• Responding to email notices you receive.
    **************************************************
In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

  • IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ!! About the Google Adsense ads being displayed

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    Addendum: 01/10/2026
    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

But all you people read this. This is the shady behavior that Sean has. He also claims to be good buddies with Mike from outback reptiles. Even though mike has a good rep. I want ever do buisness with Outback again either because it's clear they have shady characters affiliated with their buisness.

Keep it up and it might not be a priority tomorrow either.

You could refund and be done in a minute.
Please remember that the posts here are not only a response to your buyer, they might be taken by readers as representative of how you might handle other issues with possible future buyers. I think you can, and should, reevaluate how you are handling this issue.

Hold up, before we go too far down this rabbit hole- here is the extent of our involvement:

I got a voicemail from Joseph as well as a message from Sean letting me know that you were interested in something we had available... I didn't get a chance to respond before I found this thread and notified Sean.

That is the end of our involvement... please do not insinuate we have anything to do with either side of this, Joseph.

Thank you

To me, Joseph makes himself look more like the bad guy in this situation. You asked for him to sex the vipers, didnt wait for a response and sent payment. Then have acted like a complete primadonna this whole time about it. Sean, dont come off looking like the bad guy by dragging it out. Refund him and be done with him the sooner the better.

It's ok. Both of you have bad guy reports. His site does not say call first for availability. I'm getting my money back. As of now he's a their also because I should have had the refund. So my bank is going to get it and you guys keep sending evidence to me that you are contesting my timely refund for a product you advertise as available and don't have. It's more evidence that both of you are scammers and shady buisness people. And it gives my bank a good case also

Raging reptiles site advertising viper boas and other snake's available. HE doesn't even have reptiles for sale and has failed to update his site. Now I have had to dispute this with my bank and paypal after asking for a refund and getting a smart elec reply back that I should have called for availability.

Yes, the site should be updated. But unless you want sellers to start steering clear of you, why not calm down.
Both of you can just walk away from this, or either of you by continuing and escalating and calling names can be damaged by your own words. Seller, refund. Buyer, calm down. What's it gonna be?

Im calm. But I really don't like dishonest people. I breed very rare and expensive reptiles. I've had to refund people's money before and It was instant. This shows these guys character. But my bank will get it either way. It just looks worse on them.

Ummm. You didn't get my text and voice mails over this matter ????? But Sean says he's tight with you. He said to contact you about a trade to make it right and I did just that. Go back and read the emails the Sean sent with your name and replies. He posted it here. You jumped straight to his defense when he's wrong. He pulled toy into this so go defend him some more. I want him to resolve this

I got a voice mail and did not get a chance to respond. Since your area code is Florida, I was checking up on Florida law regarding reticulated pythons before I contacted you back.

I have nothing to do with you and Sean's dealings other than Sean offering to come purchase something from me in an attempt to make you happy. I wish you the best of luck in resolving this but I have no part in it.

A little less than three days between the sending of payment and posting this BG BOI thread. This, with the buyer deciding to change his order, to something else, since the seller did not have what he wanted. Then, suddenly, buyer changes his mind and wants a refund. Since he did not get his refund, instantaneously, he posts this BG thread. Not giving the seller time to remedy this situation. On top of it all, he is making some accusations, about two separate businesses, without proof of his allegations.
Sure, Sean/Raging Reptiles

Whups, did not mean to hit "send".
Continued... has erred in not having an updated website (&/or in not having the animals available) but the OP is, IMO, acting erratically, barreling down the tracks, making certain allegations without proof, and never gave the seller a chance before posting this BG thread. At the least, the OP is making himself look like he could be a nightmare customer.
Who knows, maybe I'll find the OP in the right but, for now, his behavior is really "off kilter".
'Course, the seller should refund the OP, now, without being vindictive by holding up the refund due to the OP's behavior. Otherwise, the seller will make himself look pretty bad (much worse than not having an updated website &/or not having the animals available).

BTW Sean, a friendly word of advice, never assume a person's location solely based on their area code. Sure, the area code could represent a person's location but there are also many people who have cell phones with a different area code than their actual location.

No. I changed my mind when seller sends me a text saying he will not cover shipping cost of a 175. $ python when he has 230 of my money. I would have let him keep the rest for his paypal fees. But he got crap with me and then I wanted my money back. So he shouldn't have a prob refundING it like he is.

No. I changed my mind when seller sends me a text saying he will not cover shipping cost of a 175. $ python when he has 230 of my money.

Perhaps this is why?
