    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

another major lie and story change: and was about to send me a package without first verifying that I would be home to receive it I told him I would be going after a refund. After hanging up I faxed the charge back dispute forms to my credit unions visa department

he told me on the phone when he told me he would let them die, that he had filed for a refund already and here is the ups info:

Ups says I shipped on the 19th and the op filed for a refund on the 18th. More lies Joseph! And show right here and now a long record of me shipping to people without notifying them first liar! Prove what you say LIAR! As for you Troy, you have a problem! He said earlier that he filed for a refund and HIS BANK ACCIDENTALLY FILED IT AS FRAUD. He is LYING! His bank told paypal and paypal told me that HE filed as fraud. That is the only way he could get a refund. Paypal would deny his claim because they do not honor claims on live animals READ their TOS! So he did what he had to do to expedite his refund and ONLY after he got paid did he say to the bank that it was not fraud.
 
Also, Joseph says they are giving me back the money but I have talked to paypal twice and they have said the case is closed, there is absolutely nothing going on with it. It has been dead since the 31st, it is now the 6th, I still DO NOT HAVE ONE CENT OF HIS MONEY. And he is still threatening me, has harassed me, slandered me... if anyone should have a bad guy thread it should be this piece of work. I would hope that nobody would deal with him when this is how he has jerked me around, lied, basically stolen from me by lying to his bank. Always good to know that somebody has a line they wont cross and this guys line is at least at filing false criminal reports and allegations.

That is NOT what the letter from Paypal states. It states the BANK notified them of that. You have shown no proof of what he told his bank. He has, by way of posting the forms. He did not file with Paypal, his bank did.

At this point, I think you're both stuck on stupid. I wouldn't deal with either of you.
 
You know where you can go Troy. A bank does not decide what to file on the customers behalf. The customer tells the bank what happened and what they want. He had to tell his bank it was fraud. How and why would a bank just file fraud charges for no reason?? Use you head. I have caught him in lie after lie, just proving above your post that he lied when he said he filed for a refund after I shipped. He filed for a refund before that ever happened, before I created the airbill on the UPS website a full day later. He is a liar. Just like when this transaction started and I told him I may not be able to ship for who knows how long and he agreed to that. Just like he told me, he could care a less if the animals die and was not going to do anything about it and if I cared I better do something.

i do not know either party, but I am not naïve enough to believe that a bank is going to file fraud charges against any person without having someone initiate it to some degree. I would think the OP had to, at a minimum lead the bank to believe that fraud was involved. possibly to expidite the return of his money. and for the bank to notify the police..... surely they would have some type of evidence, probably provided by the person initiating the transaction to retrieve money.

This was my thought too. If I really wanted the snake I would be willing to wait for it. Shipping mix ups happen. You just work with the seller and it usually turns out well. I've known and dealt with Evan for 20 years and never had a problem. If the OP would have just been patient he would be enjoying his snake instead of being here creating this mess.
 
Well, seems Joeseph has joined the Morelia Viridis group and contacted me regarding 2 chondros I have for sale. Check out these emails. He lies to me about his debit card.

What does that tell you about Joeseph's credibility?

Gotta agree with this. There's no way a bank did that on their own; it has to be initiated. Joeseph, you really should have been more patient.

Also, Joeseph, if that IS you, Paypal goes from your bank account first, not your debit card. I had my debit card get renewed because of the whole Target thing as well and Paypal still works perfectly fine.

I posted a warning on the mv forum as a heads up. While Joeseph may be an ok guy, this thread should make anyone hesitate on doing business with him.
 
Funny Joe made no mention of the Target hack before..Good for not doing business with him..I wouldn't either..I doubt he would be able to "defend" himself any more at this point..
 
I thought he was out of town for a few more weeks?

He never did answer the question on why he wanted to purchase an animal prior to leaving for that amount of time...
 
Warning: Please note that the proper way to add photographs as evidence in this forum is by attaching them to the post, rather than linking to an external source. Anything that can be edited or deleted after the fact is not considered as adequately unadulterated evidence. Plus many third party hosting companies will sooner or later terminate remote viewing of the hosted photographs, which then leaves a BIG hole in your offered evidence.

Thanks guys for understanding what I have been dealing with. I would also like to point out at this point on 1-7-14 ALL of his monies have not only been removed from my account but I am also out the additional $20 still from his bank nailing paypal a fee for the fraud reversal. So actually at this point I have lost money dealing with Joseph. He does not seem to be capable of understanding that. I will keep trying to talk to paypal but basically the paypal stance is that any money taken from us by his bank, we then take from you.
