In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

CheriS,Find something better to do!!

It sure turned yellow awfully quick. And you say that the picture Lisa is posting of her is not the same dragon that I am posting??Now I want to know if that is my dragon she is posting or not.Like I said the picture I posted on here is the same dragon in the auction that she won her from. Now if you are telling me that my picture on this forum is not the same dragon Lisa is posting I would like to know what is going on!! Lisa also wrote this too me---I would settle for $75 refunded back and will drop the Paypal complaint at that time. I have an appt Tuesday at the vet for another dragon here and can take her in at the same time for a vit B booster, fecal and get her started on the other tests. This way, you still made $125 on her, she got a good home and won't have to be stressed by being shipped again.

Let me know if this is acceptable

LISA YOU NEED TO CONTACT ME ABOUT THIS DRAGON,INSTEAD OF ALL THESE OTHER PEOPLE TELLING ME WHAT TO DO.THEY ARE NOT PHYSICALLY LOOKING AT THE DRAGON,JUST PICTURES!!!

Jeff, I see you are on line reading. Take some time and let us know who this vet is?? Or is there really no vet??
A little honesty would go along way here. I will not leave you be if these are the types of animals you sell to people. I will keep the hounding up until you can provide me with something that either says you are not at fault here (vet name and phone or report) or you refund this lady her money in full. This is clearly beginning to look like a scam on your part. With you not providing anything, including the truth, I am inclined to believe that you KNEW full well that there was something wrong with this beardie BEFORE you sent it out!!

Did you physically examine this dragon??NO you did not.Did you see how many times I have offered a full refund???Obviously not.I am on the defensive because I am being accused of selling a sick lizard and no one can prove that she is sick!! What good does the name of a Veterinarian do??? Would it make you happy and stop butting your nose into other peoples business??Would you like a list of some of my recent sales??? I am not on here to prove anything to you at all!! This is between Lisa and I. She needs to email me to take care of this. What more can I do than offer a full refund including shipping?? Should I tell her to keep the lizard(like she offered to do,which is strange to me if she is so sick and she said for me to just send $75 and everything is all good?)

I have emailed them ...

As to the dragon looking more "yellow", etc in my pictures.

We all know that stress, lighting, environment, health, better camera, etc all play a part in what a camera sees and captures an image of.

This IS the dragon I received on Friday! Here is another picture taken of the same dragon, but in different lighting... just to show how they can change from picture to picture..

The breeder that I bought her from will make a post shortly,he is reading through all of this garbage first.

If it is put on the BOI that you are selling sick animals then it becomes my business as well, as I buy beardies. I WANT to know who to buy from and who not to. I WANT to know the name of the vet that saw that animals eyes yet said it was fine so I can verify. I WANT to know what you as a seller is going to do about it. Is that clear enough to you why this is my business as well? If not, I can give you more reasons, such as, if it is a genetic problem I WANT to know if people who buy these animals know that that is what it is. I WANT to know if that is yet another thing I have to closely look out for in buying a beardie from someone.
I as a buyer have the right to know what is going on. I WANT to know what vet it is for those who may live around you to know not to go to that vet. I WANT to know if there was any blood work done?
Now what was the name of that vet you supposedly took the dragon to?

CheriS,Find something better to do!!
It's Sunday, I have nothing better to do, thanks.

All the pictures Lisa is posting is of the same dragon in your ad Dawnjeffy ad

They all have a break in the upper back pattern, the one you posted on page 4 and claiming the eyes are not so bad, has no break in the pattern on the upper back.

Its really a moot point unless you are claiming she switched the dragon you sent her for one that is sick and just happens to look a lot like the one you sent and sisters you have, with droopy eye syndrome too....... is that what your saying? That would be a million in one possibility.

This thread is not garbage, its FACT, but facts you don't want to hear or have others see.

You failed to disclose important info about and animals you sold and you hid that info on the ad and contacts with the buyer..... you admitted you were aware of it and think it a genetic defect. YOU knew this was intended to be a future breeder!

