Hi Rich, Steve told me he called you last night about what you said about the Hayden Fund/Hammack Fund being a fiasco. I read your post right before he walked in the door from work and I was kind of teary eyed. He asked what wrong and I told him. Maybe you would have done the same thing if you came home and your wife was crying. It hurt me because to me the Hayden Fund was what made me have the will to continue on with my geckos. Not the money (although there was over $9000 raised) but the fact that so many people really cared enough to help out me and my family. It gave me a tiny bit of hope I guess. It was a good and positive thing in the reptile community and I don't think it was a fiasco. After some thought I realized you might have been referring to the B.S. that went on between you and Chris about the auctions. Of course, that was of you and Chris' own making, not me or anyone else involved in the auctions. So basically if it was truly a fiasco, it was becasue of the two of you, not anyone else. Anyway, I just wanted to explain why Steve was a little angry. And why I was hurt. The misery and hell and heartbreak my family and I have been through is indescribable, truly it is. Maybe I am too sensitive for my own good, but I can't help it these days. I really hope that you can see that the Hayden Fund wasn't a fiasco at all. I would still like to continue as the Leo Mod, if that is ok with you. I enjoy contributing here. If you still want me to mod, I was wondering what your thoughts are on giving me the ability to impose warning points on users. There was an instance earlier where I had to delete a post because of the use of the word "Niggaz" and other derogatory stuff. I would be very careful about issuing points of course, and would only do so within the realm of my forum (Leo Gecko). Well, hope you are doing good, Kelli
