    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I didnt mean to get you upset if I did and I'm not trying to cause disorder at your show. Its good to know that you stipulated he could do the show if he makes ammends first. Obviously that isnt his true intention and why you never heard back from him.
 
I imagine Justin hasn't made good on refunding any deposits or else I would have expected to see an update on this thread.

Really now, this deal has been in the works for quite some time. Prior to this mess. It takes TIME to get permits. I ahve MANY other orders in the works, sometimes it takes YEARS to see it come through. I import RARE animals, they are not easy to get permits for. I could spend 2 years on a single shipment, while I have 15 others I'm working on.

I should have two shipments coming this week. If they come I'll have no problem refunding monies owed.

With that said, I'm done with this forum until new info comes in. If I feel the need I'll post. I haven't been here in MANY months, I'm guessing it may be a while longer. I've made good on a few debts, I'll be making good on many more after these shipments. I offered people Atheris form my last Congo shipment to settle debts, I'll offer more this next one. I'll offer cash for those who don't want animals.

I'll be here selling animals under the same name for years to come. I made some mistakes eariler this year and I'm taking care of them when I can.

So stop thinking of where the money went. It went to pay my exporters for animals they sent. I had problems shipping them out, some came in dead, others died due to neglect (I got very busy aroudn that time with multiple shipments, ponds, etc), heat when the air conditioner went out, etc. A series of mistakes. Everyone screws up in life, I screwed up big. I didn;t try to change my name (or my business name), hide the fact that I owe people money, etc.

Oh I get it, you haven't made a dime that you could have sent to anyone remaining that your in debt to. How do you eat? How do you afford internet access? How do you pay your rent? How do you feed and clothe your family?

Do you mean to say that in two years since this deal was in the works you haven't earned any money? And if you did you couldn't work out a re-payment plan?

Go blow your smoke up someone else's crapper Justyn. I understand you might not be up to battling it out on the BOI with so many folks who dislike you, but I'll bet you haven't made any real effort to even keep in touch with those folks remaining that you are in debt to privately or otherwise.

But maybe I'm wrong and if so I'll apologize. Post some recent emails you've sent out informing the folks you owe money to that you are working on getting their money back to them.
 
Bill, I've made money at a few things, but my family comes first. I don't live a lavish life, but I will continue to pay for what needs to be paid. As for an extra dime, maybe a few dimes, but not much more. I spent the money off my last shipment to pay for freight and documents for my new Congo shipment. I informed the parties of this before hand, so yes, I ahve been in contact with them. I needed to get these shipments going in order to pay my debts off.

As for e-mails, no, I will not post them. That is none of YOUR business. It is between me and them. They can come here themselves and say I've been in contact with them. I have not been in contact with everyone, but until I can repay everyone what am I going to tell them, to wait until a date I'm unsure of. A rather pointless conversation.

Yeah we heard about a few of them. One of them was a guy complaining how you screwed him royally on a pond deal and for some big bucks. Left him in the lurch and with a real mess.

Ya know Justyn....you might consider taking a leave from doing what you love and start doing something that earns money...the honest way.

I think the last time Justyn sent me an email was Oct.14.
They have all been pretty much the same. "I got a shipment coming in & you'll get your refund soon." I've been hearing that since May 8.
He's been pretty good with getting back with me, but its always the same old crap about how he is refunding my money. I do know the people at Big Esay reptiles have not heard from him at all since they paid him for leopard geckos last June. They say they call & email & never get a response. I'm sure I will not get my refund back unless I go to TX.
