The statements made by mr. blackman are in no way a factual account of the events which have transpired over the course of this transaction. At no time did I fail to maintain contact. I have responded politely and professionally to every email, phone call, and text message I have received.
I have said form the first mention of a problem that I would replace the animal w/ one of equal value or refund him his full purchase price including shipping.
He will not accept a refund and will not ship the animal back to me for treatment. He has threatened me, cursed at me, and slandered me on the boi.
Form this point forward any communication between myself and mr. blackman will be done through our attorneys as I have been instructed not to respond to these threats and allegations and not to become involved in conversation w/ him after his threats.
Once this matter is settled I will post all of the email correspondence between mr. blackman and myself along w/ pictures of the animal taken three days prior to shipping.
I do truly apologies to every one for this unfortunate incident. Those who have done business w/ me in the past know that this is not the way I conduct myself or my business.
To those of you who have spoken on my behalf, I thank you form the bottom of my heart.
This will be my only post until this matter is resolved.
