And it is no secret that that emerald is eating birds. I have posted it here on this forum a few times. it still eats birds it wont eat mice. It ate a bird one day and I threw a mouse in there the next day. it ate it and puked it up 2 days later. I am sure I am not the only one that had a puker... And it has only been eating about once every 3 to 4 months....

Feeding it birds is just what some known puker salesmans do to keep it alive long enough to sell it off. Ask around you will see you are the only one in denial about it being a puker, even after you admitted it as proven in your above post.

The only animal that allegedly tested positive came from Matt Lerer of GHI Reptiles and was sold back to Matt Lerer of GHI Reptiles. This same animal in question had a nice long stay at Matt's, where is was in close proximity to his entire collection and several of the animals he sold to Tony Nicoli of Awesome Arboreals (who keeps vipers by the way) before Matt Lerer of GHI Reptiles unloaded it. I seem to remember pics of this animal hanging in the same tree as all the special "k" animals Matt Lerer of GHI Reptiles sold to Tony Nicoli of Awesome Arboreals. I sure hope Tony and all the people that Tony and Matt Lerer of GHI Reptiles sold animals to has their collections tested. Especially since Tony is Matt's breeding partner per Matt's own admissions and all roads are leading back to Matt Lerer of GHI Reptiles' collection.

Let me start by saying a few things up front. I do not keep and have never kept aboreal boas or pythons of any sort. As such I have never dealt or spoken with either parties involved.

That being said, Tim I have one question for you that you seem to be avoiding.

This snake that is the only snake to test positive, the snake that matt sold to you and you sold back to matt....yada yada yada...the whole reason for this thread. The question is this

WHAT IS YOUR EXCUSE FOR SHIPPING A SNAKE IN THAT CONDITION TO MATT.

That question is plain and simple, yet has not been answered. I personally could give a ____ about you king lear lines, and all this back and fourth stuff you have to say. I want to know how anyone ANYONE could justify shipping that snake.

Untill you answer that question, why not leave all the other bs out of this thread.

tim, now is the time that proof is needed. Pictures of each snake tested and a vet report with a number that the vet can be reached at to verify the tests.

If you care what is thought of you here, which is doubtful, you will provide uncontroverible proof of what you say. Not stall, not change the subject to someone or something else, not say your lawyer said not to talk about it as you have been doing lots of talking the last few days or any other excuse.

If you don't care what is thought of you here, which seems likely, then why do you keep coming here? Just to stir up trouble? I don't think that's working too well either. I, for one, would like to see this proof you speak of.

For a few months all I ever heard is how great she was doing and how pleased you were.

Nine months after you bought her this is what I paid $2,500.00 for UP FRONT, and only UP FRONT. This is what she looked like just after getting her from Arboreals of the Rainforest/Tim Bowles.

Enough said and I will say no more about this issue until it is resolved.

Start another thread and stop trying to change the subject of this thread. Read the Thread title or have your 'lawyer' read it to you and stick to the subject which is the snake that you got $2,500.00 for.

What a joke. Tony Nicoli is one of the most respected and trusted breeders in this hobby and here in my opinion is Tim Bowles trying to make Tony Nicoli look like a bad guy.

Wait a second......are you mad at Tony because I sold him the dark phase 'Basin' you were telling me I should sell you at my cost? I offered you the snake for what I thought was a good price and you said no. Then I offered him to Tony for substantionally more (which included some trade which is why it worked out to be more) and he accepted. Well you shouldn't be mad because of my own fault the animal threw up twice and I would no longer sell him to anyone. That's what happens when you give a small emerald WAY too big a meal. Although I am glad to report he hasn't had any incidences since then, whew!

If you are going to respond to this thread keep it on the subject matter and don't make this your own personal vendetta arena.

I bought that snake over 2 years ago as a gravid Import. It was not eating for the guy that had it. If you feel it is a known puker why dont you rag on the guy that sold it to me, Its not my fault it puked. BUT HEY WHY WOULD YOU RAG ON BAD SELLERS YOUR ONE YOURSELF.

I got it to eat a bird because it would not eat mice or rats, So I tried a bird and it ate. I fed it a mouse the very next day and it puked the mouse up 2 days later. I guys it new what it was. It never gurged the bird up.

Now quit try to shift my sick animals when your the one that sent a proven sick animal out.

Well since you are beating the Jeff Hudson thing to a pulp he must be very happy that YOU keep bringing up the subject on a very PUBLIC forum. He must be all warm inside that YOU keep bringing it up and I have never once said a word on any forum about Jeff having sick animals. As far as I know Jeff has kick butt animals and I would love to own any number of them! He just sold three animals that I know of and the two guys are extremely happy with them. Man I would give anything to get a hold of Rolandos animal!
