Jake, since you seem unable to grasp the enormously simple concepts involved here, let me explain them in very easy to understand terms...

I did not post on that particular issue until after the initiation of this post on this board informing me of it's existence, I read the existing threads and made my post on January 08, 2003 at 14:06:38, the tread was started yesterday. I return shortly before January 08, 2003 at 20:21:51, over six hours later to find my post has been removed, deleted and pulled. In their place was the thread surrounding the removal of the earlier post. In reading those, several people were attempting, in a very juvenile and fairly ignorant manner, to insult those who had posted information that lent evidence to Kaplan's inaccurate information. SInce the attempts were frankly childish and poorly written, there was no significant insult but I did feel it warranted to write in objection to the blanket statements stating that I, by inference and common view if not directly or by name, was posting solely to inflame the message board. My intention was, as it has been on this matter, to provide examples that detract from the credibility the naive lend to Kaplan's work. Her information is terrible, no two ways about it, informing people of this is simply something I choose to do as a herper with an interest in providing proper information to those who need it.
I responded in exactly the manner that the newer posts deserved, you... I assume you at any rate based of the identical KS and fauna login names, were apparently stupid enough to belive that I was the individual who had posted the initial post calling Kaplan for her misinformation. If the writing styles didn't clue you in, you're either soused or illiterate, take your pick.
You then come here and make references to someone returning to the boards to speak about it again. Once again I was not the originator of the posts I replied to and once again you fail to have the basic reading abilities needed to distinguish my writing from that of others and then wander over here posting about my inflammatory posts...
What exactly did you think your post here was? Can you honestly say you didn't come here out of some confused and simple minded sense of vindictiveness and a desire to wave your ignorance around like a banner? Well, you win, you proved you aren't bright enough to distinguish between two people with different log in names, different e-mail addresses and different writing styles, you have amazed me and proven your point on that regard.
The implication that I do not have the experience and educational background to make the determination that Kaplan's information is more often than not garbage is laughable as well. You obviously have not the slightest idea who I am (no surprise, I have been fairly low key for many years) but you feel you can pass judgement on my knowledge... If you care to throw down the gauntlet on THAT score, I'm more than willing to entertain you for three minutes until you run away with your tail between your legs in any aspect of herpetology or captive reptile and amphibian care that you like. In an appropriate forum. I would ask Rich and those more sensitive to forgive my wording on this issue but... I will slap you around like the ignorant and inexperienced child you so obviously are when it comes to brains, experience or knowledge.
If you have some sort of half witted response devoid of punctuation or logic to give, please feel free, I'm sure most here could use a laugh.
