    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Ian, have you ever heard of defamation? I think you need to explain exactly what you meant by your post.
I would fault Chris' company for getting too far behind, but that is getting, hopefully soon, taken care of.
I would fault Chris for getting too rambunctious in conversations sometimes, and when he is better I may discuss that with him.

But I have never heard anything like this. Where are your facts?

Orders dating back until November... in case you havent noticed its Mid April. There has been warm weather for the most part here in the Northeast for the past 3-4 weeks. Lets assume they have 600 orders to ship out. in 4 weeks time , shipping M-Thursday , that averages about 37-38 packages a day. Are you telling me it is impossible for 2 ppl to do that? I guess not with their thumbs up their butts. If they take them out , it could be done.
LMAO , premade boxes or hand made. If that is an excuse for hold up for this length of time , then they need to get new jobs , because this will never work for them.
As you stated , if the shipper is picking up the packages , then TSE would have printed shipping labels with the tracking #'s on them , so it would not take very long to get them.

Nicolai, are you saying there was now way in the past months , that either one of the 2 employees could call customers who have paid in full , and touched base with them as to how things were going????......

Could you please substantiate the claims and accusations you made above that I outlined in my post with verifiable evidence for the BOI please.
Now that you made andother insinuation could you please provide evidence of that?? I see a lot of accusations but no proof. This is the BOI and any accusation must be backed up by proof or it is slander, you being a member here for 6 months are aware or the rules correct?

Again I am not saying you are wrong or right but you made some harsh statements that need to be backed up. I have never heard of Chris or TSE sending out anything but healthy animals unless they were fresh imports and were advertised and priced as such.

No I wont argue that point with you. I am friends with Chris and have known him now for a couple of years and would have to agree that his employees were lapse in thier customer service concerning communication about thier shipments and such, but i am also sure that will change. Chris is a very honest and straight forward person and i bet he will straighten things out rather quickly.

I cannot and won't defend the lack of customer service on TSE's part. It is clear that Chris' staff are way over there heads without his involvement in daily operations

I'm also sorry to hear that Chris has fallen upon a streak of poor health and certainly wish him a rapid and complete recovery.

That said I'm appalled at some of the accusations which have been leveled in this thread.

Ian - What is the basis for the claim that you are making regarding TSE selling diseased animals and infecting others collections?

Lucille - Good call. The nice thing about the BOI is that it is discoverable.

No!! read more carefully. Unfortunately I will state that I just searched a bit for the post it actually stated something about Dan Poe from groovy geckos contaminating everyones colonies. Now I don't know what any of the previous circumstances were so I sent him a private message asking him what this person was contaminating peoples colonies with and the PM read as follows.... Excuse me? TSE has never purchased any animals from Dan Poe. He is filth.
On the books nicholi my word is "gold" you and anyone else who would like to doubt me can......."shove off"

If it is gold please prove your liable statements and accusations, and please spell my name correctly so people know who you are reffering to. I also dont want to shove off as I like to see things through to the end, now end this by retracting your statements or providing the facts to support yourself.

I dont understand exactly what you are saying here. You appeared to be inferring that Chris ships sick animals. This doesn't clear it up. I would say word things carefully when you are messing with somebody's reputation.
 
Read all of it!! He claimed that Dan Poe of Groovy geckos was contaminating peoples colonies. I obviously concerned, asked Chris what he meant by this , in a private message. He replied That TSE has never bought animals from him and he was filth. I then sent a private message back saying that he did not awnser my question about the contamination. I never got another reply.

Now that I have lit up this thread I will continue to let you victims out there know that you are not alone. I am here with you, fortunately I got my money back gl to all of you who have not received anything. I only hope that this is set right for the hard working people shelling out good money for that tremendous TSE customer service and may the shipping forces be with you. Hey I have the solution to all there problems. Just give out numbers like the ones at the deli in the grocery store so that we know when we're next. pfff :hehe: :>poke2<: :hot:
 
And he issued you a refund. so you werent ripped off or scammed then correct? He also stated there that you never contacted him or the staff before going public. He also stated he would be more then happy to give you a refund.

Now lets move on to the other accusations. please provide the evidence, we are all awaiting this anxiously.
 
Ian, it is against the rules of the boi to post an external link as you did!!!!! Please follow the rules of the BOI while on it. If someone erases that post on the other forum then you will have posted a dead link which is no good to anyone in the future.

Chris refunded your money after you waited too long for your animal, slow service yes, crook or rip off artist ...NO!!!

Also you broke the rules of the BOI for name calling by calling me Nikki, as i see it you think your above the rules and regulation of the BOI.

Well, I wouldn't call it "impossible" but if only two people are doing the whole shebang (feeding, cleaning, shipping, pulling animals for the orders, processing invoices and doing the shipping paperwork), I would say it is pretty darn close to it. Not without working 26 hour days, anyway.

On days where I might have 12 to 15 shipments going out, NOTHING else gets done the entire day by the two people who do the shipments at my place. That's myself and my wife. Unless you have actually done it on a large scale, you just don't have a clue about what is involved for something like this when it involves live animals.. I know in my case, it's not like I can just go to a drawer and pull out 1 of this, and 2 of that for an order. I have to locate it, check for general health and any visual defects, and verify the sex of it. Make sure there are no indications of feeding problems and then cup the animal up and go on to find the next one. Let's say this process may take maybe 2 minutes per animal as an average. What's an average shipment, number wise? If you are saying they should be able to get 37 boxes out in that 8 hours, well then we are talking about an average of only 13 minutes PER box, including EVERYTHING to get it out the door. Suppose it takes 7 minutes to do everything BUT pull the animals for each box. That leaves 6 minutes, or approximately 3 animals per box that can be pulled without running over the time limit. With NOTHING ELSE at all being accomplished for that day, and assuming NONE of the shipments causes a snag along the way. Do that for 4 weeks solid and all of the remaining animals that have not been shipped will probably be dead or darn close to it from lack of care.

Yeah, this is a rough sketch and your mileage may vary, but I think it's pretty darn close to what you can expect in reality.

I hope you are correct and people dint stop there when searching out his business or his name. That would be a unmerited poor reflection.
Maybe Ian will retract his statements so that only the truthful statements and the verifiable ones will be left to judge TSE by. Slow shipments are one thing, because i know most of us would mind waiting on a real nice animal or waiting until good weather for the safety of an animal but the other accusations were way out of the line.

Just so Ian knows and no one thinks i did it behind his back ..I did report his post for external links and for name calling because i was offended by it as we should not have to be subjected to that here of all places.
