Now, I still have more of a problem than anything else with Tim being named on the bill of sale. The only person that should be concerned with that is Tim himself. I know I would be a little miffed if my name was put on animals I didn't produce. Your consistent persistence to know the name of the breeder makes no sense with the information coming from several sources that the rest of the litter is doing fine. Your persistence on the name is getting you nowhere.
You stated multiple times you didn't purchase this snake, then multiple times you have stated that the snake was a gift and purchased for you. You have stated that this very account was hijacked on Fauna to make other posts. That person also signed your name to the posts. I’m sorry, but you do come off like you’re a little unbalanced.
You have made accusations about the health of the snake. You have stated you took the snake to the Vet. Very simple to prove but you will not. The reason why you will not (as you state) is that you will not subject the Vet to the questioning of the seller. You expect them to subject the breeder to you. It makes no sense. You are accusing the seller of selling a sick snake. Well, you where yesterday. Today, it seems you are not now that you have been pressed for the Vet information. You expect anyone to subject another person to this? Crazy…
You do have very good points. I as well asked for feed records. I did not get a last feed on the papers either. Or a first feed, only what the snake is feeding on at the time.
As far as records for a normal, i have them from purchases here, sure.
And Sydney Dans gf, i wanted to speak to today when Dan said he does not ship in deli cups. I wanted to ask her some info. about it.
I'm far from crazy (well define crazy) but, i am upset. I had not recieved what was promised. So i end up here like a fool asking for a Tim whatever on my papers for the snake. The reason was to take it off the board and ask about the snake i bought that he produced. It was not acting right. I had to make a quick decision.
And to see if maybe others could shed light about the said person on my papers. If he's good or not to deal with him.
Yes my posts are redundant at this point, i'm tired of doing this. I really don't even need to have the name of the person who produced my snake, i guess i just want to know if anyone else could shed light about him. Not their litter of snakes from him.
I was cursed at today on my phone by Dan until i hung up.
This was a transaction in my opinion that did go bad.
We purchase animals and ask for paper work (and i was aware, because i told my roomate if this is a present to me i need records) It's how i always done business. I was promised papers on this normal. And yes the source where the snake came from as well. That would be the name of the breeder. Why not? I don't see why not if they have it.
The very reason i am here now is to know if this person has a good reputation. I am not happy, would you be. I ended up paying by paypal out of my account, because my roomate only has a cc and did not want to give out the number or whatever he was saying, that's fine. He paid me for this baby Boa. It's a cute snake. I take pride in all my snakes (animals) they are my passion as i am off work at this time to spend time with them more.
The baby Boa seems better but i am no expert but have a keen eye imho.
Dan told me to take him out and hold him today..?? He laughed when i said no it will stress him. I mean i am getting no support here.
From being called a lunatic to other names here all i wanted was a name that produced my animal, because step one was wrong and not corrected. Papers i should not have recieved.
This wont be resolved. I need to bow out i guess and let this thread go.

If people wont sell to me here fine. I am a good snake owner. I got desperate in many of my threads if you go back and read, only for answers.
I don't care to hear (but that's great news) how all the others babies are doing. I can't believe some of the people enough i guess who i have business relations with to believe it maybe who knows.
One person says they do it this way and the other says it was done that way with my sale.
As for Vet. info. Dan calls today and is very loud demanding a phone number or name. I told him, the Vet. will ask who he is and not release info. to him, he's not the owner. I offered to snail mail it.
He wanted this all off the board. Okay. So do i KNOW i really do. Him, he has a reputation to keep, me i'm just a lunatic who is upset because she got wrong info. and know no info. because of the way i acted. Ha, strange when you read the many messages posted by others here as well.
I'm frustrated. I'm upset. I don't have money to toss around after a deal goes bad (yes not the proper papers as promised) The more i talked to Dan today the more i learned about my sale. That's why new info. is here now.
I'm in Fl. it's damn hot here. That box was very hot. not warm but it was hot. It had no cool packs on at least two sides.
The animal as i told another breeder drank alot, and was letting out. Seemed a tad heated. They cool down. He seemed to, i watched him.
I am sorry if any messages come across as rude. I know they can.
Again i feel ripped off of what was promised. And i as well have a very huge problem with getting papers with Tims name and my name.
Take the message for what it is.
I will do my best with the snake i purchased. I will fight to keep it alive, every animal is worth that much.
Don't revert back to the other messages. I have frustration and anger. It's normal.
