Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I'd try to get the IP off the e-mail address.

It is also not the e-mail address attached to his Facebook account.
 
called it and it was a google voice number with no pick up.and no that was not me who emailed u and btw i actually put in his email from his fb account earlier today and that

had came up which i did call earlier with no pick up

for even more proof i did call that number earlier today even BEFORE THAT NUMBER WAS POSTED HERE OR EMAILED TO U

i got only 120 back then bought a critter condo for 165 so yea nothing is fishy on my end man if anything i was the one that got the short end due to your crappy service.
 
btw ill be posting on nicks fb wall to see if i can get a family member in touch i have a feeling that something fishy is going on with that email and it was not sent from nick
 
No i have not stated that. I want the cage to go to the right person who owns it just stating all this is very fishy and has been from the start. Its all to funny as now he contacts me when YOU have a issue to something you don't own BUT WANT.And have been posting all this today.

Just issue a refund and everyone can move on with their lives....If it was a fraudulent transaction this "nick" guy should handle his business with the authorities....Repti-Racks should simply get business from someone else....this is not in any way complicated but it seems to have snow-balled into a fiasco....Give the screw ball his money back and sell to someone else...As far as the OP, as a non-involved party reading this post, it does look extremely strange and as distributor of cages myself (Critter Condoz) I wouldnt send this shipment out either with all this suspicion. You set the stage and you're apparently mad at Repti-Racks because they dont want to set themselves up for a credit card charge-back...They'd be crazy to simply comply with your strange transaction....But in all fairness, they should refund your (or Nicks, whomever/whatever) money and you guys can part ways.....I wonder why this hasnt happened already?

it has been a issue since day one and u know that,how many times did i have to call or email u about the cage being ready and shipped to me until i got fed up sold it and bought a critter condo from chris allen?as a business person don't promise me something if it can't be done

i should of known when i seen the horrid thread about lead times on you but i took the chance and i paid for it big time
 
if u was any sort of business person u would of refunded me my money when i asked even before selling the cage,but u declined to refund me,NO WAY SHOULD I HAVE TO WAIT FOR A CAGE THAT LONG.so my only option was to sell it for 120

OMG!!!! Just give this nut a refund so he'll go away....Why on earth would you keep his money if you suspect it's a fraudulent transaction or anything other than on the up-and-up? This is so elementary it's ridiculous. Either ship his cage to wherever he wants OR refund the cash...it's simple yet irritating at the same time.

you do know if it was fraudulent right it would have been paypal disputed a long time ago my friend,it has been months and 0 charge backs to repti racks

but ill be dammed to see a company get paid 313.00 when there is no proof that nothing got built or shipped,
 
OK i got a call from nick still seems odd and he is baffled about how Almando was requesting a refund to something he don't own OR THE CAGE SENT TO HIM not nick when he has not been in contact with him and how he never spoke to him other than the day he bought it from him.Almando also quoted he called the number and got a voice mail but Nick states he just spoke to him. Nick smith finds almandos actions to be very fishy and has told me he has been busy and wasnt a big concern at this time.

Since i have a e-mail and got a call from nick the cage owner i will be sending out NICKs cage to him as me and nick talked about and was told by nick to not give almando any info such as a tracking # or anything else.
 
Caging and Racks

All newly placed orders can only be canceled within the first 24hrs "One Day" of purchasing that order, no matter what day of the week it was placed. There after, order supplies and materials are paid for thats needed to fill your order. The only way money is to be refunded after order is placed past the 48hrs mark, is if the cage or rack order purchased is built in the lead time, than advertised and sold to a different customer. Only after each cage or rack is sold will money be refunded. We are not liable for market price changes such as costs or shipping to go up to resell a purchased product from us due to a cancelled order that requires us to resell for a refund. No exceptions!!!! It is advised to have the product shipped to you and you can resell it at your lesiure. If you have a buyer of the product we can also ship it directly to them fully insured. Non-compliance of our terms can result in legal issues.



Straight off the Repti-Racks website. You agreed to these terms in purchasing the caging, Almando and it is pretty standard in that particular industry. Cages are custom made to order. If you wanted the cage yourself to resell for more money, you should have waited. You also should have done more research regarding Repti-Racks and lead time issues before purchasing the rack because the complaints are readily available.

You are the only one who hurt yourself by selling the rack for half of what it was worth, so laying that blame on Repti-Racks is a moot point. It is not their fault you made the decision to do that. Since you would have been out the money for the Critter Condoz anyway, you should have bought that, waited for the Repti-Rack and sold it at a higher price.

Again, you no longer have say in this transaction. If Nick wants the rack, he will contact Repti-Racks to get it from them. Until then, they will hold onto it.

You are not the customer anymore. Get over it.

well i will need a tracking number to put into my paypal account under his payment as i can get screwed over if he does do a charge back

and he said we never spoke ever since the day of the purchase?need i pull up facebook convos that we spoke numerous of times after the transactions was done?
