I took a fully arranged large cricket type plastic carriers (X4) with me complete with food and a misting bottle.
What I said to Erik is that one was dead and several looked not well at all. When I emailed the pictures I told him that another was on its last leg flopped on the moss. That one died also. The scale is set accordingly and is accurate. It is weighing the nickle at .005. and still has the same reading with the nickle on it and the cresteds one at a time as I took pics of. Only one of them weights .001. When they were advertised as being 7 grams.
Dennis we have been in business for almost 9 years now. We have not had a considerable amount of conflict.I am up now addressing this due to he per usual all night calls. I can not shut off my phone because I have physical medial issues that require me to cave to use a paramedic call button sometimes. I cant do that if the phones arnt operational.
I have been bombarded with 1000's of emails hourly. Those dear gentlemen who are mad at me email me all kinds of poo, and have signed me up for every spam thing there is. No sooner do I dump the hotmail and answer one, am I suspended out again for being at my box limits. I litterally have no less than 10,000 or more emails to go through to find all of erics. We emailed back and forth for 2 weeks. I never saved them. I had no concern or forethought to distrust from the beginning. I will find them though. And he also posted Part of an Earlier email I sent him expressing my concerns with UPS.
You know as well as I do that negative feeds off negative. It brings every weirdo in. I expect nothing different. Just like everyone says. You'll never hear about all the 100's of good transactions. Only the bad few.
What the heck did I do wrong but receive some premature under shipping age dead geckos for $600?I called this kid for DOA to work it out, he never called back. Just came here. How is that right? he never even attempted to work it out.
To insinuate I spent $600 on geckos that were false advertised (7grams), from some kid (I didn't know he was a kid before) and then killed them for some reason makes no sense. I LOVE animals. I think we will all agree that is why we are ALL here. We all have that in common. We have probably has no less than 300 packages sent here in the last year for example. Not one problem. I bought from 4 other people this week. No problem. I am sure that "GreenMonkey" could post that I told him like we tell everyone that UPS is a no deal for us. We simply wont buy it. Stuff does happen now and again. I know that. But it was his carelessness that caused it.He shipped them WAY too young. I would NEVER had bought them had I know that. He said they were all 7 grams. 7 Dennis. Not 0 to 1. He never marked the package "live". Never put the guaranteed ice packs in. Sent it a way I asked him not to. Made their papertowels in their delis wet causing the humidity temps to raise to god only knows what in there.
Its a DOA like any other. I went above beyond and out of my way to get to those animals while he could have cared less. He said "oh don't worry they will come back again tomorrow to deliver!" Thats what he said when I spent hours on the phone and asked for his help.
Know why he says he doesn't mark the boxes? Because the "supervisor told me if I mark them live animals they will get thrown around more during mailing on purpose. So it is in my profile on my account instead" WHAT? As if the driver knows whats in his account. That ranks up there with one of the most ridiculous thing I have heard.
I callled him once. I was so upset they were dead. OF COURSE. I did say the line he stated. Don't deny that. But bottom line is I asked him to call me back after work and he never did. I told him it would take me a few to open the new camera and install the software. I opened the box with him on the phone and plugged in the battery so it could charge while I was doing my own packing and shipping. He knew all of that. I took that one dead pic 30 min after I let the battery charge some. The other pics I took late after I went to the airport, Ran my errons, and took Jeane to dinner. I hen had to install the software. And I emailed them, Then I checked my email to see he left a fauna post. I took more pics.Jeane called him 2 times total and left very nice messages for him to call her so they could work it out. She bought them for me on her credit card. He ignored her too
This is all very simple like she pointed out to me tonight. ALL of his terms were not followed by him and he falsely advertised those animals. I don't know what the "critical I need money bad sale" was all about but it was bad enough to risk their lives? If he chooses to ignore her requests. She will use recourses (sp?) through her credit card company. I don't blame her. He has made it clear he has no intention of fixing the problem. We would NEVER have done this to a customer. We stand by our guarantees!
