    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I owe Dennis the money not Jimo not Gina from the bronx and not a wharehouse stock boy, that you lakes. I said that I will meet with Dennis and we (he and I ) will talk about it. I talked to Pasco county clerk and They said it is up to the respondant to collect (I ask and Scotts name is no where on it). I was told that if he (Scott) is using the info in the court file to Harrass me then they advise to to go back in front of the Judge and to bring these post of his. I think I may do that. It seems as if Scott is more interested in the money then Dennis, He (Dennis) has never once ask for the money just a court date.
 
Why should he have to ask for it? You know you owe it. Quit being a double talking scumbag and just pay the man.

Why were you able to pay $150 to Fauna when you could have used that money to pay your COURT ORDERED debts???

And to take it one step further, sonce you only make $200 per month (now that it is season) how could you possibly afford it???

Legitimate attempts to collect a judgment do not constitute harassment. You'll just wind up paying more court costs, after the judge laughs you out of the joint.

I am just curious-can we still do polls on this site? If so, I was wondering who has done more damage to the herp industry: davey 'mamma's boy' lawson or bruce 'i was supposed to feed those tigers' eisenman.

As a moderator, and representative of the site no less. Who proves his worth within a very short time of course. Great Example of justice and leadership! :thumbsup:

The above example is a prime one of what the dollar can actually buy at times.

Maybe we could make a higher level of elite moderator police. Consisting of people who have PROVEN to be honest, level headed, and put in their time CONTRIBUTING something to the site besides money. Their job could be sacking the mods who bought and abuse their power. :dgrin: At least that would be more of a benefit to the community as a whole.

Rick, I'm going to go off-topic for a moment and address this. Incidents such as the one above have brought about a few adjustments of sorts. There is a warning that mods can ding each other with for warning system abuse. The above quoted warning resulted in Dave receiving a few warnings of his own for warning system abuse.

Anyways, among the changes that were made after this transpired were to change the warning level for warning system abuse from 4 points to 25. Warnings from Rich, myself, Jay, and Dennis carry a bit more weight, and are given a multiplier by the system. Also, the number of points that triggers an automatic suspension has been lowered from 500 to 300. Now, that may seem like a high number, but recall that warnings from site mods such as myself are given a multiplier. As such, even one instance of system abuse can be enough to trigger an automatic fine and suspension.
