It seems I was in error in my previous post. There are not just TWO supporters without personal honor or the ability to be honest. There is also dennis1, back from his recent suspension for being a TROLL, here trolling again.

If they are NOT here at your request, make sure you get that information out there. IF this is the calibar of your supporters, you are in a world of trouble.

And i may not be reading that information exactly right but i didnt see anything that shows How they got his(bigmanjulio) IP from reptibid or the document(email...or whatever) from Reptibid saying this

If anyone doubts the information I have provided, you can simply report this thread to Reptibid as was done in another case recently.

They will either confirm or deny that “bigmanjulio” has the same IP address as Mike Shoemaker, which has been confirmed here.

Make sure you include the other screen names provided by Tere on her posts.

ok we know the ip that was looked up was his.

but I have not seen any proof where the said ip came from.
it is said it was the offending ip but should we take somebodys word?
what i am getting at is that you could have got his ip anywhere and constructed this elaborate conviction.

also if you can prove where the ip came from and it all is true has he broken any laws?
or has he just gotten someone mad which is not a broken law as far as i know?

This said infraction did not happen here so what is the point of this a lot of the said good guys are bad guys and some bad guys good guys ect...

I see no real scam but a possible liar which could include many.

so you must include documents proving where the offenging ip was found.

Your post was reported 3 times by different members..."stalking?" I think not. Several different categories of warning points would have been applicable. I chose the "new one." I'm sorry if you don't like my choice. Perhaps you would have liked "discourtesy towards another member" better?

It's really a simple concept...obey the rules and you won't have a problem. The majority of the members of this forum display the ability to do exactly that every time they post. You on the other hand have more warning points than anyone else on this forum. YOU are the one who can't follow the rules Wes. Stop blaming other people.

You're right. Wes is getting off topic. However, I prefer to not lock threads unless absolutely necessary. This topic is an important one to quite a few people, and it's not fair to them to lock it just because one person is trying to create a problem.

You are not being stalked by a moderator at all. Matter of fact, I think Jay has been putting more hours in here then any of the other two mods combined. A few people have taken it upon themselves to be very vigilant about reporting posts, so we are getting a LOT of them lately. It seems that many of yours are the ones we are being asked to take a look at. Based on my stated goals to clean up this place, I am encouraged that he is helping me as much as he is. As far as arbitrary fines, sorry, but that just is not the case at all. If I had read the reported posts first and gotten to them, the exact same thing would have happened.

If you choose to withdraw from the BOI Good Buy Certification program, simply send me an email requesting such action and it will be done.

Personally Wes, unless you can convince yourself to settle down and get with the program here, you are about to be permanently banned from this site. Consider yourself warned. Wes, just for the record, the only person on this site who can actually physically delete a message is me. The mods can only do soft deletes, which leaves a record for me to be able to view, if necessary. Quite frankly, my suspicion is that you fumble fingered it and lost the post yourself. Certainly it has happened to me now and again.

But in any event you have been fined and suspended again. This is the last call for you. The next one is permanent.
