    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I admire you for taking this step. Please consider finishing a good evening here by resolving the issue with Josh. Try to let past issues and irritations be part of the past.
 
I think you've taken some really good steps here, Jim! I hope you continue to do so and that any hard feelings with Josh can be worked out. Just know you have people in your corner who hope you will do the right thing and continue to make efforts toward being a good cage builder and vendor. :thumbsup:

Jim, giving your customers the benefit of the doubt isn't rolling onto your back to take a blade in the gut. It is most commonly just being the better man in an awkward and difficult situation and taking the optional high road. Trust me, it FEELS a whole lot better afterwards than fighting with people just to try to prove you are right. Sometimes being right might win you the battle but could lose the war for you.

I think there is a bit of your attitude in all of us, but many of us have just learned to suppress that tendency better over time (and most of the time)......... :blush:

The first and biggest step is willing to hear each other out. Jim, I suggest you call Josh and y'all have a conversation, keep it nice, about the details. Let us know in a little while. You could do it here but it might be better 'in person' on the phone.

Correction, the ability to comprehend or let alone form an intelligent and complete sentence aside, no one else is flying off the handle like they are having a Tourrette's episode like you keep doing.

So let's say if everyone that you claim was really attacking you and/or your supporters, the difference would be they have the self control (which you are clearly lacking) that enables them to not allow something that someone else has written to bother them so much and to cause them to fly off the handle in the manner in which you are well known for. :mah:

So, in conclusion, others have self control, maturity and the ability to comprehend all the words I have used in this response. :D

Grow up and act like a man, not a child having a temper tantrum and you'll get a lot further in life. Also, you may seriously want to consider getting yourself some professional help if you are not able to get a handle on this alone. You've admitted that you have a problem, which is as the say, the first step.

Take it from someone that deals with confrontation on a daily basis. If you can work on this one issue.. then the sky's the limit to where you can go.

There are times when even making a small concession can win big dividends. Yes you may be out a little bit today, but tomarrow when your customer sings your praises to someone else... and they tell someone else the story.. .and they tell someone else the story. See how it could add up big in the long run.

There is times in business that we choose to bite the bullet for the greater good of the business. I think it was two years ago that I dropped the ball due to major comptuer problems. I didn't have the snake on hand that a customer had ordered and paid for since it had sold locally during the computer problems. Once I got the computer back up I saw the order and contacted and informed them of the situation (about 3 days later). I gave her two choices... I could refund her money or I could offer a snake that was similar in pattern and I'd throw in a female free of charge so she would have a pair since I dropped the ball. She chose option two and I turned a possible bad situation (since she had placed the order 3 days before I was able to get it) into a nice review from her and her saying how happy she was with the transaction.

The key is... I did what I thought I needed to in order to turn a potential bad situation into a good situation. Yes I was out a bit of money due to offering a free snake, but in the end I am potentially getting good references from her and you cant beat word of mouth advertising.

What I need replaced is 6 panels. 1 back panel, 1 front panel and 4 bottom panels.

I would greatly appreciate it if you would do at least that.

Sorry to post again but am I the only won just about dying to see a paypal screenshot from Joshua? It sure would clear something up for me that I need to know since I have so much invested in this (perhaps very foolishly and perhaps not).
