Try setting the scale to a measurement other than Kg ,you might get a more accurate reading , remember you are weighing a gecko not a big sack of cocaine.

Yall lost me in a few of the questions. The driver did see that one was dead as I told erik when I called him within 5 min of me getting home. I never told him I waited to open the box here. he has misunderstood something I said. I opened them at the roadside. She had to loan me a exacto thing because there was too much tape to get into it with a key. I took a fully arranged large cricket type plastic carriers (X4) with me complete with food and a misting bottle.

What I said to Erik is that one was dead and several looked not well at all. When I emailed the pictures I told him that another was on its last leg flopped on the moss. That one died also. What was one is now 2. Out of 6. My early post of 7 was a typo. I purchased 6 for $600. ($580) don't let me forget my discount for multiple purchases.

I also have multiple hatchling here. 30+ in all. If someone wasn't playing games with my website yall could see the size and condition of a 4-5 gram gecko. Which is the smallest I send them. I am more than happy to take pics side by side tomm of some of mine, as well as a few others I bought this week, and some of his. They are NOT well started. They are thin. Besides too small to ship.

Kelli. Baby Leos are MUCH larger than cresteds at hatch. The scale is set accordingly and is accurate. It is weighing the nickle at .005. and still has the same reading with the nickle on it and the cresteds one at a time as I took pics of. Only one of them weights .001. When they were advertised as being 7 grams.

Dennis we have been in business for almost 9 years now. We have not had a considerable amount of conflict.I am up now addressing this due to he per usual all night calls. I can not shut off my phone because I have physical medial issues that require me to cave to use a paramedic call button sometimes. I cant do that if the phones arnt operational.

I have been bombarded with 1000's of emails hourly. Those dear gentlemen who are mad at me email me all kinds of poo, and have signed me up for every spam thing there is. No sooner do I dump the hotmail and answer one, am I suspended out again for being at my box limits. I litterally have no less than 10,000 or more emails to go through to find all of erics. We emailed back and forth for 2 weeks. I never saved them. I had no concern or forethought to distrust from the beginning. I will find them though. And he also posted Part of an Earlier email I sent him expressing my concerns with UPS.

You know as well as I do that negative feeds off negative. It brings every weirdo in. I expect nothing different. Just like everyone says. You'll never hear about all the 100's of good transactions. Only the bad few.

What the heck did I do wrong but receive some premature under shipping age dead geckos for $600?I called this kid for DOA to work it out, he never called back. Just came here. How is that right? he never even attempted to work it out.

To insinuate I spent $600 on geckos that were false advertised (7grams), from some kid (I didn't know he was a kid before) and then killed them for some reason makes no sense. I LOVE animals. I think we will all agree that is why we are ALL here. We all have that in common. We have probably has no less than 300 packages sent here in the last year for example. Not one problem. I bought from 4 other people this week. No problem. I am sure that "GreenMonkey" could post that I told him like we tell everyone that UPS is a no deal for us. We simply wont buy it. Stuff does happen now and again. I know that. But it was his carelessness that caused it.He shipped them WAY too young. I would NEVER had bought them had I know that. He said they were all 7 grams. 7 Dennis. Not 0 to 1. He never marked the package "live". Never put the guaranteed ice packs in. Sent it a way I asked him not to. Made their papertowels in their delis wet causing the humidity temps to raise to god only knows what in there.
Its a DOA like any other. I went above beyond and out of my way to get to those animals while he could have cared less. He said "oh don't worry they will come back again tomorrow to deliver!" Thats what he said when I spent hours on the phone and asked for his help.

Know why he says he doesn't mark the boxes? Because the "supervisor told me if I mark them live animals they will get thrown around more during mailing on purpose. So it is in my profile on my account instead" WHAT? As if the driver knows whats in his account. That ranks up there with one of the most ridiculous thing I have heard.

I callled him once. I was so upset they were dead. OF COURSE. I did say the line he stated. Don't deny that. But bottom line is I asked him to call me back after work and he never did. I told him it would take me a few to open the new camera and install the software. I opened the box with him on the phone and plugged in the battery so it could charge while I was doing my own packing and shipping. He knew all of that. I took that one dead pic 30 min after I let the battery charge some. The other pics I took late after I went to the airport, Ran my errons, and took Jeane to dinner. I hen had to install the software. And I emailed them, Then I checked my email to see he left a fauna post. I took more pics.Jeane called him 2 times total and left very nice messages for him to call her so they could work it out. She bought them for me on her credit card. He ignored her too
This is all very simple like she pointed out to me tonight. ALL of his terms were not followed by him and he falsely advertised those animals. I don't know what the "critical I need money bad sale" was all about but it was bad enough to risk their lives? If he chooses to ignore her requests. She will use recourses (sp?) through her credit card company. I don't blame her. He has made it clear he has no intention of fixing the problem. We would NEVER have done this to a customer. We stand by our guarantees!

