Oh my god, I checked some other bids. This guy is unbeleivable! He bid on TONS of dragons, and Im not sure if he put my email in there or not, but I just got an email from BKDragons asking to talk about the "dragon I just won".

This guy is sooo unbeleivable!
 
ALSO - Mitch is going under the username "Herpeater" on reptibid, along with "Phuck_davidlove" which did I mention was a very cute play on words...not. I know this because of him going under "GirlieGirlHerp", and in the ads here on fauna this same person said to email "her" at [email protected] or something. He bid on his own dragon under "phuck_davidlove". UGH.

You know, the reptile community is actually rather small; you would think that someone would not do that on Reptibid because of the good chance that it would be picked up (like it was); certainly it will have an economic effect. The power of the BOI is that when such unprofessional behavior is uncovered, people can vote with their wallets and simply not buy from vendors that do not come up to their standards.

You play with such nice friends. Might I suggest that you should futire posts in the other thread about Mitch/Frank and let this one die it's natural death, unless somehow it also pertains to Jimmy and Shannon? I think they have cleared up this topic and don't deserve having this thread keep resurfacing if the matter does not concern them.

I was sold two red female dragons and was shipped two colorless normal dragons. When I complained I was told they were in a shed, stress, cold (they were shipped to Maine with NO heat pack). I was told I could get my money back, but whe I asked for a shipped address, the correspondence stopped. I paid a Shannon Davis for these dragons using PayPal. Funny, she lives in Texas and he lives in Miami. She claims he's using her account without her permission, but wouldn't you notice if you had received money from someone you didn't know? I would. I noticed that he mentioned jns not selling to DM Love. Isn't JNS Shannon Davis. This Shannon Davis happens to go by jnscagesndragons. Kind of suspicious, isn't it. She claims to be a victim of his scam, but she spent my money and I suspect others as well, please contact me so as to build a case for criminal court. I complained to PayPal and they are conduction an investigation. I have also contacted my bank. On a side note, Mich has not returned any of my e-mails since I asked for a shipping adress. The plott seems to thicken as to if these are seperate people or are scaming everyone. Buyers beware of this duo, somethings just doesn't smell right. Who's the guilty party here? Mitch Triana or Shannon Davis? All I know I am out 175.00 for two colorless dragons. I hope someone comes clean refunds my money and doesn't fraud anyone else. I wish I knew the truth. I received pics of dragons from Mitch that Shannon says he stole off her website, but the problem being the pic on the website was cropped. The picture I received from Mitch was not. I was also given a pic of four baby dragons offered by Mitch as replacements, now I find out they don't belong to either one of them. The pic was sent to two people only, Shannon you were one, how did Mitch get it? Perhaps I am to honest for my own good. Mitch and/or Shannon makes things right before more authorities get involved. I have made complaints and will be contacting local authorities in both Texas and Florida. I hope it doesn't get that far, but the fraud stops here!!!

ok you said alot about shannon this is her husband you know the one you talk to for 1hr on the phone, the one that said i will replace the dragons, i know jim o watch my spelling lol. ok first of all lets get to the pay pal account, we gave mitch our pay pal account info cuase he said he wanted to buy one of our dragons he said one of his friends owed him some money that they would be paying us for the dragons and that how he got it ok. and now mitch sold you some babies saying they were orange or red and you bought them but he used our paypal for you to send money, now let me tell you this we have a paypal credit card a real one that we use the only time we check our paypal is to see how much is in there thats it. but still you talk to us last night i offered you chris allen babies or some moon glows but you still get on here and down shannon saying shes a scamm well i dont think so see what mitch does is not our blame we closed that account so he couldnt do that any more, you know iam trying to be very nice to you but you are making hard by saying all of this stuff on here that half of its not true, now the pics i do not know if tere or mike is in this with you but if you go to my site you will see the pics that mitch sent to you those are my dragons witch is ter and the eggs if you would like me to send you some of her and the eggs tonight i can so you can see that they are plus we cant stop people taking are photos off the web site what mitch does is his buisness not ours ok, then you want to contact the police down here in tx well let me tell you this go ahead i dont have any thing to hide hell you come with them and you will see that i dont i dont have time for this bull nor do i have time for people to acuse us for something we didnt do so if you want to blame some one blame mitch not us and thats the truth