The breeder can post, thats great, we would like to know where these dragons are coming from for future reference..... but it does not alter the fact you knew, you hide it, you gave her a hard time about taking it back and refunding her cost for something YOU HID! and now it is declining and you state it has to arrive alive back or she is out the purchase price and shipping both ways?

Sheesh, what a business *man* and your still not disclosing who this vet was that "gave her a clean bill of health" I don't think there was any vet, you lied to try to scare Lisa off and make her shut up..... just like your trying to shut up me and others posting the SAME THING, so you can continue with business as usual for you

ALSO: are dawnjeffy, dawn hebert, jeff grassi and dawn grassi all the same person? are you all of them?

There are different threads on this board on all of them... Lisa dealt with Dawn Grassi, maybe webslave would like to combine them so there is a refferene point on all of them when this thread is exhausted so others do not miss them prior to purchases

I did not know this dragon was sick, and it is still not proven by a vet that it is sick

So drop it!! This is all we can offer!

The breeder is trying to contact Lisa right now and he even said he will refund her money if she sends the dragon to him! I have also offered the same thing. What more can you ask for??? I DID NOT KNOW THE DRAGON WAS SICK AND WOULD NOT SELL A DRAGON THAT I THOUGHT WAS SICK!! We still do not know that it is sick.Myself and the breeder I received her from are willing to give a full refund!! SO DROP IT!!

I'm not sure exactly what more anybody wants... He should not have sold the animal while knowing of a possible genetic defect (he believed). He should not have stated that he went to the vet if he cannot offer proof, which means he either lied, or does not want to get his vet involved.. We can all take our own guesses at that. What he has done right is offer a full refund including shipping even though it took some time on the BOI to acheive this. That is what I thought he posted and basically the perfect solution to the business transaction (not necessarily for the Beardies health). So really what more can we ask until he has the oppurtunity to work this out. I understand jumping on him if he does not refund the money, but give him the chance. This thread will always be here for anyone to see what they want about his business practices, and hopefully how he handles the final touches.

Shipping included no matter if she makes the trip or not?

She is alive now, she in not in good condition from the previous shipping

Just want to clarify that you are aware of that

Except your refund is conditional on live arrival. There should be no such conditions. Lisa should get a full refund of purchase price and shipping both ways without conditions. That is what will make this thread stop. It won't until you do this. You are in the driver's seat on this one Jeff.

Shipping included. She can send it to me or the breeder.I gave her the breeders email address also.

We will take it back but it must be packaged properly and include heat packs!! FULL REFUND INCLUDING SHIPPING,FROM ME OR THE BREEDER,NO RESTRICTIONS!!!

Tom,
The refund is only upon live arrival. This animal is sick, there is no reasonable way the buyer can guarentee this. The seller just put on here that shipping would be refunded as well, but ONLY after this was posted here. He still has a condition on the refund. That is no good and can place the buyer in a lose lose situation and the beardie at more risk.
This is not to mention the fact that he is selling animals he says has genetic defects. He KNEW this before sending the animal.
Won't even go into that part now.
The refund should be unconditional.

Thank you Jeff.

Lisa,

I would get that beardie out first thing tomorrow. Do not wait on this one.

Actually I did not know it was genetic,I assumed it was after it was brought to my attention because her fecals have always been clean.Lisa is in communication with the breeder. There are NO CONDITIONS on her sending the dragon back. But what if it comes back and I have blood tests done and she is fine???Will I receive any money back???I will pay her return shipping because she says it is sick. What if she's not sick??Should Lisa send me the shipping costs back??Also when Lisa first emailed me I offered a refund in full of $240 which is what she paid. I felt it was just because her eyes were droopy that she thought it was sick. That is why I did not originally offer to refund her the shipping costs back.Is that so bad??There is still no proof that she is sick and I am now offering to even refund her shipping costs of sending it back to me.So people I feel I have been doing the right thing in this situation.I hope somebody understands that.
