He/ Paid on the 4th, I shipped to the verified address on Paypal WITH A ADDED hold for pick up-- due to temps on the 8th. He signed and received on the 9th.

On the 12th he/she text me and said I sent dubias and not discoids. I replied, apologized, asked what he would like to happen? A discount, or discoids exchanged instead.

On the 13th he said he wanted discoids and "could i send them now?". I replied that as soon as he sent the others back I would ship on same day I receive them. To put a receipt for his postage in the package coming to me so he gets the refund for postage.

On the 14th when I haven't heard from his, i sent a text stating that my temps were above 90 , be sure to include a cool pack, and make it for pick up for me. To insure their live arrive. No reply.

On 14th at 6:47 pm she filed the complain on paypal. He posted that it was the wrong bugs, he wanted his money back and postage.

I called paypal and spoke too disputes. Explained that we had text, I had agreed to exchange the bugs, but I had not received any bugs or any shipping info on bugs, or anything else from the buyer.

On the 16th they refunded his money because he has buyer protection they said- , and I NEVER reachieved any bugs back. The $95 was removed from my palpal account, which is where it was still sitting.

Today I Closed my palpal account. 3rd time they have screwed me in 10 years Now a total cost of over $1000. Enough is enough. I went and got a square up for my iphone.

Im not going back and forth here. he got the bugs and the money. Buyers beware is the only reason Im posting.

You beat me to it. I was just thinking the SAME thing. Regardless, ANY one ripping people off is unacceptable (I admit that I didn't read her posted information, because I didn't care).

This is slightly amusing due to the fact I was contemplating on posting a bad guy thread on Wendy but was hesitant because I wouldn't like it if someone did it to me.Also I believe the BOI is heavily abused beyond its true purpose. I should have done this immediately at least to warn others about doing business with this scammer. So here it goes! It's 3:17 am and I'm kinda tired so I'm not gonna go through my phone and pull dates and time but will be happy to do so if need be.I text her to buy discoids.I had purchased them from the company in the past and I realize now I dealt with Jeane.Honestly I know Jeane doesn't have the best reputation either but the transaction with her went as smooth as butter.I've spent thousands on fauna buying ball pythons so if I was gonna scam someone for money it wouldn't be $95 worth of roaches.Wendy's intent from my gathering was apparently to get over on me and when PayPal ruled my dispute in my favor and returned my honest money all of a sudden she has a voice again and wants to try to slander my name out of anger.Back to the details! I texted her for discoids when I seen her ad on here because the prices were good.They had went up since my last purchase so I asked her would she give me the original price and she agreed to sell at $95 shipped for 2000 discoids.I payed her around last Thursday or so.She said she would ship Monday.Monday night I asked were they shipped she said no because she had left the doctors too late but Tuesday for sure.Tuesday when I asked if she shipped. No response.Wednesday I asked if she shipped because I never received a tracking number via e-mail as she said I would receive.She acted confused as to why I didn't get one then later responded she had wrote the wrong zip code on my label and had to switch the package with a new one that has my correct address at the post office.By this time I was pretty sure I was being scammed.Wednesday night I asked for tracking number because I still had not received and e-mail.She then texted me a tracking number.Friday the roaches had finally arrived and before I opened the package I said to myself I guarantee these end up being dubia just because the rest of the transaction had been going so terribly.Opened them up and BAM dubias! I texted her (Mind you I'm only texting because I asked if I can call her and she had said yes but never answered one of my calls!) explaining that to no surprise she had sent me dubias instead of discoids.She said one of her employees had packed them and made the mistake. She said send them back and she would switch them.I said I shouldn't have to pay shipping and she said she would reimburse my shipping cost.I said I would ship them back Monday she would have them Wednesday then she can either refund my money or ship me the discoids Wednesday and I would have them Friday.She said her mother Jeane works at the post office and that I would have them Thursday because Jeane puts her packages in with the express mail.Sunday night she texted me saying her temps were 99 degrees and Monday wouldn't be a good day to ship them back to her.She said cold packs would not last the two day trip ( even though she shipped the dubia to me 2 day shipping with a cold pack!).She did not say not to ship Monday though just suggested it wasn't a good idea.Monday I texted her and said should I ship them back or not.No Response. I have over 10,000 dubia roaches honestly and just purchased 2000 more.It's all I feed my dragons.What do I need to rip her off for 2000 baby dubia or her $95. If she was an honest seller all this game playing and lying would have never been involved with this transaction. Also people do make mistakes and that is why I was giving her the time to correct it but she completely swept me under the rug with no intent to fix the situation until she seen that her plan backfired and I had been refunded my money. Now I'm a BAD GUY???

You claim to have made multiple attempts to reach her via text:

It should be simple enough to take screenshots or actual photographs of these text messages to show that you did, indeed, try to get in touch with her. Copy/paste won't really cut it for posting text messages, undeniable photographic proof is the best route.

It does seem kinda odd that she'd be so insistent on you returning the botched order first. I'd think that just buying and printing out a pre-paid postage slip to send with the replacement order would have sufficed to take care of their return shipping. However, as it stands, you now have your money back, and what are now her roaches. Some agreement has to be reached as to how her property is going to be returned to her.

Dan I'm an honest person.I am a firm believer in karma and do not rip people off.As I said she made the time to post this thread but STILL hasn't responded to any of my messages or made any attempt to contact me directly to even say Hey why haven't you shipped my roaches.She says she never received her roaches back yet?? Why would I ship them back when she told me her temps were so high then that was the last thing I heard from her.I'm not just gonna ship them anyway so she can say they arrived dead and I wasn't getting anything.I have all texts on my phone.Honestly I can't do screenshots with my phone and it's gonna take a lot of pics to cover the whole text convo but I will gladly do it if that's what's necessary.As far as her roaches I put them right into their own container upon opening them and that is where they still are.Only thing I added to them is some banana to eat.I have no use for them and I would still even take the discoids!! Well maybe not now because she tried to tarnish my name on here but still I have my money back and if she wants the roaches she can print out a label for herself and send it to me.I'll pack them right back in the box they came in and send them home.This is exactly what I mean about the BOI is abused. She posts a BOI but never once tried to contact me since Sunday night when she told me about not shipping.As I said all texts are on my phone and I will work on getting them on here or least the last few showing that I did indeed try to contact her with no response from her.If she has them on her phone she can feel free to post them also if she'd like.

While I hope your situation is resolved to your satisfaction, I have no sympathy for you or how you got yourself into it.

I check all sellers reputations before making purchases but foolishly I did not immediately check hers ONLY because I bought roches from this company in the past with no problems.I just looked at it like I was a returning customer.Upon filing my PayPal dispute I searched her name to help decide if I was being scammed and judging by all of her bad guy threads and problems she has created with other buyers I concluded that most likely I was.I also realized I dealt with Jeane and not Wendy during my past purchase of the same item.I bought from Jeane through Kingsnake.com and had no problems with her at all which kinda made me think it was okay to buy from this company again.Either way it's my fault for being naive.Everyone makes mistakes and I'll learn from this one.I make plenty online purchases and this is the first time something like this has happened to me so I'm pretty lucky and thankful it wasn't a BIG purchase!

I had a drop ship wholesaler and I created the website but it didn't last very long at all.I changed that with my paypal account but I don't know why that still shows up.