I was frauded before Tere. I just didn't know what to do about it. I went to your website and saw the pics of the eggs. The pic I have is not cropped. The one on your site is cropped. How did Mitch get that picture? I was suspicous last night on the phone about the entire situation. You knew that you had received 175.00 from me and money from someone else to pay Mitch's debt to you. I wouldn't have sent anybody any dragons without payment first. You did offer to replace my dragons, but mine are probably 3 months old now, your talking waiting until August for dragons. So I keep these two girls for 4 months and them ship them to you at my cost. Not going to happen. It's not fair to them. All I wanted was the dragons I paid for, but that's never going to happen. I could pick these dragons up at any reptile show for 20.00. Last night you said you knew where these dragons came from. You think they are hypo/snow cross'. They are not. Look at the pic I sent last night. This Mitch person has dropped off the face of the earth when I wanted a shipping address to return the dragons. I talked to PayPal rep myself tonight and put another complaint in writing. If you have a relationship with this Mitch person have him refund my money. If you have so many complaints about him, why did you let him use his account? Since you had no idea who I am or what I received why would you spend my money in your account and where is it now. Shannon claims she never checks that account but last night she did and there was my transaction from April 25th. But the money is gone. It went somewhere before last night and the only way to move funds to a bank account is to have a password. I can't imagine you provided that information when you ere having him pay his debt to you. So contact this Mitch person and have him answer the questions and make refunds; as I see no replies from him. The pic of the four baby dragons were sent from one person to two people and you are the second. I don't think I need to mention anybodys name. I spoke to the original owner of the babies myself today and it wasn't Mitch. So the pics is what has raised my suspicions. As I stated above the pic I received from Mitch IS NOT CROPPED. The pics on your website is cropped. How did he get the uncropped pic? I'm interested in knowing the answers to those questions? Using the internet to defraud is a federal offensive as well as crossing state lines. I would think if you are a victim as you say, they you would join the bandwagon to have Mitch prosectuted for fraud. But in all the threads I've read you are trying to make things right, why? I wonder how many people like me who were not aware that anything could be done are out there. I happended upon this information by accident trying to find my justice for myself. So since you have conducted business with Mitch you should know how to contact him. You must have been pretty good friends to let him use your account and reak such havic for you. I want a full refund, and the babies are staying with me or send me two red dragons immediately. That is the only solution I'm willing to except.

Over the past couple of weeks, I have tried telling you that your practice of not knowing where money in your Paypal account came from was going to get you in trouble. I even recall discussing the same thing with you yet again lastnight. I have been uncomfortable with that excuse from the very beginning and am even more uncomfortable with it now.

You can offer up all the dragons in the world, and it still doesn't excuse the fact that you accepted this woman's payment without question, just as you did with me, instead of learning from your mistake the first time. This IS your mistake. Own up to it. Mitch can run all the scams he wants, but the fact that you accepted her money makes YOU guilty.

As for the question of whether Mike or I had anything to do with this, no. You did this all on your own. I want nothing more to do with this whole thing. Please feel free to exclude me from here on out. I refuse to be a part of whatever it is you're up to.

I know this makes nothing right but like i said i have the same info as everyone else on here and i do plan on contacting authorites myself. I would definitely be contacting Paypal to sort all of this out.

Also, just a FYI, those who purchase items in Texas are covered by the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, which allows consumers to sue for triple damages and attorneys fees for fraudulent and deceptive practices.
If I were a consumer I would sort out my transactions and if the purchase ultimately took place in Texas from whatever party, I would be studying the DTPA....

hey there is no reason for you to get your 2 cents in this but i should of known if has anything to do with mitch or us your in it hmmmm seems kind of funny you start talking about attorneys and stuff but when it comes to david your all over the person, yeah we did give mitch our paypal account once cause he was buying dragons thats what you do when people are buying but hey i guess you forgot that i had no idea that he was going to keep doing it if he sends money into my paypal that makes him stupid iam sure you wouldnt mine but hey i told the lady that since it came to my paypal i would replace them so you need to but out this has nothing to do with your david or you leave this alone we are trying to work stuff out with this lady even though we were not the people who sold the dragons to her this is all i have to say.

Jimmy, I gave good general advice to the good people of Texas who are consumers; it was not specifically tagged to you. This thread is here and public, and you are here, and I certainly feel that I can provide information should I wish to do so.
If everything is on the up and up, as a Texas vendor you ought to welcome
the opportunity, as I did, to help Texas citizens with information that they might find useful, and this is a great statute.
Since its enactment, it has been used by many Texas consumers because it was purposefully made as user friendly as possible.

I do in fact talk more about legal stuff than I used to; if there is an opportunity to help people while I go through life I try to do so, and I am learning more about legal matters than I used to know.

If Mitch kept using your account and kept giving you money as you say then refunding mine shouldn't be a problem. You aren't out any dragons or money. So the solution is easy, refund my money. I read my bank and credit card statement. I know where all my money goes. If you just keep getting all these payments don't you wonder why? I want to be done with the entire situation and do no business with anyone from Texas or Florida ever again. All I wanted were the beautiful red dragons in the picture. I'll never know if they even existed. I want my money back. That is the solution I am willing to except. Since Mitch sent you all this money your out nothing, but I am so PayPal it back to me and it ends here! Or I can just keep on my fact finding complaint mode until someone figures it all out or it leds to a fraud investigation. I never knew there was such deceit in the reptile world.
