i know wes has said it is meaningless that my animals came from the same collection as one of jens sick animals, but i am sorry i just have to disagree.

This doesn't sound like something Wes would say, though he may have. He doesn't recall saying it though. Could you point out where and when it was said?

Dont' sweat it man... I am glad those balls are doing great. It's just the fact that they cannot stand it that since this thread has been started that I have sold allot of my collection and that some of them were even around the time that Jen received her het and it kills them to think that they might all have jumped the wrong ship since the beginning. But I appreciate you posting that because I hated parting with those balls. In fact here is an email from the last customer who received his snakes a couple of weeks ago,

She has eaten a total of five times since she has been here in her two weeks. Our vet has examined her and gave her a precursory clean bill of health. She shows no signs of any illness or respiratory issues, all respiratory cultures were negative and her fecals were spotless. Once she has passed our routine quarantine procedures she will be integrated into our colony and hopefully producing many offspring for us in the future. Thanks for shipping her as you said you would and for the communication during and after the transaction. We will be keeping you updated as to her progress as time passes. Again thanks for the top notch service and animals that we have come to expect from superior breeders and hobbyists such as yourself. We look forward to doing more business with you in the future.

that is a huge jump of guesswork on your part. from me feeling i have no obligation to provide you or anyone else with my vet. records. nor my vets. names. the last time i checked i have never sent a sick snake out period. in the event that happened i could see someone needing that info. i have no obligation to tell you who cut out my ingrown toe nail.

good for you as being the super vet of the past. i was nothing but polite to you. i asked you a question and you fire back at me. so be it.

wes i am not going back through all this garbage. nor am i upset with you. at the time they were discussing time lines i menitoned mine were very close, and probably mentioned it more than once. something to the effect of the snakes could have been never in contact i think was your reply. and again this is so long ago that i am sure the wording is off

I would not do business with Damien Wyatt. I left a female het for albino boa with him on breeding loan back in 2001. Never saw any babies. Never got my snake back. Doesn't return my inquires. Said she threw slugs. Refused to send me any photos. Haven't heard from him since.
Those of you that are satisfied, that's due in part from the unwitting generosity of fools like me I'm sure, and from two different previous partners that he's used and ridden their good names into the ground.

Do you have your own thread on this situation? im interested to know more, any emails as proof of correspondance or the deal itself?

Hey Jen

Not sure that I am gonn ride back up to see Scott Stahl. I am going to try to get more meds from my local dog vet. He did not have a problem refilling the Baytril for me when I showed him the invoice from Stahls office. I am going to try and get more ceftazidime, Fortaz, or Tazicef. Use them in combo with the Baytril. It was working with the Pastel but as I said I did something stupid by not running the meds all the way throught til it was gone. I would like to help and have fluids drawn and everything however I just can't afford to go back up to Vienna or run any of these tests. I definitely want to get my animals better. I have these guys in my QT room. That is why the other two ended up with it I guess. Anyways I will keep posting until these guys are healthy or something much worse happens. Thanks Mike

Wow....if I had any question before as to whether or not to do business with Damian Wyatt, there is NO doubt left in my mind now. Anyone who uses Tim Bowles, crazystalkerliarscumbag extraordinaire, as a reference, is a permanent resident of my "do not ever do business with" list.

I don't have a clue as to what he's talking about. I never said anything about them, have never bought anything from them, and don't know why I needed to "open my eyes and see his point" (what point and when was it ever told to me previously?!?). Last I saw anything of him, he was stirring up rumors and BS on the TSK forums and I banned him.

Update: Het G-stripe female passed away yesterday afternoon (12/14). I gave her her second injection the night before and she seemed to still be hanging in there...but I found her dead at about 1:30pm that afternoon. She is now frozen and waiting to be dropped off. That is the end of all the sick snakes -- so far, no others are showing symptoms and I hope it remains that way. Still no word on any test results, but I get the feeling these are not simple and may take a couple weeks.

Ah -- I see where you might have gotten that idea.

It was in reference to those 3 anonymous e-mails/PM's I had posted on the BOI which were later deleted and I was warned for. He quoted one of them in his e-mail right underneath that sentence, but I removed it when posting his e-mail so that I wouldn't get in trouble yet again.

That's the second time you've posted a message (one was deleted) that suggests that NERD may have had or does have this. I spent a week a NERD in May, I can assure you - I saw no dead or dying animals, and I was helping work with their collection each day I was there (cleaning, feeding etc). I was not restricted from any area while I was there.
