    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Personally, I think that as long as Allen gets his money back, this one should be chalked up to a learning experience.

Unfortunately, there is no evidence from Jimmy on his side of the story, but I believe that Allen has provided enough information for everyone to make their own judgments on whether or not they'll want to do business with Jimmy.

I'm guessing the heat packs that Jimmy didn't have prior have arrived, since he placed ads yesterday on KS for other animals.

Allen, better luck next time.

Hopefully he will be prepared to ship when he sells from now on.

I don't think that's been established as a fact. I think you stated that Jimmy told you that. Allen has different information.

Several things, Ms. Lund:

(1) Please take the time and effort to provide your full name in ALL messages you post on this board.

(2) Please explain why Jimmy can't post here about this issue, since he is obviously capable of posting ads elsewhere. The posting of ads implicates the means and knowhow, so why are YOU being his mouthpiece here? Or are YOU posting those ads for him as well?

(3) Please do NOT get combative with the people taking part in this thread on this site in general. There are holes in what you are saying and that is not their fault that they can easily see them.

(4) Several times in your messages you have used the collective term "we". Yet you claimed to be simply a customer contacted by Jimmy and asked to post here. Please explain this obvious conflict your own words are telling us.

Hey Denise, how about you get Jimmy on here. Up until now, all you have given us is third party hearsay. I would like to see Jimmy up here speaking for himself, out from behind mom's skirt.

You say you saw it on PAYPAL. hmmm if you saw it on his paypal account you must be with hi, or are you trying to make us believe that he gave you the access to his Paypal account? You stated live a couple of hours drive away but if you were able to see it and did not get his access you must be sitting right there with him? Something continues to not jive with your story. It gets deeper and deeper with the more you "try to help him" You are doing nothing more than making him look even more guilty. What ever the outcome is from this situation he has proven himself to not be trustworthy in my eyes (and a few others I am willing to bet). I (as well as others) would really like to see him post on here and try an make sense out of this entire fiasco that he has perpetuated and not just your supposed second hand hearsay.

Is 17-18 the correct age for Jimmy? I'm hoping he comes on here as well, but I hope that no one will expect him to take responsibility for what Denise Lund has said. I think many people may be making judgments on Jimmy based on what Denise has said, and unless Jimmy IS Denise (and I doubt that), I hope he's given a chance to simply explain himself.

My comment was based on what I have personally seen in the e-mails, what I have seen regarding him not shipping, and his lack of response on here and having a supposed "friend" do all the posting and commenting on this situation.

Perhaps we have different definitions for the word lie. I consider it to mean telling a "not truth" . For example, if I was to tell someone I would ship him animals on the 13 of a given month for reciept on the 14 and then not ship on that day, I would consider that a LIE. What would you consider it denise? And no more nonsense about paypal and whether or not monies were reversed. You have been asked several times to provide proof of this and have not.

Put up or shut up seems apt here. And you might consider answering ALL the other questions put to you about your involvement with jimmy and this entire thread.

You are helping to make him look more like a cheat but him not coming on here and addressing the issues but rather to hide behind you. If the money was refunded as YOU state then why did Allen receive an e-mail stating that the animals were being send on the 13th to arrive on the 14th? It is a good thing that he was found out early as he might be able to salvage his reputation by making it right and taking care of the problems. I will state this so everyone can understand it (including you).
He advertised animals for sale, accepts payment for said animals, then does not ship and now has you come stand up for him without the maturity to do it himself. He lets his Mommy and you do his work for him instead of being a man and addressing it himself. He is GUILTY in my eyes of being a dishonest seller. If he did not have the suppliers required to safely ship an animal then he does not need to advertise the animal, or at the very minimum set up an amicable shipping date to both the seller and the buyer. All of my orders are filled the quickest they can be filled. Most shipment are sent the very next buisness day if not the same buisness day. There are times when I have had to move shipping a couple of days (due to weather or other issues) but my customers ALWAYS know exactly what is going on right up until they receive the animals and even there after. His lack of response to Allen shows to me that he had no respect or care for anyone other than himself. If he truly did not have the supplies then he should have e-mailed the customer and said I am sorry but I am awaiting on new heat packs to arrive before I can ship. I have had to do this myself. I sold some animals on Wednesday and my customer knew I would have to wait until Monday to ship as I ran out of my heat packs and the new ones would arrive on Thursday. My customer was happy and agreed to this. Allen should have been given the notice or opportunity to wait or get a refund immediately and not wait almost a week.
 
Thank you for the post... You know that is what I am saying, he was TOLD (Allen) that they would not ship on Monday. Well on Tuesday when he went to get heat pads there were NO 40 hour ones. So he could not ship on Tuesday and ALLEN was TOLD this too... On Wednesday looked for heat pads again, only could find 7 hour ones and those won't due, then to find out that he wanted Jimmy to ship and ALLEN had reversed the $600+ dollars!!! Would you have shipped??? Why did he REVERSE the monies????

Jimmy is a YOUNG man and still learning.

When I say why did he reverse the monies, let me clarify... he knew that Jimmy was looking for the 40 hour or 72 hour heat pads and we were to ship on Thursday to arrive on friday so why would he reverse the monies on Wednesday????

Once again, denise, provide proof of this supposed reversal of funds or try a different story.

How was Allen notified of these delays? Did jimmy email him and if so, why can't he get himself on here and email those of us who are left to doubt his word so much? And why 75 posts into this is it just now coming out that jimmy notified Allen about the delays? This is going from fishy to sewer treatment plant rapidly.

Does jimmy really know how much you're "helping" him?

Here is a copy of the last e-mail i received which was on 3/10/03

After not hearing anything other than this I contacted paypal to see if there is anyway to get your money back if products are not delivered. I sent the e-mail to paypal explaining that I thought I would be getting this product and have not and now am not getting any reponse from the seller. I e-mailed several times with no reply.

When I saw a new ad posted on Wednesday night there was a phone number so I called and left a message. Denise called me back and said they would try to get the supplies and ship Thursday for Friday.

Until this morning this was the last contact i had with them regarding this matter.

This morning I received a phone call explaining that they can not get the heat packs and are refunding my money. These are the facts in case anyone was interested.
