    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

KezFarms - Im not happy

I hear ya Phil, but if they have no record yet.....you have no way of knowing anything, so the point about some of the biggest dirtbags not having a record is moot.

And as for looking at someone's record, well I would hope that in looking at it, that the person would take into account the offenses, when they occurred and how long they have been "clean". People DO change....but not very often....honesty is either in you, or it isn't!

2. He brought it into their attention.
3. He was told to buy one
4. He got irrate/mad/angry
5. posted about criminal record.
6. KEZ called with a lwayer
7. So Corey had to call his.

Thomas you must be blinded by your love for KEZ.
You keep saying Corey brought up the lawyer thing. No it was brought up by KEZ.

Misrepresentation is misrepresentation.
You trust the seller and do not sex the animals. A month later you realize they were misrepresented.....You are saying Corey should buck up and drive on and forget about it.

Take this example. What if Corey bought a Big het for albino in January. In october he bred it to his albino. In February of the next year it had 60 babies and not a single one is albino..... According to you we should say.. Sorry cory suck it up and drive on. it has been over a year.

A misrepresented animal is still a misrepresented animal.
If it is something that changes IE health. That is on the buyer.
But if it is something that is not supposed to change like sex and genetics. That is on the seller.


You know what? Thomas is right. Corey is bad for waiting all this time (months) to post. Corey is bad for giving them all this time (months) to make things right.
Thomas is right. I will buy from KEZ. That way I can get a misrepresented animal. And when I call them on it....I know they won't replace it. yeah KEZ is good. I will make sure to buy from them and not Cory.

Before you Bring up Corey's tude NUMEROUS times. Maybe you should look at your posts in this thread.

Had Mr.Sawyer contacted me with his issue upon delivery ( which any real reptile breader would have done, after probing the snakes to verifiy sexuality)

A real Breeder/ dealer/wholesaler would have sexed the snakes prior to shipment. A real breeder / dealer/ wholesaler would not say that a male is a proven female. A real breeder / dealer /wholesaler would know the difference between sperm plugs and eggs.

I do not know of any wholesaler who will give a 30 day gaurantee, sorry standard is live arrival or 24 hours.

There you go Cory. Serves you right for buying a female. Sex is not guaranteed Just live arrival or 24 hours. So if the snake dies after 24 hours your out of luck. If the snake is the wrong sex.....well that is not guaranteed. Come one Cory what are you thinking. Do you really expect a male labeled as a proven female to be guaranteed?

Okay everyone. I have guaranteed 100% het for albino females I am selling. But I only guarantee the sex and the "hetness for 24 hours. If they change sexes and genetics...you SOL

Seriously though, despite Corey's "tude", lack of puctuation skills, and the time frame in which this has all transpired I still feel that if you paid for two proven breeders then that's what you should get. Yes mistakes happen, so correct it Kez and lets move on to something else. Like the fact that it's obvious Tom C. is carrying around some baggage and has been the victim of some horrible crimes (said with a smile, don't hurt em' hammer). LOL

I WISH I was that Tom Chambers......I could dunk! Although I did get "Guest of the Day" at a hotel in Phoenix one time when they assumed that I may be him! Had to show I.D. to get my gift basket once they saw me!

Now....I gotta go pack up some more baggage......heavy stuff.

From his very first reply to you......he never had anything against you.
This whole 8 page thread....he never had anything against you. Just everything he says was negative and directed against you.
It is really you with the "tude" and not him. He was just showing his "displeasure" against you. It is not really a tude.
As you can see....he so does not have anything against you that is why he keeps e-mailing you over and over.

My Experience

Just to add my two cents in..

I have personally done business with Robbie for a few years. In any dealing with Robbie he was always an honest and knowledgable wholesaler. Robbie always gave me and my shop the best service... from spending a few extra hours in my shop (after a show and right before a long drive back to florida) answering questions for me about gators to even replacing herps that had not been paid for. From dealing with other importers/wholesalers.. this is a very rare quality and that is why I find this story odd.

I honestly doubt that he mis-sexed or sent out the wrong herps to Corey. It is one persons word against the others here, with no real way to tell the truth since Corey also imports/wholesales and can very easily obtain similar snakes.
 
I have never imported any snakes from south america, the idea that i switched the snake is stupid. Excuses like that are just grabbing at threads.


If you would read, robert never disputes my claim of it being 3.1.

You still have no proof from when the snakes actually arrived... except for the pictures you said you were going to take tonight (how many months after the fact).

Again.. your word -vs- his word. Why is your word to be taken more seriously? If you think it is the mass amounts of posts compared to his one, I hope you would think again.
