Awesome!

Great Racks!

I just received two more racks from Casey and Darla.

Shipped fast, great packaging and no problems. Excellent customer service.

What else can you say?

Thank You

Just picked up three more racks from Casey...

I have to say...he is just a very genuine, very nice guy.

His racks are excellent.
His animals are too...
But I think the best part is getting to sit down and talk to him...

Cannot say enough...I am definitely a customer for life.

I just ordered another rack from Casey. This time a custom one. It should be ready in a few weeks. I have no doubt the construction will be as good as the last one. You can't go wrong with the quality racks from Casey and on top of that he is extremely nice to deal with.

Angry I dont Think So, not the rack I got

I purchased a rack from these guys a while back. The first rack arrived cracked(wasnt packed the correct way). I contacted them and they were willing to replace it. I understand things happen during shipping but I beleive it could have been packed better. However I was a little to nice about it and didnt want to start anything. Anyway they were really nice about replacing the rack so I packed it up and sent it back. Well I received another rack a few weeks later which had a huge crack and a piece was completely broken off of the back.(which was also not packed correctly when shipped) I contacted them and he didnt really want to put in a claim with which I beleive was Fedex at the time but said he would if he had to. We agreed that if I can repair it myself he would credit me $50.00. Well after a lot of frustration going to home depot to purchase the items to fix it it wasnt worth the aggrevation since it was unrepairable. I also researched the product which I and a few others beleive it was cheaply made. Well anyway I never saw the $50.00 and winding up tossing it and buying racks from animal plastics and Boaphile. I am not saying that they are bad guys and may have been great with other customers, however I am just sharing my bad experience. Dj

Sorry, you feel this way. I have several of Casey's hatchling racks. They have been working fine for several years. I have always received above average customer service as well. Casey truly has always been a pleasure for me to do business with.

I would say you are definitely in the minority with your opinion. Casey has more good guy threads here than most. Casey is respected for his great customer service and products on more than just this forum.
Here are a few reviews and acknowledgements that I posted earlier.

I have never had a claim with Fed Ex denied due to incorrect packaging, they have tried though. They do damage maybe 5% at most, so I try to pack them as well as I can without exceeding the size limits.

I did not realize you were not satisfied, I thought I offered $50 credit, I would be happy to refund the $50. I did not realize it was "unrepairable". I am not sure what you mean by cheaply made? The material is 6mm sintra which is thermally bent and welded.

Well , i bought 2 racks from Casey , Fed Ex just tossed it at the end of my driveway because they didnt feel like walking all the way up it during the winter . I opened it , and one tub was cracked but thats it. Some hot glue and it is fine. Im gonna see if i can picl up an incubator from him.... i net hes bogged down with orders for those.

I want to apologize

I want to apologize to casey and his business for saying this in my post that his racks were cheaply made. This is not true. Casey was very nice to me throughout the whole transaction and it wasnt his fault that my experience did not go well. I am going to come clean and be honest. I know alcohol is no excuse, but I was heavily drinking this weekend when I was searching the forums and playing on the computer. I didnt mean bash him on the forum. To be honest I was frustrated about this from a while ago and I shouldnt have brought this up especially in a post and something like this that happended a year ago. Which is the wrong way. I was wrong. I was pretty drunk when i came across the post and added one. Its sad that i didnt even realize what I did until I read the private msg in my box abotu this post. I tried to delete my post however I dont have permission. I emailed the System Administrator requesting to have my post removed/deleted. I am Sorry again for this mess. Dj

Dave,

Your post cannot be deleted. Site rules. I cannot speak for Casey, but I know that I appreciate your coming clean here. I think your follow up speaks for itself.

I have never done business with Casey but from all that I have read would have no hesitation in doing so.

Agreed. When I first saw your initial post I thought something odd was going on. The bringing an old thread to life from a seemingly old transaction on New Years Eve was sounding a little fishy. I held my response (believe me you I would have been coming at you with both guns a blazing) to see where this was going or coming from. Suggestion, don't DRINK and POST. Great, now Rich is going to have to install a Breathalyzer program to insure the persons posting are not under the influence.

I have done business with Casey and Darla on a number of occasions and will do so again in the future. If everyone conducted business like Casey and Darla there would be no reason for the BOI.
