Sorry, but this just doesn't hold water. There are a LOT of hosting services out there charging less money than I am for hosting, so no, Justyn is quite likely not spending more money at all. Probably less. There are even some places where you can get free hosting if you want to put up with displaying their ads on your site.

In my opinion, Justyn just made a wrong turn somewhere, and I just could not in good conscience continue to host his site if there was the probability that it was being used to attract more people who would wind up on this thread posting a negative experience.

The 2Mhost.com site advertises they host for $1.95 a month....I wonder what kind of customer service you get with that

i meant no matter hw much the hosting costs. whet5hjer it be $1.95 a month or $30 a months.

Jim, i also see what you are saying but also this could lead people to buy from him and then possibly end up in the same situation as the other people who have lost their money.

also, priorities are priorities. if i had to save one dollar a day or 1 dollar a month just to pay people off i would.

So Justyn is not returning my emails or my phone calls, ounce again. He sent me this email on June 4. This is just my crap from this fool.

1.) Rich. I do not owe Rich money. I have had his hosting service for over three years and I am current in my fees, ask him. The only reason my last payment did not go through was I can no longer accept or send money through my Paypal account, it is frozen. He asked me to leave his server and I am compliing, I have until June 10th.

2.) Craigs refund. The partial refund I sent was from one of the only ways I could send money, via the refund link on the resoultion button. I fully intended on paying it, but ahh, it still had my old bank account and debit card info on there which it auto used because I can no longer change or add payment info. So, Paypal tried to take money from a closed account and I was unable to change it. I could not cancel the payment or even change the payment method.

3.) Seven people? I can only count a few liginmate ones, and if there are more I am sorry but I am not aware. I refuse to look at the BOI, it has done nothing good for anyone.

4.) With my Kingsnake.com account being pulled, my Paypal account frozen, and the posts on the BOI it has been extremely hard to sell any of the animals in my hands. I am sitting on tens of thousands of dollars of inventory and there is hardly anything I can do to sale it. While that is going on I still have to pay the bills to keep my family a float. A large chunk of my income is now gone and it is very hard to replace it at the moment. Actions have made it difficult for me to ship even via FedEx, as before my acounts were debited from my Paypal account, no more. There is nothing I would like more then to refund your money and settle up with everyone else. Right now it's been made 10 times more difficult. I can not sell off excess stock, I can not sale off hardly any stock. It is even difficult to send what I can sale. I have people saying I'm trying to scam them for each and every little thing when I am clealry not.

5.) I am not putting this blame on you or others, but it is very hard right now. I can not send refunds through Paypal. I can not sale my current stock, and I am having difficulties sending my stock that I sale. Do I think it is going to go away, no! Do I want to give up and make a retreat, no, but I do feel like I've been kicked down a few too many times and I am running out of options.

As for hiding, I'm not. I'm still here.

Justyn, you're so full of it your eyes must be brown. Rich booted you off his server because your payment bounced and you had this thread here. His reasons included both what you owed him and what was owed to others.

As for the BOI doing "nothing good for anyone", it has made public the fact that you took deposits and did not deliver the goods. That may not make you a scammer, but it does make you a criminal. If you like that one better, that's fine.

As for shipping what you sell, how about doing it the old fashioned way, cash on the barrel? Or how about using a money order? The orders that you ship should have been paid in full in advance including shipping so you should have the money to ship. Your excuse that you cannot ship is just that, another pathetic excuse.

You have brought all of this upon yourself. If you had been honest from the beginning it would have gone down much differently. Lying about the refunds being mailed out wasn't your first lie but it exposed you as being a definite liar. Before that some people may have had some doubts. BTW, we're still waiting on photos of those squams...

a buddy of mine went to the shop today and said his hand was so swollen from a rattlesnake bite that the hand should be cut off. He said something about he told him he did it on purpose and that Bud Mierkey has nothing on him and HOT snakes. Sounds like ol' homie ain't playing with a full set of teeth. I definitely agree with Paul here, that Justyn is implying that we're to blame for his problems. Justyn even found a different ways to screw us. I sent him money and got nothing. Paul sent him money, got turtles that weren't as described and in deplorable condition. He sent them back, then he got nothing. It seems like one is worse than the other, I just can't decide which.
I especially like the description of Justyn telling him over the phone the turtles' size, when Paul was holding them up to a ruler. A perfect parallel to Justyn saying he wants to send refunds but can't since Paypal won't let him, and to him saying he has the snakes to send us but can't find a time to send them.
It seems like Justyn is sending out invitations to a pity party, and doesn't realize that no one is going to show up.

Not that it really matter these are just more of Justyn's excuses. Now correct me if I'm wrong but the reason paypal froze his account was his inability to refund the money. Now he says that he can't refund the money because his account is frozen?? gee if you put enough into your account to cover the refunds then the account will open up as there is no longer a lack of funds in it.. Yeah I know, I know he's using Justyn logic...

Andy he used the deposit money to buy the order(sort of selling the chickens before they hatch) and probably some other stuff. Somewhere along the line he either didn't get the animals he had taken deposits on or flat used the money on something else. If the guy would have just come here and said hey I can't pay right now for such and such reason and I'll pay everyone back ASAP then we wouldn't likely be on post 717 here...Randy