Also I did send out live pics that show they are just as small and dont weigh either. The nickle weighs in the photos. So the dead ones lost no weight it seems. No one posted them. I welcome them to anyone. Just shoot me your email address and Ill send them. But I would point out that erik said to look at the poop on the WET napkins. That sick geckos dont poop. Thats a incorrect statement. All things that die poop out whats in them. You see that gecko had almost nothing in it. Only a tad bit of yellow (means dehydrated) no brown at all.
I am off to riffle through the trash folder for our emails in real order now while the calls continue. I welcome Eric to send them to me. His version. His last 3 emails now he has cut them out in the reply. Why?????
If the calls decrease though its back off to bed and I will continue tomm. Even though he posted that I have a problem with UPS and asked to use a different shipper if you have one. I recall his reply was that UPS was all he uses. Thats when I offered up my dhl complete with packing materials and pick up service, just like I do for everyone I buy from.

Also I guess I should point out we recieved another package today. One of the 5 packages I got from 5 different sources I purcahsed this week. This one arrived with both geckos perfect. Insulated. Not taped to death.Has a cool pack.Lots of newspaper shavings. Plenty of extra room. Even came way of usps.Imagine that! At even later than the ups package. My my my what a difference a proper packed package makes.
I am more than happpy to refer people to the ad where I purchased them if the buyer doesnt mind. I have sent an email asking.

The driver I had To MEET to get the animals is my witness that they were dead when I opened the box there at the road side.. She said she knocked once. Didnt ring the bell. Didnt knock again. Left the note and drove off. She said had she know it was "live" she would have dumped it at the door like she always does. Sig or no sig. I explained to her that we can not hear a knock in our home if we are even in the next room. The doors are a solid oak. And the house is huge. I was standing in the kitchen with Jeane. We both saw the truck pull off and she heard it is why she looked up and pointed. Thats how I was able to call in 2 min. She drove off the other way. The drive is about 150 yards from the door. No way for me to catch her.

We heard her truck pulling out. By the time I got through to the call center who got to the driver and got her to meet me, she was clear up at Mt. Spokane ski lodge. 32 miles away.

I called the call center at 9:34, thats logged. She scanned it as no anser at 9:32.

You will see from the pics that these animals dont even register on a .000 gram scale. All but one doesnt. One weights .001. That is TOO SMALL TO SHIP. Death sentece. Period.No "LIVE" marking at all on the box. No COOL pack as stated in the guarrantee and terms.

I really have to go to bed. Hope the pics help. Thank you for poting them for me.

cmon, ive just been reading this BS and its making me Sick. How can you live with yourself and do this to somone!? how can you not feel bad about the animals that youve let die? theyre not just freaking stock you know. theyre not some sort of object you get and toss around. I think even if i got animals in the conditions you say you have, i would have at least taken freakin photos and wholeheartedly EXPLAINED what happend just to even see if id get a Credit or refund... but you... you havent done this.

Now wheres the pictures of the 5 remaining geckos? you said one was dead right. id like to see images of those. You can PM me with them or post them here. im always online and very easy to contact. so lets just see.

I stated earlier that the female drives 2 days a week the male 4. I never even knew there was a female till today when I went and meet her at the side of the raod. All our past issues have been taken up with a male driver. I didnt know she even existed. I posted that.

I KNOW they are not stock. I dont kill animals. Thats crazy. I LOVE my animals. I have a full time job. These are my pets not my career.

I dont know how to post pics here and as you see no one has taken the time to tell me how. I emailed them to the same poster that posted the others, she must have went to bed. Send me your email as I have stated I will gladly send them out. I have nothing to hide.

So I went back this morning and re-read my PM's, and you are correct in that there is no such request. My apologies, as all I can claim was that I deleted a paragraph before sending due to a perceived redundancy. In forwarding the same note to Wes, I did include a request for confidentiality, due to the sensitive nature of what was discussed. This is a tough place to make a mistake eh?

Wes, while we disagree, I thank you for covering a bit more of the field. On that, I owe you one. BTW, I have never once in this thread said Erik owed Wendy anything. I said that he was within his TOS, but only that the thread starter was hasty IMO. I did suggest that while Wendy had taken a low road in her continuing frustrations, he could do better.

And I did receive one email earlier in the day from Wendy, which prompted my request for clarification. Its a question raised by others here, and I do not have a reply, although I think the answer is in the thread now. Sammy, maybe you were just a bit caught up in the moment, a bit passionate in spinning things, and maybe just tired because of the hour. It seems to have happened a bit overnight to several.

The FIRST gecko is the one who actually weighs a gram and looks healthy. Is doing well. The 2nd is the other left living one who is even smaller than that one. This one doesnt register a single gram. No even 1. Look how tiny this is.
