Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Anyone have jhis phone number he is no longer responding to my emails, i have already payed for one of his dragons but he hasn't shipped out yet for 5-6 days already because he says he got no heat packs.

Giving him the benefit of the doubt maybe he's busy, not saying he's a bad or good guy yet we'll see.....

I'd recommend communicating only via email. It's usually a very good idea to have a verifiable record of all conversations, especially when dealing with certain people.

How long has it been since you've heard from him? His last log in to this site was yesterday morning, so it's a reasonable assumption that he's had internet access up to that point, at least. Did he give any time table as to when he expected to have more heat packs in his possession? Aside from the fact that it's Ed Clark, do you have some reason to think that there's something shady going on?
 
It is alway good customer service to maintain contact and reassure your buyer, a daily update from him would not be an unreasonable expectation.
Ed, call the heat pack people and give us a report as to when you think this lizard is going to go out.
 
Last ive heard of him was Saturday. He told me the heatpacks shipped last wedsnday but he kept saying it'll be here "any day now" not reassuring me the day they will come
Ive asked him to track down the heat packs with a tracking number or a call but after that no answer.

If you have something that you feel is relevant, posting supporting evidence is always a good idea. Just be sure to edit out any profanity that may be in the e-mails, or you'll be subject to infraction points.

Ed:Wish I could run to a sporting goods store and buy a couple hand warmers. the problem with that is those last only 2-3 hours max. I use a heat pack that will last 40 hours. they were shipped to me ups on Wednesday and will be here any day now.I will ship your dragon out ASAP. trust me I want to get her to you fast.

Reading about him there hasn't been a time he didnt send something that was bought right? Its mostly just quality or health problems i been reading about....
 
And if it just so happens that all this is on the level, and he had no heat packs, he would be justifiably crucified if he gave in, used hand warmers and something bad happened.
Hopefully he will show up and explain the delay and lack of communication. Maybe he can give the buyer an order of crickets or something to help make up for this.

I think the buyers anger has more to do with the lack of communication more than anything else. To be honest, it make me nervous too. Especially with Ed Clark's BOI record.

I agree. Communication is critical to a good transaction, especially if there is a delay or glitch.

Yes exactly aslong as he communictaes I will take back everything I said and will surely apologize for the pressure im using against him its just im feeling nervous/anxious from the BOI record/communication delay.....
 
OK, I have some very strong opinions about some of Ed's past dealings. I have criticized him when I felt he deserved it and.. and, I have also pointed out when I have thought he was targeted in specific situations that he had no fault.

I think most of us have a grasp on Ed's past negative threads (which there are a few) and his actions.

I was actually going state that Ed has had a pretty good track record lately with no complaints. Also, I was going to point out that I thought his communication posted by the OP was professional and respectable. I thought the buyer here seemed a little obnoxious. Sorry OP.

But, I'm actually not going to state any of that. Little light went off about one of Ed's post's just this month criticizing someone else.

Instead I'm going to hold him to his own standards.

Thats not an issue, anyone advertizing herps for sale online should have a good supply of insulated boxes and heat packs on hand to ship when your customer requests.

Ed, maybe you should spend less time here criticizing others and upholding your own standards.
 
I'm not sure I have ever seen Ed respond to a BOI thread in his name, but let's be open minded for just a moment. 1) This is the week of a major holiday...even assuming that Ed is spending it at home, he probably wouldn't ship. 2) Heat packs are shipped ground. 3) Not all sellers provide tracking info.

There may, or may not be, a legitimate reason for the lack of response.
While I agree that good communication is important in the event of delays, I don't agree that daily updates are necessarily required.
I would like to see the complete email string - with dates and times
