Fact is I was offered a refund, but when I emailed to clearify it and also see if they were willing to pay return shipping and that I would get the entire $240.00 back that is when things started to get "ugly". I was told that they would not refund shipping and would not pay to have her shipped back and that they must receive a "healthy" dragon back.
Shortly after that I went to paypal and filed a claim. (This was after about a dozen emails back and forth). I then got an email from them saying the paypal case would be dropped, then another saying it was already canceled by paypal. I logged on and checked the status and according to my account it is still active and being reviewed.
ANYONE is welcome to email ME and I will forward them EVERY email I have sent and received. Just make sure you have a couple hours to spare and a cup of coffee in hand.... It was well known that she was bought to be a breeder and this is the FIRST I have heard of anything "Genetic". I really do believe a "genetic defect" is and should be mentioned in the ad and after the sale to make sure the buyer still wants her.
Now to cover another issue...... That picture they just posted of the side view of that dragon was NOT on the ad I bought her from.

In fact I got this email and replied to it as below.....

"Like I said,I never heard of droopy eye syndrom.Since I did not have a picture of her with her eyes showing, why didn't you ask since you know about this syndrom?Dawn"
Because it is not a common occurance and 99.9% of dragons do not have it at all in any form! "Droopy eye syndrome" is simply what I and others call it and not a technical name. Why should I inquire about something that should have been mentioned in the ad in the first place? A normal, healthy dragon's eye fills the eye socket and does not stay at the far top of the eye socket with nothing but a big empty space below it.
"Also when you received her you emailed me and said you were very happy with her.You can't change your mind the next day."
I have not changed my mind. When I emailed you I thought she was simply overly dehydrated. It wasn't until later after she had settled in that I started questioning her eyes. I left the feedback within 30 minutes of getting her here and the packaging was great. She was a healthy size and weight and looked well cared for, etc. But like I said, I didn't overly stress her by giving her a thorough examination right out of the box.

This dragon is now entering into day 3 of being here and still has not eaten a thing. If she doesn't start eating soon, she will not be in any shape to ship back to them anyway. Another shipping may very well stress her enough to kill her next time.
I asked for a partial refund and keep her here as a pet and get her the medical attention needed, I have asked for a full refund and keep her here and get her the medical attention needed, and I have asked for a full refund plus return shipping..... It should be the seller who makes these offers, not the buyer who was misled and bought a sick dragon.
