Read the beginning of this thread where Alan is positively rubbing his hands in glee in anticipation of dropping this "bombshell" of his. What to you THINK his intentions were? That quote from Alan's email is pretty much as black and white as it can get. And you cannot even conceivably claim that you did not know about his intentions THEN and his intentions NOW.

Actually... Considering we saw all of this a couple of times before it ever made it to the BOI and by Alan's not saying in a public manner her wanted "Fauna Dead" Gary is just forming his own opinion of the situation and stating exactly what conclusion he came to. So if that makes him a liar then it makes anyone who draws their own conclusions a liar also. I can't find one statement or post from Alan on TRR about him wanting "Fauna dead". Found some about him wanting to post what he did. Found plenty of "other" internet fueled drama concerning fauna, but none which specifically said he wanted the site dead. But I am human and bore pretty easily with useless drivel so I may have missed something on TRR or here as I tend to skip posts sometimes to reduce both eye strain and the ever present "Why can't people just drop the frickin thing and move on". That and the ever present "know it all" who in reality knows two things sadly. And those are "Keep the heart pumping and remember to breathe"... Why can't these people forget one of those two things and do us all a huge favor??

So are you're saying that this isn't just exclusive to rude comments aimed at you? Do you also mean that if you happen to come upon a thread with two members squabbling about something, making similar rude comments to one another, you're going to document that behavior on each individuals good guy post (if they have one)?

Gary is just forming his own opinion of the situation and stating exactly what conclusion he came to.

When your choice of opinion topic is to paraphrase what someone else thinks, it must then pass the muster of being somewhat consistent with the stated thoughts of that entity. On multiple occasions in this thread tonight, Gary continuously substituted his opinions as representing the thoughts or motivations of others, like he had ESP, and at times laughably so. Whether it was ignorance, contempt, or willful deception in the hopes of creating artificial support, the benefit of the doubt evaporates quickly when the action is repeated with any consistency. In my case, his "opinion" was a changing of fact, and was no longer worthy of the label of being an opinion. As you can see, he dodged a simple retraction like the plague, and I an't going away.

There is a little bit more to it than you know about Jim. A couple of other members from TRR refuse to even visit Fauna let alone post here. Now I don't know for a fact that someone is asking him to post here but that could be the case. A couple of members left on their own accord and in doing so will not even click on a link posted at TRR which directs them to Fauna. Give them credit for having convections though..

Brian, TRR and all the rest do not matter to me. Gary left a slime trail here tonight with more than enough basis for my conclusions. Gary repeatedly mis-stated or mischaracterized the words of others tonight, or deliberately claimed to know the thought process behind an opposing opinion, and then criticised what he had apparently divined with his ESP. Well we didn't get a chance to talk tonight so I was not sure Gary. And yeah I know but I refuse to get internet or phone service at the farm as it is my drama free zone.

Wow, I would have never thought that YOU of all people would resort to threats of retaliation against anyone questioning you or your posts. I guess I was completely wrong about you. Maybe some members were correct in thinking that you had developed an "untouchable attitude"?!?!?

The only thing that comes to mind is this, Lucille. Maybe you should rethink your stance before practicing it. I would imagine a post in retaliation against another member will just get you a BOI bad guy thread of your own. That's the funny thing about retaliation. It only causes you to receive some in return, just one big circle of retaliation.............

This is of little importance, but since it keeps being referenced, I felt I should ask. Did Alan actually attempt to sell the information to Jeff? Is there any evidence to back that up other than an email he sent to me, that I sent to Seamus, who sent it to Rich, and somehow ended up in the hands of one Jolly Roger who posted it for the world to see? It was only a day after I recieved it that it was up in the forum if I remember correctly, and at that point Alan was just talking about it, hadn't actually made an offer, or made demands. I just want to know if he tried to get money for the information, or just talked about what he thought the information was worth.

Allen said he offered it to Jeff and he declined the information.
