If you keep on harping on what a good guy you think he is and how badly he's been treated here that will only bring out more and more of his past as people justify the reasons, which really are sound, that he is treated like the ass he acts like.

Until Dennis' post, I thought Ryan always posted as Ryan Trude, aparently I was wrong, and will look into that further. I was splitting hairs, you're right. I am not going to say Ryan is a great guy, but I am not going to call him a bad guy either. He looks like an ass, because he is an ass, but I haven't seen anyone get shafted by Ryan.
Anyway, yeah, he will sink or swim based on what he does from here out. It isn't my job to try to pull him from the tide, and save him from his past, any more than it is your job to keep throwing it on him and pushing his head under. What his friends say isn't going to help any more than what people with problems with him say nagative are going to hurt him.
I am not harping to harp, I am harping because I have had experiences with Ryan, and those posting negatively have not. Who is really harping if I am sharing my experience and others are just reliving the past vicariously through the original thread starters of threads from yesteryear?

Were you dealing? What was the context of your arrest? Have you had other arrests that we do not know of yet?

I think you may be a bit mislead here, or misunderstanding something Ryan. You know one of the things I learned from my late grandfather was that there is a time to open your mouth (or in this case keyboard) and a time to keep it to yourself. I know that I still screw this up sometimes, but it seems to me that sometimes on here you run around blindly accusing people of ganging up on you, or others. You sometimes do it in a "confrontational" way. This in my experiences, and seeing what happens to you on here, leads to flames, and accusations from others.

You know people may go overboard on here sometimes, but you gotta remember the only person that you can control is yourself. If someone wants to be pissed off and treat another person badly, they are gonna do it no matter what you do. If you try to come to that persons rescue, then you are automatically picking sides, and it just snowballs from there. So when someone else says it is better to be quiet, I think that is what is meant.

In my experience of reading the posts that you had put up for me to read, you seem to just piece in what you want others to read not the whole conversation. Get over yourselves and realize YOU are the problem and leave him to the good posts he deserves. When he gets a bad one, hit him them. Until that time resort back to your Operah and Dr. Phill watching for the drama you so desire and leave him alone. I know you are going to say that I only had one good experience with him but the one bad experience he had was enough to tear him apart so I feel that the one good I had will be the stitch he needs to heal back up. Get a life or just watch your soaps and leave him alone. Either way this will be a much better place without you.

If anything i consider myself a neutral party to all this. Probly because i am new around here but after reading the threads on your previous dealings i am astounded but that's not to say you cant change. As far as his previous dealings, that is what the BOI is all about. Creating a new profile will only discredit you. And Davey if Ryan posted a add for healthy animals and told you there entire history when you contacted him that is still misrepresentation. It's like a puppy dog, introduce the family get people to contact you then say oh yeah by the way. That may not have been Ryan's intent but that's what his action implies. The only reason i could see for posting a healthy animal and use the excuse i told them when they inquired would be to get more people to inquire and maby you'll get lucky. Again maby he just didn't think about it when he posted it that way i don't know but you have to admit it is fishy. The only other thing i would like to say is you still haven't answered my question Ryan, did you have the animals sexed after they were in your possession? In witch case this would be more human error and not your fault. But if you relied on the people you got them from for the sex then they should have been sold as 0.0.6 or at least informed the buyer you were told the sex but were not certain. Either way that transaction in my opinion sounds more like inexperience and i dont think it was malicious intent. My advice Ryan is you live and learn and hopfully you will have future animals sexed by someone you trust in the future after you take possession. Honestly if you had an animal i was interested in i would probly purchase one because it does come across that you are trying to change. Note, givin your history it would not be a substantial purchase but i would be willing to give you a chance. One last thing, You need to take the advice from Wes and Jim. Just do well and be quiet. If a need comes to post just state facts and nothing else. Dont get caught up in that temper of yours every good guy post you get you seem to destroy with it.

