Davey, I just checked the calendar to get the exact date I left. I left on my payday which was 12/17.

I will believe the whole divorce then when I see it. It might just be a ploy.

In the top quote, you say that you were on two different paths on life, and that wasn't changing. My question is, why did you get married in the first place? I could understand that statement if you were married for twenty years, people change. But you weren't even married for very long. I don't believe he changed that much in two years. Your marriage license was only issued on 12-17-08. But in the bottom quote, you say you left Dean 12-17-10. Funny, two years to the day.

Alot changed in two years, well actually the last year. Things changed after we moved to Oklahoma. Or at least became more clear. I didn't even realize it was two years to the date when we went to register for our marriage liscense, until you posted it. I did realize it was a day before our Anniversary. So for those who want to dislike me more for leaving a day before our Anniversary, so be it. I left that day because it was the last payday before Christmas. I believe I posted proof that I was no longer living at home in an earlier thread. I can't go back to the 17th and get text messages, my phone didn't save them. I appreciate your research though and showing everyone we were actually married, or at least applied for a marriage liscense. It doesn't pertain to this thread at all. It doesn't help the current situation at all.

For those who want to blame Chris in this, don't. Did he take a risk? Yes At the time was it a well calculated risk? Yes. Dean had done nothing but pay for things he received. He had nothing but positive transactions on this site and with Chris. Again I still believe Dean will make this right.

I did not post on this thread to shift blame. I only posted on this thread to supply the reason for late payment as I know it.

You left 6 months and 1 week after Christina Wise came back to fauna and pointed the finger for the whole auction thing at Dean.

With all respect, Christina named several people then and later. The range of people that she suggested to be involved was complete absurdity.

Nobody should give any credence to what that subhuman pair (the wises) has ever stated.

Christina Wise did say that the Stemples were in on the scam. It was hard to believe anything that Christina was saying, because there were so many lies that came from her, so what do you believe? There were members here who were concerned about Dean bidding on so many auctions, and Christina said that Dean was doing it so they would get more money (they being the Wise's), and it was all part of the scam. She said Dean was going to get some animals the Wise's had in exchange for his participation of raising the bids. If Dean had so much money to pay for all of these auctions, why is it now, that he can't come up with $4000.00? It is possible that Dean was involved with the Wise's scam, and his history even gives a resonable doubt. He was even a Mod on their web site, and was friends with them.

What I found odd also, was that Dean was getting Emails from the Wise clan (Wise family and non family members even) to stop with everything. They had other members email addresses, but Dean was getting all the emails. I really don't think the Wise's expected to see what happened once the scam was revealed. When things go wrong for scammers, they have been known to turn on one another.

I have seen a lot of scams over the years. Often times, the scammers will post about some kind of problems in their life to distract from the real issue, or to gain sympathy. Could you be getting a divorce, I guess it's possible. Maybe they don't post that on their web site in the public records, but I don't see where you have filed for a divorce. ALL of what Chris has gotten from Dean is one lie after the other from the very beginning of this whole transaction. So Dean has been dishonest from the beginning, how do we really know you are being honest? We don't, so if people express their concern, then you should see why, especially if you are being honest, and after reading your first or second post in this thread, you have to wonder how honest you really are.

There might be something in the Wise thread. Christina spoke about this in chat, and there were several members present when she was accusing Dean. I was in that chat as well.

Brian, I am not for a second saying that I believed what Christina said. I was just noting the coincidence between the time Reagan said she thought about leaving, and the time Christina pointed at Dean.

I don't why we as a community are allowing Christina (and Jeff) to continue to tear people apart.
If anyone else was involved I believe Christina would of thrown them under the bus before throwing her husband under the bus on the drug use like she did.
What she is doing is taking the community members' seeds of doubt and using them against us.
I think we should take a lesson learned from this and keep arguements and squabbles out of this thread and unite for the common goal, we all share, of justice.

Six months later she told Dean she wanted a divorce. She said here that she knew for six months, but was waiting for the right time.

I know Dean wasn't involved in the entire Wise Scam and if most people think about it they would realize that. Dean gained nothing by those auctions. He thought he was helping someone in need, just like everybody else did.

The situation that made me decide to leave if things didn't change was in the beginning of July. The Wise Scam was in May. The situation has nothing to do with his business or anything that happened in this thread. Not sure why that matters here, but if you want a time line there you go. The situation is personal and I will keep it personal.

I know Dean was not intending to get animals from Chris and not pay for them. I would hope that Chris is getting some sort of partial payment in the mail this week.

At this point the only thing that matters is weather or not Dean sends Chris payments. Nothing I say or post makes a difference. I posted what I posted not for sympathy or distraction. I posted what I posted because it's the truth.

It is really sickening to me how many people make false accusations and people go running with it.

By the way, I don't want to think that Dean is a bad guy (and am not sure I do). I am the one that told him that Christina conducted the chat session. I never would have thought anything of any of it until this deal with Chris. Christina points a finger and Dean gets so mad that he stops posting. IN hindsight, it seems too convenient.

Nice try on trying to call the shots here. You conveniently forgot the money order lie made by Dean.

By your own words he is doing 'business as usual'. I can see that if the business was so good that he was making money all day long, that he might not have time to call Chris, but he should have sent money long ago in that case. Or if he is not doing well, he would have had plenty of time to call Chris.

You've been giving all that a quick whitewash, and it looks like you are trying to tell this community to be quiet. Good luck trying to put the BOI on a short leash.

Wow..Dean's always been a good guy, I know we are all hitting the skids right now with the economy and most of us are ONE major life change (job loss, illness/injury, divorce) from being in a financial bind.

I hope he will come forward with the money, or at least payments TOWARDS the overall debt owed ASAP.

As far as the "suspicious divorce"
I was married exactly 1 day SHY of a year before filing for a divorce. Things happen, I wasn't involved in a scam. I finally realized my ex was a loser. I don't think the divorce is a scam.

Debts accrued during marriage are SHARED debts and are ironed out in the agreement prior to court as to which party pays which bills, or the judge decides responsibility if both parties can't agree.
If the seller decides to pursue legal action and is awarded, and there's nothing in the divorce decree, BOTH parties can be held liable for the amount owed.
That means if the only person the courts can track down is the ex-wife, then she may well be sued for the money owed, it'd be up to her to track down Dean and sue him to recoup her losses.
Of course that's IF there is a legal precedent, and let's face it, how often has legal recourse paid off in the herp hobby?

Dean said in a text that he was refunded the money from the MO and used it on a hotel. If he did send it and it came back, this would make sense. If he even purchased one, this would make sense.
