BTW - just because I am not in agreement with some of Robyn's statements, it doesn't mean I was anti-SYR. I did see it as a good thing because it made the process simple for the person that seldom ships, and because it offered another option and (for some people) a savings for those that did enough to already have an account elsewhere. As I've said before, my refusal to use SYR was purely a reflection of my feelings about UPS.
If it turns out that Robyn was less than honest about the waiver, or its terms, it would be a disappointment.
There IS an awful lot of speculation going on; but since Robyn isn't willing to post here, we're at a bit of a disadvantage. So he likes other forums better - it's his right to pick and choose where he posts (just like it is my right to choose where I look for information)...but if he's not going to explain it to US, then I can't be too critical of people trying to work it out for themselves.
