I agree that it's extremely unprofessional to ship any animal with an URI, bite injuries and mites.
Has Mr Albright already sent you the shipping label for the animal with the number on it????
If not the door swings both ways. A shipping label can also be tracked VERY easily. He provides the postal money order and certified mail information and in turn you provide proof of a tracking number right away. Now is where BOTH OF YOU

Is the snake getting treatment for the URI???? If so what was the Vet's prognosis of recovery?
Really, if it's going to just be easier to just keep the animal and call it good (bad choice of a word I know) if it's healing then so be it and keep him. Further damage has been done to Mr Albright's reputation is out there now with your posting. Even more so at this point with proof of him selling an ill animal is verified. He'll have to live with that and his "Bad Guy" mark.

. And then there's the "legal" action you are going to take. There might be a few idiots who regularly dwell here and think that a real option, but anyone who has a clue about things legal, legal threats here in the BOI, etc., knows exactly how
