal control how they shipped and from where, etc.

Duh. Need to correct myself .. The first email you posted, Pamela, was dated Friday, 6-20 at 21:04 (9:04 PM). It was clearly a response to an email from you earlier in the evening relative to Animal Services. Please post the first emails you sent them from last Friday the 20th after the delivery and include the headers and times.

WOW! This is Sara Clark. I cannot believe I am seeing this! For starters Pam knows why she hasn’t got a refund. I started a police investigation and they said leave money in PayPal account until investigation is over! I have shipped many snakes and have never had a DOA and never had my snakes show up in a plastic bag. Only an idiot would do something like that! When I talk to Pam on the phone she’s a different person then who she is on the internet. She will email me a horrible email and then call me and apologize! I have a voicemail saved to prove it to the police.

I’m here because Pam thought it was right to slam my name!

The police will find out the truth!

One question I have is if you were going to post the emails why not post them all!

And I get an email a little after 6pm saying he is dead….when I asked for pics why didn’t I receive the pics til 10:30pm? When in the 6pm email you had said you took the pics already!

Oh and remember you said finger prints would be all over the plastic bag…Did you get your finger print report back and see we had never had that bag?

My other question is you say I will mail him back to you, and then you say oh animal control took him and all my pictures.

Then all I said about the snake was the pictures you sent me didn’t show the snake and his markings to compare to my pics and on here you post pics of the markings on the snake why didn’t I get those pics? All you gave me was blurring pics of a box and snake belly scales.

I HAVE NEVER DENIED THE SNAKE OR THAT PILLOWCASE! I SAID THAT IS NOT MY PLASTIC BAG OR MY BOX!!

My box was white it came from my mother in law. It was a USPS Priority mail Box. The red stripe and USPS logo was covered up in Black tape. My mother in law works for USPS and gave me the box because it was durable for shipping such a big snake!

My shipping was a box size 12x12x8 check the order. That box you have doesn’t even match the shipping box size!

Oh well slam my name if it makes you feel better! The police will figure it out and I will post the police report!!!!

It’s kind of weird you decide to be like this once you found out I got the police involved on Saturday!!

And Pam remember telling me this was such a bad experience for you because you only deal with Bob Clark? Well then why are people posting about others you have brought down?
 
Well it is a pain in the A$$ if anyone of you seen pictures of my snakes, they are blurry most of the time. My camera sucks.

I only hope in the future that after all the many scams and bs going around with people buying dead, sick or empty packages that you people who do this to us do not have internet sales shut down! Reptiles are a pretty big business, and as always laws are closing in tighter and tighter on us.

So if you don't believe me about a damn plastic bag, i don't care!!!! You are not here. I can't give you my damn DNA over the internet.

Call the number for animal services! I gave it! Email Sara, you have it! Call the UPS she dropped that snake off at for me....You have the address now.

I came here to warn others about this horrid event. It was animal abuse pure and simple.

Many don't believe the plastic bag around the pillow case. Well.... screw you!

When something happens to you this tragic i hope you deal with it well. I did.

I called animal services and told them it's animal abuse, hell they don't disagree but the seller is in another state they said.

I can't give more than i have. This is all that arrived.

My opinion counts. And here it is: The SELLER messed UP! Why? Rushed, or did not package the animal herself or it was already dead!

She has not emailed me or called me. Now, i will collect my money off my card because i know for a fact i did all i could to save an already dead snake shipped in a small box inside a colored pillow case, inside a large plastic bag!!!

This is insane, pathetic and cost the animal that was mine paid to Fedex, but after payment they decided to go UPS to save money before contacting me.... this can go on forever.

Where are the sellers? Why don't they make this right. Their problem was with UPS, not me. And for ANYONE to think i would kill a snake i purchased is beyond my ability to think about.

Yes i am pissed! This should have never happened.

To one poster here, animal services faxed the copy to my bank!!! I am trying to take pictures of that copy that i brought home from my bank.

Sellers label is blurry itself! (hell she said she was running out of ink) Copy is not that great on the report.... Zoom it, use a program i don't care this is the best i have.

OKay sara show a response i emails that you are stating. You never answered about sending him back, you never answered about cool packs, you never got back with me the next day after talking to you as you said.

The police? What can they do? You need to have pictures of you with a white box and a time entering that UPS drop!

You need more than she said and she said over the phone.
 
I have brought one other sale to this board. It was a baby Boa who was in a deli cup and HOT. Seller and i reached an agreement. The little snake was dehydrated, and would not feed, needed de-worming etc. (well got a de-worming) I keep many large snakes and never have had but 2 problems, this is by far the bad one.

Again, why do i have to wait for my refund when this is no fault of mine.

I paid fedex! Not UPS! You emailed me after the drop.

I did not lie about anything. Why did the pictures arrive to you so late.... could it be because i sat in a tub trying to cool down a snake in hopes it was not dead, could it be because the smell made us want to vomit. And i was very very sad. I mean this was my animal, i paid for it. These animals are my passion. I spent up to or over $1,000 for caging etc, for this snake. You got everything you needed that evening asap. It hurts sara, a 7 yr. old snake suffocated!!! Yea it hurt.
 
Sara then you need to send the police to my home about this too as you said they will be in contact! I need to know what the hell happened!!!!!!! I'm out a snake and money!

Why did you not call me back, or answer my emails for days now. I was asked to come here by many people who buy online. I want YOU to make this right. Did you ever go back to the UPS drop? They will have answers, the police are going to say it's domestic. Sue UPS. Good luck, they don't ship pythons.

So that leaves me with a witness as to opening the box. And i would never ever kill a snake. I'm sorry for the animal and my loss, and that's all. You can keep investigating, but you forced me to go to my bank with this only to get my money back. And let animal services know how an animal arrived. I am LIVID!

Sara i see you're on. You want to call me? I am willing to work this out with the authorities in any way we can. This animal was suffocated.

We need to take care of this. I'm serious. I'm not letting it go. Not the death of an animal like that, no way in hell!

Thanks i have been reading through the many messages here with Mike. He wanted a trade, but i did not, nor did i have a trade he was looking for.

I wish Sara would come back on and clear this up because this is some of our conversation on the phone: She and Mike deal weekly with snakes, and with big breeders. Her mother in law she said gave her a box to ship my snake from USPS where the mother in law works. Sara would not let me talk to Mike. But infact it was his snake i was buying.

It would seem this is the same guy. She signed off as soon as the message came up asking if that was serpentboy?

I'm speculating, i'm sorry. But do people normally get shut down and run under a wives name and business to sell again? I only read about Ray Toress (sp)

I wanted to let you know..we feed our snakes every sunday but i had him for sale and never knew when he was gonna be shipping out so I only fed him one jumbo rat this last sunday so he wouldn't get sick!! he will probably eat when u get him if not diffenitly by sunday!!
