    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Platinum Dragons and JnS Dragons & Cages

Well when you wanted to do a trade with me, I told you I was looking forr a red. You told me he was a chris allen/pastel from Foxfire. Since I have a foxfire dragons I declined to do the trade. Then a couple of days later you emailed me saying you had an orange/red sandfire X Pastel from Saphire Dragon Ranch. You emailed me pics of the same dragon. Maybe you made a mistake an emailed me the wrong pictures. I was just posting what happened, as you did. Anyway, I am sorry your feelings are hurt. However I do think it would show character if you apoligized to JNS Dragons, since they did so to you.

I think this one thread is very complex; but I do not think the attribution of any business loss will be easily shown after this threat from JNS Dragons:

"If I find this is posted on fuana (sic) your (sic) mine, trust me it wont be plesnt (sic).

That's just not good business, to threaten people.

Sure I will email you more pictures when i get off of work. She has mated with Golbin from dragons by nature. She is from Foxfires petite pink line. I bought her as a holdback for 375 plus shipping. She measures only 15 inches. Eats like a pig, especially after mating. Your adult is it male or female? If you could send pics, and I will send you some more as well. I probably won't take trades, but I would for a nice red dragon. I would like to ship her this week as I don't want her to be heavy with eggs during shipping.

Okay, I stand corrected. As far as the threats go. Well that was wrong to say that, however I am sure all of us have had angry moments in their lives and say thing we didn't mean. The was an apoligy made by JNS Dragons to David. Even if that is not accepted it was still made, usually if somebody says a threat and then apoligizes, they didn't mean it. Just seems like everybody is so tense and so quick to point fingers every which way, without really understanding what is going on and who is involved. I really don't think this thread needs to continue as the situation with Tere ( who started the thread) has been resolved.

Jenn, threats are serious. A verbal apology is a start, but it does not minimize the gravity of such an action.

You also say that people do not really understand what is going on; but that is what the BOI is FOR. Your last few posts look like what YOU want is a quick apology and then for everything just to be swept under the rug; the BOI process is that if there are matters which are misunderstood, we do the exact opposite and discuss the matter until an understanding is reached.

I entered into this thread because of the threat. I do not think it appropriate to threaten someone like that, and I think the forgiveness process must involve EARNING back respect after something of that nature has been said.

Thank you so much..... I was having a bad day today. Nothing really bad happened, just allergies raging a bit causing some serious sinus pressure and not in a very good mood. Until I read this. While it did nothing for my sinuses it went a lont way to putting me in a good mood.

This one ranks right up there with the best of the idiots who shoot themselves (and their business) right in the foot. Going to privately attack somone and then threaten them if they make it public. Yeah I want to do business with you!!!! You people got some nerve.

My question is, is this the first time that you folks have threatened people privately to keep your business looking good or is it standard operating procedure? Scare the noobs who do not know better?

Kind of reminds me of old lady glucheff, the dimglow who was going to sue everyone for posting her home address and pictures of her kids that were gotten of HER OWN SITE.

Man, there are so really STUPID people out there. Why is it that soooooooo bloody many of them try to sell reptiles for a living?

Hey shannon, send me a pm too, it's been a long and somewhat boring day and it's been days since anyone threatened me in any way. I'm getting lonely.
 
I just want to know how many of you would be happy if somebody posted about your business that you were a fraud, and you were not. Then without knowing the facts, everybody else chimed in saying you where the same as so and so, and you were scamming people and had fake pictures. Would you be happy about that, jumping for joy, and doing a happy dance. I think not. While threats that are seroius are not okay, I think anybody would get very upset that their business name was dragged through the mud. The email was written to David before things got cleared up with Tere. JNS were upset that this was posted about them when David has talked to them so many times and knew they were not Mitch or Platinium Dragons. I am defending them because they have done nothing but help alot of people, including myself. They are very kind, honest and knowledgable about their dragons. I do not think they should have their name tossed in the trash. They gave Tere her money back, and were screwed out of that money by Mitch. I feel like this is a witch hunt. While it is good to point out the true scammers, it is not okay to post things about a business and ruin them when you don't have any facts. I have said my peace. I think people just want to drag this out because they have nothing better to do then create drama. :hot:

A threat was made. Period.

If they were SUCH good and upstanding people then they should NOT have resorted to such tactics.

Hopefully David will report the threat to their ISP.

Think BEFORE you speak OR post.

And speaking for oneself is MUCH more effective than a third party doing so.
 
People jump the gun here at times, there is no arguing that. And I can understand being upset about being falsley accused. That however is no excuse for threats and then resorting to extortion tactics to try and hide your threats. And then to top it off you say that other peoples actions made you act in this manner. How old are you? Give me a break.

The people that jumped the gun made an honest mistake trying to get a problem resolved. Making threats and resorting to extortion to hide them is not an honest mistake. There is a big difference.
 
My last say, then I am done. I don't have a problem with anybody really. Not David, or anybody else on here. I just don't like to see good people get rubbed in the dirt. Threats or no threats. And to make it clear, you can sue another person for making false accusations against you or your business. JnS will not do this though because they are not like that. I am done with this thread. I hope everybody has a good night, and nobody turns to the dark side of the Force.

Dear Dear Jenn,

First you tell us not to bash Mitch because he his trying to set things right. Then you accuse David of lying.

You have been corrected on both issues.

I think you need to take a break, go and relax. You have the Oaji Valley Spa and Resort right there. It's a great place.
 
Actually I am very relaxed. I didn't defend Mitch. Things were not clear about what he was up to at that time. I don't like it when people jump to conclusions before everything is clear that's all. As far as David goes, hehe, I am not the only one who says that. I have no problem with David, he has done nothing to me and I would do business with him in the future. Anyway, this thread has no topic anymore and has been run into the ground. That Spa is too expensive anyway, LOL, I would go if I had $500 to spend on a facial.

What EXACTLY is your relationship with JNS Dragons? You bring up legal action, above; and then you say that you KNOW JNS Dragons will not sue; how do you know them well enough to know what they are planning?

And the phrase 'threats or no threats' seems somehow irresponsible, as if an action that grave could be brushed off. Once again, I need to point out that it is a SERIOUS and intolerable action to threaten another person; and I think that the good people on Fauna who choose to participate in commerce here should never have to worry about their personal safety when doing business.