LOL, well he was just about to get some breathing room but when you put up an uninformed post your just going to beckon someone to post what is actually fact. Do you want to stir it up are do you want to let it go? One bad deal is inaccurate and there has been host of other problems dating back to the first time he was actually banned. Do you want me start posting it here or do you want to give him chance? He deserves the baggage he has. If he could have ever taken the criticism along with the good posts it would not pop up on every transaction. With all due respect for the morality patrol.... Bringing up his past, and posting the links to those threads so others can find easily find and read them is a fair thing to do, but constantly harping and filling what should have been a few page thread into another drama beast that keeps playing out the same way over and over again is really old hat. If he is not screwing up, then let it be. If he does screw up again, then by all means, give him what he deserves.

I have one experience with Ryan, and it was a good one. I sold him a possible super salmon male, and the transaction went exactly like it should have. I read ALL the posts about him before hand, and decided to give him a shot anyways and everything turned out just fine. Lucky me, you'll say, I know.

But, in the end, we all get what we give, and Ryan definitely seems to be making a good effort towards his amends. It is a long, hard road back, but he has chosen it and hopefully will stick with it.

Good luck, Ryan. Do not let the naysayers get to you. It's what they want.

Why are you dodging the question I asked in my last post? You were just here about a half hour ago yet you didn't respond.

Can provide us with the other tracking numbers? Or a screen shot of the pay-pal transactions?

Chip is the one I sent all 6 to. 1 was a female. He kept that one and sent 5 back.

Per the request of DThomas, here are the facts of the deal I had with Ryan, I agreed to purchase 3 female 50% het ball pythons from him. Ryan was paid and the three females arrived only to be 2.1 without asking for anything from Ryan, He sent me the other three. At this point I had still only paid for three. when the other three arrived and were all males, I contacted Ryan to let him know. He was honest, apologetic and sincere. He immediatley refunded (while all six were in my possession) the money for the two females I did not receive and the five males were sent back to him. The sixth snake not included in his current ad is the lone female and is in my possession.

From the above quotes, we are looking for two (2) tracking numbers from Ryan to Chip and one (1) from Chip to Ryan.

ryan, there are questions brewing in many minds right now and how you handle this situation will go far into how people think of you.

IF you answer David's questions and provide the tracking numbers YOU may feel like you're doing way too much and being held to a standard that is not the one used in most deals. In this you are correct. You have the higher hurdle to clear because you have lied many times here and are NOT trusted at your word.

IF you provide all three tracking numbers THEN (if, then-LOL who'd a thought) you will be off on the right foot and have a good look to some of us.

IF you decline to or CANNOT produce all THREE tracking numbers, you're pretty much done, finished, OUTED for the last time.

It's NOT pleasant to be in your position BUT YOU are ENTIRELY responsible for YOUR being in it.

I'd like some details on the pot bust thing too. Were you dealing, growing, selling, in possesion of? What?

Wes, I believe he already stated it was for possesion. I think it should be left at that. I at this point see no reason for him to share his criminal druggie past.

If it appeared he may have a past with theft or extortion or anything like that I could see some prying needing to be done. Especially since it was he himself who brought this up in the first place and the possibility of theft in this industry appears to be high.

I am interested to see the three tracking #'s though. It would certainly show me that he has been truthful and changed his ways. Until then I still see him as a liar.

My reasons for inquiring are simple and most likely not ones you would think of Mike.

Suppose his possesion was for an amount large enough to be considered trafficking(?) in? In that case he may still be under scrutiny, his boxes, whether shipped or recieved, may be inspected by someone who does NOT know reptiles, hell who knows but I will make my own decisions, thank you, and I would like to know.

There is also another reason that I do not care to post here but if you want to pm me I'll clue you in.

These baby females were born 5/21/05. They were produced from a documented het male from Cypress Creek Reptiles bred to what was sold to me as a Bob Clark het but I got 7 eggs and no albinos so most likely she isn't. So the most I can guarantee is that these are 50% hets.



In this post your admitting the het male/fathter most likely isn't het albino, but your selling them as 50% hets even though your skeptical that they even hets from your previous dealings.

In my opinion, as another AHA member has said it's definately buyer beware (caveat emptor) and your probably just trying to get rid of some imported baby ball pythons or baby ball pythons from an imported WC gravid female ball python.
It all doesn't add up Ryan. First they're sold, then they're not sold and turn out to be males and according to your posts your not even sure if they are het albino anyway. It does appear shady and what a scam artist would do.

I know some of these questions have been answered and some have not.

I'm glad to know now I have 32 years of experience in everything I've been around since I was baby.
