    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Eyelash Exotics

Actually I joined the forum for classifieds and had never heard of BOI. I look for good deals on Geckos or equipment In CANADA section. I only found out what BOI was in the morning , I am sure you can count my posts and you will see I have only ever been once on the Classifieds and never made a comment and than I started this thread. I have seen faunna in megazines before and am 100% sure the ads were not for BOI they were called Faunna Classified. No one who uses this site would have no posts but i am sure there are hundreds of us that sign up just to look at the classafieds sometimes these places show up on a google search and make me sign up, I have had to sign in to snake forums and U.K forums just to look at peoples pics of there collection so I assume back in oct I was searching for a certain morph of gecko and was directed to your classifieds either that or it was advertised in Reptile Magazine or another publication. Either way this is obviously a great place for more than just one thing and now I am beginning to see that.

The BOI is one forum among many on this site. Oddly enough, it's not entirely unusual for relative newbies to the site to not know of the BOI's existence.

Maybe someday people will start thinking before they act, rather than try to backpedal later with apologies and stories about "misunderstandings"....sigh. One can only hope.

Bob, I don't fault you at all for losing your cool about this. If this happened to me I would have been pretty angry. It was a petty, cowardly, selfish move and just reeks of "spoiled brat syndrome."

Starting a new business is as good a time for any I guess for people to grow up and realize you don't get everything your way all of the time and a sure path to failure is to try to get others to fight your battles for you, then throw a fit when that doesn't work out so well.

I'm sorry you're going through this. How obnoxious.

Wow. Just the posts here speak volumes about the ethics at play. I was considering buying cresteds from associates of Lynns but am very happy to have seen this first as I would rather not deal with such unpleasant characters.

I'm sorry you had to deal with this Bob; you didn't deserve it at all.

Ah fair enough, thanks for clarifying, when ever anyone uses the term forum over by here they tend to mean the whole website :)
 
I've also had a terrible experience with her bullying; I have no evidence of it, and the others aren't willing to come forth to the BOI, but basically she had called me a rhymes with witch, ignorant, stupid, and a c u next Tuesday over arguing about crested morphs.

This is not the first time Eyelash Exotics has harassed someone for no reason, and I seriously doubt it will be the last. Another time I recall is when someone had taken a friend's picture and claimed it as their own; while that warrants some reaction, she went publicly on her page and had people harass this woman about it, jeering and mocking her. Correcting someone when they are wrong is expected, mocking them is flat out cruel, regardless of the image being stolen or not in my opinion.

This is a definite caveat emptor situation. She has loyal cronies and hated competitors - there are no people that feel nothing, or in between, about Eyelash Exotics.
 
I will say she is also fast to apologize and in her business transactions I have only heard good things. It is about her attitude that most people have an issue.
 
Based on her responses here, I will be avoiding Lynn's business as well as any businesses that are affiliated with her, any people who are close friends with her, etc. Really, anyone who was a part of this idiotic witch hunt has lost my business.

How is it not considered harassment when you direct others to do your bidding, in order to take something you want from the victim? There is a screenshot as proof of your words and actions that anyone can look back on and see. I'm quite certain you are responsible for harassing Mr. Shabaga, when he had no ill words spoken against you beforehand.

Lynn, instead of being an upright and honest person, you passive-aggressively sent your fans to attack Mr. Shabaga. I cannot believe anyone who calls themselves "professional" would ever condone such immature and back-handed actions. If you can't even talk rationally to a person who has something you want, how in the world can anyone trust you with animal sales? It is because of this that your bullying actions, words, and character are brought into question, because they all add up to your reputation as a business. No, Mr. Shabaga did not handle things well. He crossed the line by posting profanity towards you, but at the very least we can see he is not trying to hide something, or sending minions to harass you. He started a Board of Inquiry thread to let people know that your actions were unprofessional, and to warn them about dealing with you. Kudos to you, Mr. Shabaga, I am glad for the warning.

For how you treated people here, for your rudeness and cruelty, your threats and attitude, I will not be purchasing from you. Your conduct is unsatisfactory and I shudder to think how you bully people and animals that cannot defend themselves. You have lost my potential business. I will spread the word to my friends and associates. You can count on it.

Sure, Bob did respond harshly, but can you blame him? Had I recieved the same type of bullying, I'd be pretty ticked off to & you can bet I'd be standing my ground.

The screen shots are perfectly clear, the posts by Lynn are clear. She's definitely one to be avaoided unless you want drama.

You can only blame yourself for bringing this on, Lynn.
 
From the screenshot in the first post, Sabrina Crawford (who is a member here, Synplus) states that Eyelash Exotics is trademarked in British Columbia. My searches have not found anything

I apologize in advance if this does not make sense, I am normally not up until closer to nine (it's 6:40 something right now) and I'm not quite fully functioning. Lovely to wake up in the morning with a "Hey you got brought up on the BOI, you should check it out."

When I replied at the time saying "They are in British Columbia," I meant that in such a way that they aren't even in the same country, why bother? Trying to avoid conflict, really. I probably should have expanded on that, but at the time I had no idea it was going to explode into something like this.

I'm sorry but I would prefer not to get too involved in this. There are times and places for things to be said and this is not that time. I will not join this witch hunt on either side, and after 12 pages I'm sure you can understand why.

For clarification, it was all timing. I probably posted that a couple seconds after the first post, I don't really remember at this time. I was not responding to the post asking where they were trademarked.
 
Sabrina and I had both commented on Lynn's original post trying to figure out why she was bothering with the trouble, but only a screen cap of the beginning was taken because at that point I didn't know this was going to blow up as bad as it has. I normally take a new one for each comment because I expect the person to delete either certain comments (like mine from the longer conversation that I posted) or the entire thread as Lynn eventually did on the rally requests.
 
Her "fans" !!?? I mean really. I dont even like geckos, but if I ever did, Id go wild catch them before Id buy from this "lady".
I saw a post where she said, she "is a real c-word to people who disrespect or are rude first". What class !!!
