What most of you people can not get throug your thick skulls is I was here to help resolve his problems.
This person accused me of something I did not do, he did not believe me and repeatedly said yes I did.So then I became the jerk and a hole which probably many of you would do, I am not just a all out jerk I have to be provoked.
If anyone else pulls the stunts he pulled you will get the same treatment.
Also what you do not understand is this person tried to file a claim with paypal to get all not part of his money back and this was before the problem was resolved.I did not mess up his cages he did and he wanted me to pay for his mistakes.If you all feel you can funk something up that you bought and then send it back for a refund then your all sick.

I didn't lie about the holes, accept it, move on and get over it. They were there, they were real, and if you can't wrap your head around how they got there,
that in no way is my problem because
THAT IS HOW THEY CAME.
It is Jim's pilot hole job (or his wife like Jim says because he can't seem to take any blame himself) that caused the damage to some of the panels of the cages, NOT the countersunk holes so that arguement is pointless anyways. IT IS NOT BECAUSE OF THE COUNTERSUNK HOLES I NEED PARTS REPLACED!
If anyone else gets crap parts like I did you will treat them the same way? There ya go Clay, watch your back if you order from Jim again!
Blatant lie about the PayPal claim, I
NEVER tried to get all my money back. Even with the PayPal claim I asked for a
PARTIAL refund and will look to see if this transaction is still on PayPal and provide proof of that on here.
As far as saying I tried to file that claim
before it was resolved,
IT STILL ISN'T RESOLVED! 
And the way the emails from you were going Jim, it was obvious you weren't going to help me or replace the crap you sent so what choice did I have but try to recover
something out of this?
